Lesley Gore, the singer/songwriter who was best known for her infectious 1963 hit “It’s My Party,” passed away today at the age 68. Gore recorded “Party” when she was just 16, and though she’s commonly regarded as a flash-in-the-pan pop star, she used her early success to build a widely-respected songwriting career, even earning an Academy Award nomination for her work on the film Fame in 1980. Gore recorded several other hits throughout her career, including the feminist anthem “You Don’t Own Me,” and the bouncy Marvin Hamlisch classic “Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows.” Despite all of her success, however, “It’s My Party” has remained Gore’s signature hit throughout her career.
I am sure there are better things to look at than the nipples of some old as fuck model who still looks good, because she’s black and black people don’t age…and she’s skinny, because models don’t get fat….but I’m all about these see through dress for AIDS research, Nubian princess looking angel sent from heaven to make millions, date Russian billions, and more importantly have a shitty, diva attitude about the whole thing. Pretty much shitting on anything that got in her pampered way, because I guess she forgot about the whole slavery or even the whole aids or famine in Africa thing and only sees her self involved spoiled brat life…because that’s what happens when you are overpaid and overhyped..it gets to your head…but at least when she pretends to care, she does it showing nipples… The post Naomi Campbell Nipples of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepfather – Celebrity Gossip, Hot Girls, Comedy, Good Times… .
Bob Simon, a long-time CBS reporter and ongoing 60 Minutes correspondent, was killed in a car accident on Wednesday night in New York City, according to the network for which he worked. Simon was 73 years old. Details are still coming in, but the veteran reporter is believed to have been the passenger in a Lincoln town car that was struck on the West Side Highway by a Mercedes Benz. The town car subsequently ran into the middle barrier of the highway. The driver was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, while the driver of the Mercedes was unharmed. Tragically, however, Simon was taken to St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, but doctors there were unable to save his life. Following nearly two decades at 60 Minutes, Simon won a total of six Emmy Awards, most recently in 2012 for his work on the segment “Joy in the Congo.” He also won a Peabody award for international reporting on CBS News. Our thoughts go out to his loved ones. Celebrities We Lost in 2015 1. Stuart Scott View Photo Scott was an anchor on ESPN’s SportsCenter for over 20 years. He died from cancer at the age of 49. 2. Dean Smith, the former University of North Carolina men’s basketball coach who retired in 1997 as the all-time leader in Division 1 victories, died Saturday night at his home. He was 83 years old. Smith coached the Tar Heels from 1961 to 1997, compiling a career record of 879-254 and winning NCAA championships in 1982 and 1993. The school also reached the Final Four 11 times under Smith. “We are grateful for all the thoughts and prayers, and appreciate the continued respect for our privacy as arrangements are made available to the public. Thank you,” Smith’s family said in the statement. At the time of his passing, Smith was surrounded by his wife and five children. Over the course of his legendary reign, Smith coached such stars as Sam Perkins, Bob McAdoo, James Worthy and Michael Jordan. Due serious health issues, wife Linnea accepted the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Smith’s behalf from President Barack Obama in November 2013. “It’s such a great loss for North Carolina — our state, the University, of course the Tar Heel basketball program, but really the entire basketball world,” said current Tar Heels coach Roy Williams, who spent 10 years as an assistant under Smith. “We lost one of our greatest ambassadors for college basketball for the way in which a program should be run. We lost a man of the highest integrity who did so many things off the court to help make the world a better place to live in.” Last month, beloved SportsCenter anchor Stuart Scott died . The reporter was also a member of the University of North Carolina family. THG sends our thoughts and prayers to Smith’s loved ones. Celebrities We Lost in 2015 1. It’s been a while since we’ve gotten any new lingerie hotness from Tania Onishchenko , and you might think that I used the time to look up more information about the Russian model to pass along to you guys. Well, you’d be wrong. That might involve actual work. And besides, the only question I really want answered about Tania is whether or not she’s ever considered dating a blogger. Or at least sending topless pictures to one. The people deserve to know! So you guys enjoy these, while I keep trying to get to the bottom of this.
According to an exhausting 30 seconds of research, this hottie at the Mortdecai London premiere is Olivia Newman-Young . And she’s apparently a former busty British reality star, a professional make-up artist, blogger, “YouTuber,” and “qualified cook.” But if Olivia keeps showing up to events looking this good, pretty soon she might be able to add future ex-Mrs. Tuna to that resume. Fingers crossed! » view all 19 photos Photos: WENN.com Continue reading →
In case you can’t get your hands on a copy of the latest issue of Maxim Russia , don’t worry, I’ve got you guys covered. Because trust me, you’re not going to want to miss this photoshoot Morena Baccarin did for the mag. And before you ask, I have no clue what the Brazilian hottie and American TV star is doing going topless for a Russian magazine, but I’m not complaining. If I’ve learned anything over the years, it’s that when it comes to pictures this hot, you don’t ask questions, you just shut up and enjoy them. Continue reading →
