New reports suggest that the actor who plays Turtle on that HBO comedy has moved on from Jamie-Lynn Sigler. He might be dating socialite Brittny Gastineau. A witness tells Life & Style the pair went to a movie together on June 18 and “they were cute,” going as far as to share popcorn and sit together – in the dark! Gastineau is the daughter of a former professional football player. She’s basically who Kim Kardashian would be if the latter did not star in a sex tape and own huge breasts.

Will This Sexy, Misleading Mad Men Promo Yield Record Ratings?

With the season premiere of Mad Men just days away, AMC has done its best to make viewers hoping to hitch a ride onto the critically acclaimed drama feel welcome. That means airing a marathon of the best episodes from season three last night and scheduling Michael Clayton to run before the premiere (so they can capitalize on the “Jon Hamm is the Next George Clooney!” movement). But does this admittedly killer promo take things just a tad too far?

TIFF Chooses Hockey Musical to Open 2010 Edition

Sela Ward Officially Joins CSI: NY

Gary Sinise’s Detective Mac Taylor has just been assigned a new partner on CSI : NY . The CBS crime procedural — which just announced yesterday that star Melina Kanakaredes is exiting the show — has welcomed Sela Ward to the cast as an “experienced investigator from Washington, D.C., whose work is driven by her empathy for the victim.” The Sisters alum will make her first appearance on the season seven premiere this fall. Ryan Murphy Confirms Javier Bardem on Glee

Javier Bardem may have jumped the gun last week when he announced that he would “rock the house” on a season two episode of Glee , since both 20th Century Fox and Cory Monteith hadn’t yet heard about the casting coup, but now creator Ryan Murphy is confirming the rumor: “[That’s] something we’ll probably do in the first half of the season.” As for the possibility that Murphy will reunite with his other Oscar-winning _Eat, Pray, Love_star, he said, “No, Julia [Roberts] will not be doing the show.” [ Access Hollywood ]

The Big Brother Repulsion Index: Hot Dog, It Has Begun

Last night, CBS put an Orthodox Jewish podiatrist into a hot dog costume, broadcast sexually suggestive physical challenges, and introduced us to a red-headed bimbo who thought yarmulkes were called “Yom Kippurs.” Yes, Big Brother season has begun. The Julie Chen-hosted reality show is impressive because its premise — locking thirteen untalented individuals in a house and streaming their every move for audience’s voyeuristic pleasure — demands a repulsive sub-category of fame-seeking humans: the kind of person that masturbates in a cardboard box , knowing that his every motion will be seen by millions of people in their family room. This season, Movieline is joining in the Big Brother fun by ranking the most vile houseguests after each degrading episode. Baruch haba!
