Naya Rivera Sizzles in FHM

Naya Rivera plays the most scandalous, sexual character on Glee . So it should come as no surprise that the actress behind Santana is posing in a provocative manner on the cover of the latest FHM issue. But still. Yowza! It’s okay to stare, fellas. She plays a high school student, but she’s nearly 25… Is Rivera actually similar to the cheerleader she portrays on the Fox hit? “Ha! Not at all,” the actress tells the magazine. “I’m really easygoing nowadays. Mind you, when I was 17 things were a little different.” Rivera adds that she had “such a blast” during the shoot, as this outfit – plus a few more layers – are akin to how Naya relaxed on a typical day: “At home I can mostly be found wearing cute T-shirts and jeans,” she says.

I’ve never seen the show, but this chick is smoking hot. What the hell? She just snuck up on me. If I thought that they’d show her walking around looking this hot on the show I might consider watching. She’s hot and she’s in her undies. Amaze.

Note to Chord Overstreet: be careful with your car . Over the weekend, sources confirm to E! News that Chord Overstreet got very cozy with the birthday girl at Naya Rivera’s party at the Bank nightclub in Las Vegas. “They hooked up,” an onlooker said of the Glee co-stars. “Who knows where it will go.” Rivera had previously been linked to another Glee actor, Mark Salling, who is also tight with Overstreet. “She knew what she was doing, trying to make [Mark] jealous,” says the insider. “Funny thing is, he really couldn’t care less.” Man. Forget tuning in to Fox on Tuesday nights at 8. We can just follow these stars around for juicy gossip and interesting relationship news.

‘Glee’ star recalls getting her dad to spring for an expensive Hilton-inspired dog on episode premiering Saturday at 11 a.m. By Mawuse Ziegbe Naya Rivera Photo: MTV News When “Glee” star Naya Rivera was a teen she didn’t just look up to one of the most popular girls in her high school, she admired one of the most popular girls in the world: Paris Hilton. “All I wanted to do was be like Paris Hilton,” she says in the latest episode of “When I Was 17,” which also features stories from Taye Diggs and Carmelo Anthony. Rivera, who was 17 in 2004, had a major Hilton obsession when she was a teen. “Everything that Paris did, Naya was all about it,” her friend Alyson said. Any good Hilton fan in the mid-aughties had to have an appropriately small pooch to tote around. So Rivera persuaded her father to buy her a socialite-approved pup. “That’s when I bought a little dog like Paris. So I convinced my dad to get me a Maltese,” she says. “I called around, like, to a million breeders. Oddly enough, this lady that I found was like, ‘Oh, yeah, I just sold Paris Hilton a dog.’ And I was like, ‘Yahtzee! I want my dog from there.’ ” However, it turns out that cute, clutch-sized canines don’t come cheap and getting one from the same breeder as Hilton came with a hefty price tag. “The dog was, like, $1,500, so we had a payment plan for this dog. We literally made monthly payments on the dog,” she recalls. “Her name is Cali. I took it everywhere with me.” After a while, though, carrying around an adorable dog, even one that Hilton may have dubbed “hot,” got old. “It was cool for like three months then it crapped in my car,” Rivera concedes. “When I Was 17” — this week featuring Naya Rivera, Camelo Anthony and Taye Diggs — premieres Saturday at 11 a.m. on MTV Related Videos ‘When I Was 17’ Episode 205 Sneak Peek

Britney Spears Repertoire Has ‘Glee’ Cast Gleeking Out

By Josh Wigler, with reporting by Kara Warner “Glee” cast in the Lady Gaga-themed episode Photo: FOX The cast of “Glee” are used to mimicking some of the most iconic pop artists of our time, including Lady Gaga and Madonna . And when the show returns for its second season this fall, the castmembers will be gleeking out over another very special pop singer: none other than Britney Spears . “The reason we’re doing it is because so many of the kids on the show say, ‘We grew up with Britney. We want to do Britney,’ ” show creator Ryan Murphy told MTV News about the upcoming Britney-themed episode . The “You Drive Me Crazy” singer is already slated for a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo in the episode, meaning that the spotlight won’t be on Spears herself. Instead, it’s the adoring “Glee” cast’s turn to pay tribute to one of their favorite singers, with rumors floating around that leading lady Lea Michele is set to hone in on Britney’s schoolgirl days with “… Baby One More Time.” And actress Heather Morris told MTV News that she wants to channel her inner “Toxic.” But she’s not the only castmember making requests. “I think Kurt would sing ‘Circus,’ ” actor Chris Culfer said when asked about the upcoming Spears-centric episode. “Just so he can wear a top hat.” Amber Riley, who plays the divalicious Mercedes Jones, laughed at Culfer’s suggestion, and it’s certainly hard to blame her. For her own part, Riley sees “Stronger” as a natural fit for Mercedes’ boisterous, self-assured personality. “I like that song,” she assessed with a nod. Still, there are other “Glee” castmembers — like Naya Rivera, for instance — who aren’t too concerned about which Britney number they end up covering.
