Sexting. When this phenomenon first stepped on the scene, it was for the teeny boppers. Parents were running around in a tizzy and news outlets had a field day trying to “uncover” this new fad. Well now that all the dust has settled, women, emphasis on women, are starting to realize that sexting can be yet another tool in the “keep-him-interested” arsenal. It’s taken off; yet, even some of us grown folks could stand a lesson or two in sexting etiquette. Class and sexting may seem like two conflicting worlds, but there’s always a way to be a lady about yours…until you get home. ( Continue reading… )

‘It’s about Harry, Ron and Hermione taking their children to King’s Cross station to the very place where the story began,’ David Heyman reveals. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Bonnie Wright and Daniel Radcliffe in “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1” Photo: Warner Bros. The end is coming for “Harry Potter” fans on July 15, but that hasn’t left them feeling any less excited for, well, the end . It’s the question that keeps coming back again and again every time we talk to the “Potter” stars and crew: What details can you share about the “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2” epilogue? It is known that the principle actors reprise their roles as older versions of themselves in the scene, and despite reshoots , they still look pretty dapper as adults (though Rupert Grint wishes Ron hadn’t gained as much weight as he did). But when MTV News caught up with producers David Barron and David Heyman at CinemaCon on Thursday, we were ready to get them to share the nitty-gritty details, like just how long the scene will actually be. “It’s not long. It’s about two … a couple of minutes,” Barron said. “It’s long enough to tell its story. We like it. We think it works well, and it does leave you feeling a bit [emotional].” Barron went on to say that the epilogue is more than just a look into the future of the main characters of the “Potter” series to show how they all ended up happily ever after. It’s also a brief insight into the way a country recovers after a terrible war. “We’re expressing it through our three principle characters, who obviously have had a terrible time in many respects. Because they have been fighting Voldemort for longer than we can remember, and came close to death, you’ll see the state of the school at the end. It was not an easy battle,” he said. “As countries, as nations do, as cultures do, they recover and they renew and life carries on. It is about renewal.” That sense of renewal and of the films coming full circle will be shown both on and off the screen. Decisions were made to include loved ones and family members of the cast and crew in the epilogue sequence, like allowing Tom Felton’s girlfriend Jade Olivia to play his onscreen wife. “[The epilogue is] about the cycles of life,” Heyman explained. “It’s about Harry, Ron and Hermione taking their children to King’s Cross station to the very place where the story began, to begin the journey that they began many years ago. It’s really beautiful and really tender.” That cycle cannot be seen more clearly than in the casting of Harry and Ginny’s daughter, Lily Luna Potter, in the epilogue sequence. Daniel Radcliffe revealed to MTV last year that the young girl chosen is the daughter of makeup department head Amanda Knight, who just happens to have the red hair and blue eyes that make her a perfect pick. She was born a week before Radcliffe originally got the part of Harry and, at 9 years old, was the “physical embodiment of how long we’ve been here” making the films. So do Heyman and Barron know what the last scene of the “Harry Potter” franchise is? “Yes, but we’re not going to tell you just yet,” Heyman said with a laugh. “It’s the one where Voldemort comes back!” Barron teased. That sounds like the right time to announce a reboot of the series with Radcliffe starring as Dumbledore . By Kyle Anderson Rebecca Black Photo: MTV News When Rebecca Black’s “Friday” became the definitive viral hit of 2011, most people were drawn into the song’s rapid-fire, slightly silly stream-of-consciousness lyrics. “Deeper than the pu**y of a girl 6 feet”-Lil Kim After crashing her car Sunday, police said a Scranton woman suspected of burglarizing the Dunmore Inn was found to have a sizeable stash of drugs and money hidden in an unlikely location. According to a criminal complaint: Dunmore police Officer Anthony Cali asked Scranton police Officer Nancy Baumann to detain Karin Mackaliunas, 27, 1609 Mulberry St., at the scene of a crash at the North Seventh Avenue off-ramp Sunday evening. After her car was towed, Ms. Mackaliunas was ready to leave the scene of the crash when Officer Cali contacted Officer Baumann and asked for Ms. Mackaliunas to be detained because she was suspected of stealing items from the inn. After searching her for weapons, Officer Baumann found three bags of heroin in Ms. Mackaliunas’ jacket. But as the officer drove her to Scranton police headquarters to charge her for drug possession, Officer Baumann noticed Ms. Mackaliunas fidgeting in the backseat of the cruiser. After a struggle with Officer Baumann during a more thorough search at headquarters, Ms. Mackaliunas asked to speak with Sergeant Michael Mayer and told him she had hidden more heroin in her vagina. A search of Ms. Mackaliunas by a doctor at Community Medical Center turned up 54 bags of heroin, 31 empty bags used to package heroin, 8.5 prescription pills and $51.22. Ms. Mackaliunas was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. That’s a lot product to stuff in a fanny-pack, much less a vagina. She must have really not wanted to get caught. SMH Source

