‘DWTS’ Finalist Evan Lysacek Is ‘Not Somebody I’ll Root For’: Johnny Weir

Weir predicts Nicole Scherzinger will win ‘Dancing With the Stars’ finale tonight. By Jocelyn Vena Johnny Weir Photo: MTV News Cutthroat competition is a hallmark of Olympic figure skating. Who could forget that whole kneecap-whacking incident between Tonya Harding and Nancy Kerrigan back in the mid-’90s? These days, the men are also proving to be highly competitive — on and off the ice. As figure skater and “Dancing With the Stars” finalist Evan Lysacek prepares for his last routine on Tuesday’s (May 25) show, fellow skater Johnny Weir has made it clear who he’ll be rooting for. “I don’t [Lysacek should win]. I think Nicole is much better,” Weir told MTV News Monday at the “Sex and the City 2” premiere in New York City. “Evan and I have kind of had a war of words over the past month or so, and he’s not somebody I’ll root for in anything. So, definitely no.” With Lysacek, Nicole Scherzinger and ESPN reporter Erin Andrews set to face off, Weir said he’ll cast his vote for the Pussycat Doll. Asked why he favored Scherzinger over his skating rival Weir responded: “She’s hotter.” But the skater known for his flashy ensembles noted that although Scherzinger seems to have the advantage, Lysacek does have an edge. “Evan’s a professional ice skater,” Weir said. “It’s kind of the same thing.” In the Nicole vs. Evan debate, it’s easy to forget that Andrews could also take home the disco-ball trophy. Still, Weir insisted the sports reporter isn’t really in the running. “No, it’s between Evan and Nicole,” he said. “And Nicole won’t fall down in a pair of seven-inch Louboutins. I think the others would.” Who do you think will win “DWTS?” Tell us in the comments! Dancing with the Stars: Erin Andrews Ties Nicole Scherzinger, But Who Will Voters Choose?

Might Erin Andrews have pulled off an incredible Dancing with the Stars upset? In our finals preview yesterday, we listed her as a long shot against favorite Nicole Scherzinger and dark horse Evan Lysacek, each of whom are more skilled. Somebody either forgot to tell Erin she was the underdog heading into last night’s final performances, or did tell her and provided her bulletin board material. Erin Andrews tied Nicole with an aggregate 55, meaning it really will come down to every last vote. Can she muster enough support to win the Mirror Ball? Teaming with Maksim Chmerkovskiy on a Samba to kick off the night, Erin scored a 29. Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya got a 28 on the Viennese Waltz. Nicole and Derek Hough’s Rumba netted a 28. In the freestyle round, Nicole made up one point on Erin, tying for the overall lead. Evan faltered somewhat. Erin Andrews mauls Maksim Chmerkovskiy in bed. Art imitating life? If Scherzinger still has a slight edge, it’s because she and Derek went for the toughest moves, almost resulting in Nicole falling off his shoulders at one point. Erin and Maks, meanwhile, chose to do a lyrical freestyle, which seemed So You Think You Can Dance -esque with props and unadulterated sexual chemistry. So can Erin actually pull off the upset on tonight’s results show – when Kate Gosselin returns , Vienna Girardi debuts and the season winner is unveiled at last? She earned consideration at the very least. Nicole will likely get the title and it will be well-earned, but she won’t run away with it. Last night’s full scorecard: Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy: Samba: 29. Freestyle: 26. Total: 55 . Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough: Rumba: 28. Freestyle: 27. Total: 55 . Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya: Waltz: 28. Freestyle: 24. Total: 52 . Click to enlarge some more photos from last night … Who do you want to win Dancing with the Stars?

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Recap: Nicole Scherzinger, Evan Lysacek Keep Shining

