Hero Jumps On Hood Of Car During Car Jacking And Is Shot And Killed!: Sketch Of Black Male Suspect Looks Shady, Though [Video]

Man, that could be anybody!: Bill Ainsworth describes his brother, Mike, as a loving father — a man who often put others first. “He was a really good person all the way around,” Ainsworth said. “(He was) a christian, helped anybody in any way possible.” Wednesday, that selflessness cost 44-year-old Harry “Mike” Ainsworth his life, as he rushed to the aid of a woman who was being carjacked. Police said the attacker managed to get inside the woman’s car, and, when Ainsworth jumped onto the hood of the vehicle to intervene, the suspect opened fire. It all happened with Mike’s two sons looking on. “His two boys were with him, getting ready to get on the school bus, 9 and 10 years old, and pretty much saw what happened, and they ran down and sat with him until somebody showed up. They were there with him when he passed. It’s gonna be hard on them,” said Bill Ainsworth. It’s a loss for the entire Algiers Point neighborhood, where Ainsworth was well-known as a construction worker, a great friend and an all-around nice guy. “Always happy, hard working man, always had his two children with him, a very doting father. You saw the man, you saw the two boys. It’s just horrible. Horrible,” said neighbor Amy Duplessis. “Out of anybody it could’ve happened to, for it to happen to a man like that, it’s just devastating.” At the scene, police combed for clues, while neighbors tried to cope with what they were witnessing. “Algiers has always been known as a close family neighborhood, so for things like this to happen, in this neighborhood, is shocking and it’s a tragedy,” said Raynelda Robinson. It’s a crime that has left an entire community shaken and three children without a father. Family members said Ainsworth leaves behind his two boys, his girlfriend, who is also the boys’ mother, and a daughter who lives in Florida. “They loved their dad and their dad loved them. That was his world, his family,” said an emotional Bill Ainsworth. “I don’t know what I’m gonna do without him.”

Jesus Take The Baby! Halle Berry’s Baby Daddy “K-Fraudy” Aubry Investigated For Child Endangerment For Laying Hands On The Nanny While Holding Nahla!!

The nanny done made him lose his mind, up in here, up in here! According to TMZ reports: Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery — over an incident involving his and Halle’s child … TMZ has learned. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter Nahla in her arms. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel was supposed to take 3-year-old Nahla to school Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead. The nanny — who worked for both Gabriel and Halle — went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show. According to the report, the nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. According to the report, that’s when Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage — claiming, “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Law enforcement sources tell us … police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. The report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources tell us they are “definitely investigating child endangerment.” In addition, we’re told child protective services has launched a parallel child endangerment investigation. Halle’s reps have no comment. Dude, seriously??? WTF is wrong with you? Ok, maybe the nanny is a nobody but cotdamn you gotta push her out the door while you’re holding the kid! Jesus Take The Wheel: Los Angeles HS Soccer Star Killed By Crazy Slorish Classmate And Her Jealous Boyfriend

This is so sad. The killing of a promising high school football player in California was “personally motivated,” police say, though authorities are still not specifying a motive. Police announced the arrests Tuesday of Jason Schumann, 24, of Calabasas, and Elizabeth Ibarra, 19, of Los Angeles. Both were taken into custody Monday for investigation into the murder and were being held on $1 million bail. Both have extensive criminal records and are on probation, police said. While police would not specify a motive, the Los Angeles Times, citing sources, said it may have been over a love spat. The newspaper said Rodriguez may have been involved with a woman with a jealous “male friend.” Francisco Javier Rodriguez, Jr., a 17-year-old soccer goalie at El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills, was shot Jan. 11 shortly after returning home from a game. Relatives said Rodriguez was killed after answering the door and stepping outside, where a red-haired woman had been seen. Police believe Ibarra lured Rodriguez into the front yard when he was shot. Ibarra apparently dyed her hair dark brown following the shooting, authorities said. Apparently this Ibarra broad is a piece of work…check out pics and shady Facebook statuses on the flippy…

I will never understand why anyone would sit through an award show at their own will. Shit is torture. It’s like a bunch of awards that mean nothing for people who are already living a life of a lottery winner who don’t need more awards….making speeches about nothing…in efforts to validate that what they do actually matters on an artistic level…even though the shit are bought, bribed and totally bullshit….because their bank accounts aren’t enough validation….. I don’t see any appeal whatsoever in hearing a shitty comedian tame down his shitty jokes for money like a sell out while pretending he’s not being tame or that his jokes aren’t shitty….when he had to hustle to get to the level of hosting bullshit awards…and knows a good joke from a bad one….opting for the bad one cuz that shit pays the bills he already has no problem paying… The only thing remotely interesting is that the bitches show off some tit…but even that got boring by the 9th grade when all bitches had cleavage and we became desensitized….in desperate need of the pussy….but here are the pics anyway… Jessica Alba Showing Some Titty So People Don’t typecast her as “mom”…. REVIEW: Sing Your Song Doesn’t Need to Tease Greatness Out of Harry Belafonte — It’s Already There

