There’s not much that can match yesterday’s Bar Refaeli nude Instagram , but these pictures of her modelling lingerie for Passionata are pretty damn hot. I know Bar was the “It” girl before Kate Upton hit the scene, but she doesn’t have to worry about losing me as a fan because I will always have a little hard spot for her right below my waist. Enjoy

Man, remind me not to mess with Cameron Diaz . Because she seems pretty grumpy filming her new movie The Other Woman . I almost feel bad for the dude she’s with, at least until I remember that he’s getting paid to put his lucky mitts all over her. Anyway, I don’t blame Cameron for being upset though, these pictures put me in kind of a bad mood too. I mean, why wasn’t Kate Upton’s cleavage in this scene? And more importantly, is it too late for a rewrite? New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez, who is being investigated in a homicide case, recently got into a nightclub altercation that involved a gun. Hernandez, who is separately being sued by a man who alleges Hernandez shot him in the face , was part of a skirmish at a Providence, R.I., club. According to a May 18 police report, the NFL star was being harassed for several blocks by the subject, who yelled, “(Expletive) the Patriots. I’m a Jets fan.” So original. Fearing the situation would escalate, police intervened and detained several subjects who were following Hernandez to his vehicle, the report states. Police allowed Hernandez to leave the scene, then spotted a “heavy-set black male” discarding a firearm under a vehicle. The man fled the scene. Officials seized the weapon, a .22-caliber Jimenez with several cartridges. The report does not say whether the man was with Hernandez, but it appears as if the football star was not a stranger to potentially troubling situation.

We can’t decide if Paris needs an azz whoopin’ or the hand of Jesus. Paris Still Hasn’t Grieved Michael’s Death All jokes aside maybe Paris really never grieved her father’s death and that’s why she is so phucked up. We will pray for her. According to TMZ Paris Jackson is stable and doing OK … but she’s dealing with some pretty heavy issues, including the fact that she hasn’t dealt with Michael Jackson’s death — this according to sources connected with the Jackson family. Our sources say Paris — who’s currently receiving psychological help at UCLA Medical Center — has indeed felt bullied, but NOT by schoolmates. We’re told Paris has had an obsession with comments people leave about her on social media and websites — and the negative comments “really get to her.” Our sources say she currently does not have access to her phone or the Internet, so the problem is temporarily solved. Paris, one source says, is a “rebel.” We’ve learned Paris almost got expelled from school after punching a student who “talked smack about her father.” We’re told Debbie Rowe has expressed deep concern about some of the friends Paris has been hanging with — friends who she believes have been a bad influence. And there’s this … we’re told the shrinks who have been helping Paris believe she has not really gone through the grieving process over her dad’s death. In other words, a lot of emotional upset has been building for nearly 4 years. We’re told when Paris gets out of UCLA … she and Debbie Rowe are going away together for 6 to 8 weeks so she can get better. Our sources say Debbie feels very strongly it’s important to get her the hell out of L.A. for the summer. We’re guilty of being critical of Paris, but if our comments “really get to her,” we’ll back off.