Pussycat Doll and the Olympian are still miles ahead of other two stars in the semifinal round. By Kelley L. Carter Derek Hough and Nicole Scherzinger on “Dancing with the Stars” Photo: ABC For Monday night’s semifinals of “Dancing With the Stars,” the remaining couples had to compete in two rounds — ballroom and Latin — to impress judges. The performances resulted in a dead heat for first place between Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and Olympian Evan Lysacek, who were both just one point shy of a total perfect score. The first couple to hit the floors was ESPN reporter Erin Andrews and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Judge Len Goodman was impressed with their Viennese waltz. He told the duo that the fight for the finals is in effect. Bruno Tonioli commented on Andrews’ improvement. Tonioli caused a bit of confusion when he accidentally held up a 10 paddle — he meant to give them a 9 — and Chmerkovskiy mock fainted. For their second round, they danced the paso doble, and the judges weren’t too keen on Andrews’ solo at the beginning. Score: 56/60 Favorite Scherzinger and partner Derek Hough took the stage next, performing a rather flawless Argentine tango. Tonioli said the Pussycat Doll was like “a divine enchantress,” and Carrie Ann Inaba told the pop singer “what you are doing is incredible.” The duo scored a perfect 30/30 for their tango, and when they came back for their cha cha to Prince’s hit “Kiss,” they barely missed a beat. Goodman said without question, Scherzinger deserved to be in the finals. Score: 59/60 Cincinnati Bengals player Chad Ochocinco and partner Cheryl Burke chose the waltz for the ballroom round. Inaba told Ochocinco that he nailed the dance. Goodman seemed equally impressed, noting that the football star is the only celeb in the semifinals without any dance experience. They took on the samba for dance number two, a dance that judges said was the toughest of the night. Tonioli joked that after seeing Ochocinco dance with his shirt open, he “will never take my clothes off again!” Score: 52/60 Lysacek and his partner Anna Trebunskaya picked the foxtrot, trying to add the emotion the skater hadn’t yet expressed in dance. Tonioli was impressed, saying that he wasn’t aware that Lysacek had that kind of vitality in him. Inaba said that he was engaged the entire time, something that had been missing from his pristine dance moves. For their second time out, the couple did a paso doble that Tonioli called strong, yet artistic. Dance number two earned a perfect score, for a 59/60 total. Nicole Scherzinger Shows Off Some Pussy Definition of the Day

Nicole Scherzinger is showing off her pussy definition in some tight outfit to snuff out any rumors that her she may actually have a cock, because based on that hard face, you’d automatically think she was a tranny, especially now that trannies are all South American and Asian and hotter than most white American women, but in their defense a bucket of shit usually has a tighter body than 80 percent of America and you can thank fast food on every corner for that…. As a dude married to fat pig of a woman, I’m not sure if fucking her is more twisted than fucking a dude dressed like a girl, I haven’t taken the time to find out, just like I haven’t taken the time to find out whether Nicole Scherzinger is a chick or not, but as far as I’m concerned, with a body like this, she’s good enough either way….no homo…. Dancing with the Stars Recap: Her Name is Nicole

Dancing with the Stars kicked off its second week Monday night by shuffling the order and injecting the Foxtrot and Jive into the mix for the 11 pairings. Like last week , Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough led the pack, and is (right now) the odds-on favorite to win this spring barring one of two scenarios: Fans become accustomed to her terrific performances as the norm and consider her so much of a lock, they just don’t vote (see Sabrina Bryan). She has a train wreck performance like Kate Gosselin’s last night. The first scenario is more likely, and you can’t count out a number of other competitors, of course. But the name to beat thus far is definitely Nicole. Here’s a tiered breakdown of last night’s Dancing with the Star s scores, along with the dance they performed and their combined two-week totals … The judges were kind to Nicole, Erin, Pam and their respective partners. Early favorites Nicole Scherzinger & Derek Hough (Jive) – 53 (25, 28). The competition Evan Lysacek & Anna Trebunskaya (Jive) – 47 (23, 24). Erin Andrews & Maksim Chmerkovskiy (Foxtrot) – 44 (21, 23). Pamela Anderson & Damien Whitewood (Foxtrot) – 43 (21, 22). Hanging around Jake Pavelka & Chelsie Hightower (Jive) – 40 (20, 20). Niecy Nash & Louis Van Amstel (Foxtrot) – 39 (18, 21). Shannen Doherty & Mark Ballas (Jive) – 38 (18, 20). Chad Ochocinco & Cheryl Burke (Foxtrot) – 34 (18, 16). Hoping for a fan bailout Kate Gosselin & Tony Dovolani (Jive) – 31 (16, 15). Buzz Aldrin & Ashly Costa (Foxtrot) – 26 (14, 12). Likely not going to get it Aiden Turner & Edyta Sliwinska (Foxtrot) – 32 (15, 19). Yeah, it doesn’t look good for Aiden Turner. Kate Gosselin can at least count on voter support despite her terribleness, and Buzz Aldrin … is Buzz Aldrin. You don’t vote the man off. Aiden lacks skills and a devoted fan base. Gone tonight.