It takes at least two things to make a terrific documentary: A great subject and a light but deft touch. Susanne Rostock’s Sing Your Song , which traces the career of Harry Belafonte with a specific focus on the singer and actor’s social activism, certainly has the former — it’s the latter that’s lacking. But if nothing else, Sing Your Song works as a testament to Belafonte’s drive and dedication to causes well outside the usual goals of simply making money. If you don’t know much about Belafonte beyond the fact that he was that great-looking guy who had a hit in the ’50s with “The Banana Boat Song,” Rostock’s documentary is as good a place as any to start. Sing Your Song is simply conceived and constructed: Rostock (making her directing debut, though she’s been editing documentaries for years) uses on-camera interviews with Belafonte, as well as voice-over narration, to frame a selection of television and news clips and still photographs. The story doesn’t need much embellishment: Belafonte was born in Harlem in 1927, though he spent a portion of his childhood with his grandmother, in Jamaica. He served in the Navy during World War II, and afterward became involved, along with his friend Sidney Poitier, with the American Negro Theater. Belafonte also studied acting at the New School, along with Poitier, Marlon Brando, Walter Matthau and Bernie Schwartz (the last better known as Tony Curtis). He began singing in clubs in New York in the early 1950s. And when he saw Huddie Ledbetter on stage one evening, he was inspired to start researching folk music himself, not just purely American folk music, but that of other countries as well — his 1956 album Calypso was the first LP to sell more than 1 million copies. ( Sing Your Song includes a TV clip of ’50s talk-show host Steve Allen passing one framed gold record after another into Belafonte’s arms.) Belafonte appears to have become a social activist without even knowing it, inspiring outrage in an extremely segregated America without even trying. In Robert Rossen’s 1957 Island in the Sun, his character’s romance with a white woman (played by Joan Fontaine) spurred controversy, though it also boosted ticket sales. Racism was still a huge problem — perhaps even a bigger problem — in 1968, when Petula Clark, performing on television with Belafonte, dared to take his arm. The outcry from advertisers and the public was deafening. Sing Your Song suggests that all of these experiences helped shape Belafonte’s political sensibility, goading him into action instead of just accepting injustice. Rostock includes interviews with significant figures of the civil rights movement, among them Julian Bond, who explains how much it meant to see Belafonte on television in the 1950s: “You’d call your neighbor – ‘Colored on TV!’ It was so rare.” And Belafonte himself explains how he became drawn to the civil rights cause: Martin Luther King Jr. set up a meeting with him, assuring him it wouldn’t take long. Four hours later, Belafonte emerged, ready to do anything necessary to get the point across to the rest of the nation. Sing Your Song is most potent in dealing with Belafonte’s activism during the ’50s and ’60s, becoming murkier and more disorganized when Rostock heads into the Watergate era. It’s not that Belafonte’s work became less visible or less significant at that point, but Rostock presents those years as a blurry laundry list, whirring from Belafonte’s efforts to end hunger in Ethiopia to his anti-Apartheid activities to his involvement in the turmoil in Haiti in the mid-1990s. By the last third, Sing Your Song begins to feel more like a promotional film — promoting activism, if nothing else — than a well-rounded portrait. Still, it’s valuable for both the vintage footage Rostock has collected and for the observations provided by Belafonte, who is as charming, handsome and persuasive in his mid-80s as he ever was. When he speaks about his recent efforts to end gang violence in Los Angeles, he says, “I’m still looking to fix these things I thought we fixed 50 years ago.” Retirement, apparently, isn’t an option. Michelle Obama ‘Is Really Funny,’ Miranda Cosgrove Says

‘iCarly’ star tells MTV News about first lady’s cameo, airing Monday on Nickelodeon. By Jocelyn Vena Jennette McCurdy, Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor and Michelle Obama in “iCarly: iMeet the First Lady” Photo: Lisa Rose/Nickelodeon Miranda Cosgrove is welcoming her biggest and most political guest star to date on Monday’s episode of “iCarly.” The teen star will be joined by first lady Michelle Obama in a very special episode of the series aptly called “iMeet the First Lady.” The episode, which airs at 7:30 p.m. ET on Nickelodeon, will follow Carly as she prepares to welcome her military dad home for his birthday. When he’s unable to come back from his deployment, the First Lady meets with Carly to thank her for her family’s sacrifice and service. Cosgrove said the idea for the episode came courtesy of Mrs. O herself after watching the show with her daughters. “It was one of the most exciting days in the entire time we’ve been filming the series in the last five years,” she said. “Because there was Secret Service everywhere and there’s just so much preparation for her coming and everybody was so excited to meet her. And then she came to the set and she was really down to earth and fun.” Given that Mrs. Obama is such a rookie when it comes to acting, the young Hollywood heavyweight weighed in on the first lady’s skills, giving her two thumbs up. “In real life she’s really funny, so I think that helped a lot because she just has a really good sense of humor,” she said. “So, she has good comic timing.” While the episode is about Carly’s experience in a military family, the episode really pays homage to all the military families out there. “This is really the best thing we could have done because it’s all about celebrating military families, just really letting all these kids know how important their parents are and how great they are for supporting them,” Cosgrove said. In fact, just to show how much support the show has for these families, the cast has been hosting special screenings of the episode at military bases throughout the country. The last will be held Friday (January 13) near Washington, D.C., at Hayfield Secondary School in Alexandria, Virginia. “It’s been really fun going to all the different military bases and meeting all the families and kids,” Cosgrove said. “They’re the first ones who get to see it … The response has been really good.” And at this last screening, Cosgrave will be joined by her super special co-star. “Mrs. Obama is going to be there and we’re going to get to see her again,” she teased. “And maybe we’ll randomly dance.” Are you excited for the presidential episode of “iCarly”? Let us know below!
