The 23-year-old star had been dating female DJ Samantha Ronson , 32, on and off, but it is now claimed that she has been seeing model Sam Webb for weeks, following her latest split from Ronson. Lohan claims the pair are ‘just friends’, but a source for the The Sun says otherwise. “He can’t believe it. A few years ago, he lived in Birmingham with his mum and dad. Now he’s dating someone off Hollywood’s A-list.” Um, until these two are on a beach and making out in the surf, we’re not buying it.