‘All About Aubrey’ reality star calls her pups ‘the loves of my life.’ By Matt Elias Aubrey O’Day Photo: MTV News There are moments in television that go down as “TV firsts,” and on the premiere of Aubrey O’Day’s reality show, “All About Aubrey,” on Monday night, that moment occurred around minute 32. To put it delicately, O’Day gets the idea to preserve her Pomeranian’s prosperity by collecting and freezing his, um, sample. Don’t let it throw you that his name is Mary Ann: O’Day says in her household, “We don’t do gender-bias names.” In the scene, O’Day tasks her roommate/assistant with collecting the canine donation with a do-it-yourself kit (the miracles of the Internet!). After the assistant has some difficulty finishing the job, O’Day takes matters into own hands — literally. “Can we get him a hot towel?” O’Day asks at the climax of the scene. With the mission completed, the future is secure for the next generation of Mary Ann’s, along with its place in TV history. Of her rather-extreme devotion to her pups, O’Day told MTV News, “I actually just got a Twitter from someone saying that I’m like the canine version of ‘Toddlers and Tiaras,’ which I really do believe. Not in like a stage-mom crazy kind of way, but my dogs are so pampered and are the loves of my life, and they are everywhere I go and then some.” In this case, place the emphasis on “and then some.” What was your favorite scene in “All About Aubrey”? Tell us below!

Lana Rosas, 25, was holding a parking spot for her boyfriend between two parked cars outside 520 E. 14th St. at 11:40 p.m. last Friday when Oscar Fuller drove up in a silver minivan. A 35-year-old electrician named Oscar Fuller — whose prior busts include weapons possession and felony assault — jumped out and started screaming at Rosas when she claimed she was holding the space, police sources said. Fuller then “punched [her] in the face with so much force that the woman flew off her feet,” according to court papers. “She was on a date with the man she loves, and this horrific thing happen to her,” her mother said. The victim’s uncle, Mark Rosas, fumed, “We have idiots out here who try to take matters into their own hands . . . Animals like that need to be caged up.” A police source added, “The victim suffered permanent brain damage. It’s uncertain whether or not she will survive her injuries.” 35-year-old Fuller fled the scene, but police were able to get his license plate number and a description from witnesses. He was arrested at his home in Jamaica, Queens and later picked out of a lineup as the perpetrator of the attack. He is being charged with felony assault and is in custody at the Manhattan Detention Center on $100,000 bail. “I would never intend to physically hurt a woman,” he said in a statement through his lawyer, Thomas Kenniff. “If there is anything I could do to strengthen her recovery, I would do it.” The lawyer accused Rosas of starting the fight and insists surveillance video shows her throwing the first punch. “She hit him in the face,” Kenniff said. “My client has the injuries to prove it.” But a police source said Fuller admitted to punching a woman at the scene. Rosas’ mother was outraged he would blame her daughter. “So she was the aggressor? Really?” she asked. “She’s 4-foot-11. How is she the aggressor? “It doesn’t matter what she said to him or what he said back. He hit her twice, and he hit her hard enough to shake her brain and make it blow up.” Rosas remains at Bellevue Hospital, where doctors had opened her skull to relieve pressure on her brain. At her Clinton Avenue apartment in the Tremont section, where she lives alone, the super described Rosas as a tiny beauty who weighs about 100 pounds. Despite Fuller’s extensive arrest record dating to 1994, his lawyer and neighbors described him as a helpful family man. “He is a beautiful father of a 4-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter,” Kenniff said. “He’s a churchgoing man.” SMH… He must have missed all the sermons about loving thy neighbor as thyself. This is just tragic. Permanent brain damage sounds like a grim prognosis — and over a damn parking space? It ain’t that serious people. We’re hoping Lana fully recovers. Source
