Jerry Sandusky pleaded not guilty inside of a Pennsylvania courtroom today, waiving his right to a preliminary hearing in the process and avoiding any testimony from those who have accused him of child abuse. For now at least. The disgraced ex-defensive coordinator at Penn State subsequently appeared on the courtroom steps alongside his lawyer, Joseph Amendola, who told the press: “There will be no plea negotiations. This is a fight to the death.” Amendola added that his client also waived his appearance at the January 11 arraignment and asked for a jury trial. A handful of alleged victims were present at the court house this morning and prepared to make their claims public , a step they will now take instead some time in 2012. Said Howard Janet, an attorney for one of the boys who has said he showered with Sandusky : “It would have been apparent from watching those boys and their demeanor that they were telling the truth.” Amendola, of course, says otherwise, telling reporters: “We’re pursuing a financial motivation. Finances and money are great motivators.” Late last week, Sandusky’s wife spoke out in support of her husband. She said the former coach only tried to ” help and care ” for the children that came through Second Mile, a charity he founded in the late 1970s, from which many believe he culled his young prey.
A day after getting arrested on new sex abuse charges , former Penn State assistant coach Jerry Sandusky has been released on bail. Sources tell TMZ that Sandusky’s wife wrote a $50,000 personal check to help make the $250,000 bond, with the rest coming out of Sandusky’s real estate holdings. The disgraced ex-coach – who is now accused of forcing himself on a young boy in his own basement, while the child screamed for help from Sandusky’s wife – must remain at home, a court has ruled, and has been barred from contact with anyone related to the case.
Former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky has been arrested on nine new child abuse charges, courtesy of two new accusers who were not named in the Grand Jury report that originally indicted Sandusky on 40 counts of inappropriate sexual behavior. The disgraced ex-coach was handcuffed and removed from his home earlier today. “As in many of the other cases identified to date, the contact with Sandusky allegedly fit a pattern of ‘grooming’ victims,” Attorney General officials say. “Beginning with outings to football games and gifts; they later included physical contact that escalated to sexual assaults.” The two alleged victims were each under the of 12 when they met Sandusky and have told authorities his actions with them included: hugging, rubbing, cuddling, wrestling, oral sex and sexual assaults that took place in a pool and jacuzzi in a hotel near the Penn State campus. Sandusky is being held in a county jail and his bail has been set at $250,000. He recently spoke to The New York Times and claimed he never performed sexual acts with children.

Consider Sarah Palin a crusader for the lynching of Penn State alleged pedophile perv coach Jerry Sandusky . During an appearance on Tuesday night’s “On The Record With Greta Van Susteren, ” Sarah Palin went “rogue” again after being asked her thoughts about presidential candidate Rick Santorum saying Penn State should not be allowed to play in a bowl game. Here’s what she said: “It’s not the player’s fault that they have a perverted, former assistant coach. I would like to see the players not suffer more than they have suffered. As for the perp, and perps, though, that allowed the sinfulness to go on as they had allowed in the past, you know, I say about this assistant coach, Sandusky–hang him from the highest tree, I’ll bring the rope. I think it’s pathetic, it’s horrible, it’s atrocious what took place. If it is true that these children were victimized, then he himself and anybody who allowed what he did to go on, they should be the one to suffer, not today’s young players who have been innocent in all of this.” Palin repeated the “hang him from the highest tree and I’ll bring the rope” after Van Susteren asked her to clarify whether she wanted to actually go through the legal process to determine whether Sandusky was guilty, or whether she was — for lack of a better term — going rogue. “Hang him from the highest tree and I’ll bring the rope if he’s guilty of what’s been alleged,” Palin said “If he abused these young children and ruined their lives, unless they get a lot of help, Greta, in order to deal with the victimization that they are now suffering from, he needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law if he is truly guilty.” The video is below, but you have to get all the way to the end to see her make the comments about hanging Sandusky: This broad is truly crazy. We don’t like Jerry Sandusky either, but walking around talking about bringing rope to lynch a muhfugga is taking ish a bit far ain’t it? And she says she wants to be President some day. SMH. SMH. Jerry Sandusky needs to be locked up for a long time. Because the abuse has been referred to using blanket terms we wanted to really break down how nasty and damaging this sicko’s actions were. Here’s a victim-by-victim break down of the grand