This is horrible . Miami Sports Bar Deck Collapses According to The Miami Herald A deck behind the popular Shuckers sports bar in North Bay Village collapsed Thursday night, spilling scores of customers watching the Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs game into Biscayne Bay. Dozens of police and fire-rescue units rushed to the scene after the sudden collapse, which happened about 9:45 p.m., minutes before the game’s halftime. At least two dozen people were injured, and by 11:20 p.m. 15 people had been transported to various hospitals,. three of them in serious condition, said Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Capt. Eugene Germain Jr. He said approximately 100 people were on the deck when it fell into the water. As helicopters circled over the scene, rescuers carried people away on stretchers, one after another. Another fire captain said one person might be missing and that a search was underway. Chris Volz, 39, said he was sitting at the western end of the bar, about 10 feet from where the deck gave way. “Everybody’s watching the game. It sounded like a freight train, then everyone was gone. The deck went down like a V.” He said it happened in a split second and that no one had a chance to get away. He said bartenders were diving into the water to help rescue the patrons. Fire trucks pulled to the water’s edge and extended their ladders over the water to help the patrons climb to safety. Shuckers, at 1819 79th Street Causeway, lost power when the collapse happened, casting victims and rescuers alike into the dark. Hernan Reyes, 21, and friend Crystal Infante, 23, were eating and watching then game when the deck, about five feet over the water, collapsed. Infante said the water was shallow enough for them to stand, but it was difficult for them to get out because wood, umbrellas, tables, chairs and other debris currounded them. “There was a crack, and then we were in the water,” Infante said. “There was just a crack, and then we were in the water….It was really hard to get out, and you coudln’t find anyone.” By 11 p.m., a triage unit had been set up in the parking lot, and victims were still being removed from the water.. Traffic on the 79th Street Causeway was closed off in both directions. Police and rescue units from North Bay Village, Miami-Dade County, Miami, Miami Beach and El Portal were on the scene within minutes. Could you imagine chilling, looking at the game and the deck collapses into the water?
Philadelphia Police Shoots 3 People In One Day Man, we don’t know which place is worse… Chicago or Philly. Ishts sad out here. According to NBC Philadelphia: Just hours after a report surfaced that Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey had asked for a federal examination in the use of deadly force by his officer, police were involved in three shootings in one day in Philadelphia, including one in which a young boy was grazed in the head. Police say they were called to the 4500 block of Wayne Avenue Wednesday night in the Germantown section of the city for a report of a gunman shooting at two other men. When they arrived, police say they confronted an armed man who allegedly refused to drop his gun. The officers then fired at the suspect 14 times. Police say the unidentified suspect fired eight shots. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at 10:37 p.m. Police say his weapon was recovered at the scene. During the shootout, a 2-year-old boy was grazed in the head. The child was taken to the hospital where he was in stable condition. A 25-year-old woman was also hospitalized in stable condition with a graze wound. It’s unknown whether they were struck by police or by the suspect. Earlier on Wednesday, police say they were called to 56th and Greenway Avenue shortly after 3 p.m. for a report of another shooting. Law enforcement sources tell NBC10 that Trey Nelson, 19, and Jerome Davis, 50, were delivering kitchen appliances in the neighborhood when the two got into a heated argument. According to the sources, Davis noticed his gun was missing from his holster and suspected Nelson of taking it. When Davis questioned him, Nelson allegedly pulled out the gun and shot him. Responding police officers confronted Nelson shortly after, according to investigators. Police say they recovered a 9 mm weapon at the scene. No officers were injured in the shooting. “They observed the offender running away from the scene,” said Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Thomas Wright. “As the police wagon approached the male, he turned around and opened fire immediately, placing officers in danger. Officers had no time and no choice but to defend themselves and they started shooting at the suspect.” Wright says the officers, having little time to get out, shot at Nelson while they were still inside their police wagon. Their bullets went through their vehicle’s windows and struck Nelson several times. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he remained in critical condition. Police also say Davis was in stable condition. “They confronted an armed assailant who just shot someone around the corner,” said Wright. “The officers out here are doing a tough job. They’re asked to make split second decisions.” Earlier, police say they received a call reporting an armed 26-year-old man standing on the 2400 block of North 5th Street around 10:45 a.m. Responding officers shot the suspect after he allegedly pointed a gun at them. The suspect is currently in stable condition. Today’s incidents marked the fifth, sixth and seventh police-involved shootings in Philadelphia within the past week. Last night, a former officer on the run from the law was shot and killed by federal officers inside an Upper Darby Hotel room, though that incident didn’t involve Philadelphia officers. Also on Tuesday, Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey revealed that he asked federal authorities to review the department’s use of deadly force. SMH. And this is just one day. In total this week (that’s not even quite over) Philly police have shot 7 suspects, 4 fatally in total. Check out the video below: View more videos at: http://nbcphiladelphia.com . NBC Philly