jury report courtesy of the New York Times : VICTIM 1 He was 11 or 12 years old when he met Sandusky in 2005 or 2006 through the Second Mile, a charity Sandusky set up to help disadvantaged boys. The coach gave the boy gifts — golf clubs, a computer, clothes — and often had him stay at his house in a basement bedroom. Sandusky would crawl into bed with him, have the boy lie on top of him and “crack his back,” pulling the boy against him and then rubbing his back. The grand jury said Sandusky performed oral sex on the boy more than 20 times in 2007 and 2008 and had the boy perform oral sex on him once. VICTIM 2 A boy, about 10 years old, was seen naked in a locker-room shower at Penn State with Sandusky in 2002 by Mike McQueary, then a 28-year-old graduate assistant and aspiring coach. The grand jury report said McQueary saw the boy “with his hands up against the wall, being subjected to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky.” VICTIM 3 A boy, about 13, was invited by Sandusky in 2000 to his home for dinners, to go on walks and to attend Penn State football games. They exercised together and then showered. Sandusky patted him, rubbed his shoulders, washed his hair and gave him bear hugs. The boy stayed at Sandusky’s home, where Sandusky blew on his stomach, rubbed the inside of his thigh and touched his genitals. VICTIM 4 A boy, 12 or 13, “was repeatedly subjected to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault at the hands of Sandusky,” the report said. Contact took place in 1996 or 1997 in the locker-room shower and in hotel rooms. Sandusky gave the boy dozens of gifts — sports equipment, clothes and passes to sporting events — and threatened to send him home from the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio when the boy resisted his advances. VICTIM 5 A boy, 7 or 8, was invited in 1995 or 1996 to Sandusky family events and football games. When the boy was 8 or 10, Sandusky would roughhouse with him, then say they needed to shower. At one point, Sandusky, naked, pinned the boy against a wall in the shower, then placed the boy’s hand on his genitals. The boy slid away, and Sandusky never touched him again. VICTIM 6 When the boy was 11, in 1998, Sandusky was driving him to the university and put his hand on his thigh in the car. At the university they wrestled and Sandusky said they needed to shower. He lathered the boy in soap and bear-hugged him from behind. After the boy’s mother reported the incident to the university, Sandusky told investigators that he was wrong and that “I wish I were dead.” VICTIM 7 A boy, about 10, was invited in 1994 to numerous events and sleepovers at Sandusky’s. After a couple of years, Sandusky began putting his hand on the boy’s thigh while they were driving and on at least one occasion put his hands down the boy’s pants, though never touching his genitals. Sandusky bear-hugged him, cracked his back and shared showers. VICTIM 8 An unidentified “young” boy was seen in the shower with Sandusky at Penn State in 2000 by a university janitor. The janitor said Sandusky had pinned the boy against the wall and was performing oral sex on him. We are absolutely sickened by the fact that both the janitor and McQueary witnessed Sandusky sodomize young boys, reported it and this guy was still allowed to be on the Penn State campus and around young boys for YEARS after this happened. Everyone who knew anything about it and was in the power to do something and didn’t, should be fired. The mother of one of the victims did an interview with Good Morning America Friday and we’ve posted it below: More On Bossip! What Did WE Do?! Each and every person involved in allowing Penn State’s Jerry Sandusky to molest young boys need to be locked up: Just hours after stepping down, two high-ranking Penn State administrators face arraignment Monday on charges they lied to a grand jury investigating former defense coordinator Jerry Sandusky and failed to properly report suspected child abuse, a case that has left fans reeling. Late Sunday, after an emergency meeting of the Board of Trustees, university President Graham Spanier announced that Tim Curley, the athletic director, and Gary Schultz, the school’s senior vice president for business and finance, would be leaving their posts. Curley requested to be placed on administrative leave so he could devote time to his defense, and Schultz will be going back into retirement, Spanier said. Both men have maintained they are innocent of any wrongdoing in connection with the probe into whether Sandusky sexually abused eight boys over a 15-year period. State Attorney General Linda Kelly and state police Commissioner Frank Noonan are expected to hold a 1 p.m. news conference about the case Monday a few miles from the Harrisburg district court. The arraignment is scheduled for immediately after that. Sandusky was arrested Saturday on charges that he preyed on boys he met through The Second Mile, a charity he founded for at-risk youths. The charity said in a statement Sunday that Sandusky had had no involvement with The Second Mile programs involving children since 2008, when Sandusky told the foundation that he was being investigation on child-sex allegations.
