There is other videos showing the guns that the guards had-guards who are not suppose to be armed with more than pepper spray. Citing a German news report, Techeye.net reports that Google has purchased small UAV “microdrone” aircraft manufactured by Germany's microdrone GmbH, perhaps for use to augment the company's Street View mapping data. Techeye says: The UAVs being flogged are mini helicopters with cameras attached that can be flown about all over the place. They're quiet and resemble sci-fi UFOs for the vertically challenged alien. They can fly up to 80km per hour, so Microdrone CEO Sven Juerss suggests they'll be brilliant for mapping entire neighbourhoods really quickly and relatively cheaply. Even before Google started data mining on open web networks its Street View operations were controversial, with Google Maps picking up on people who didn't exactly want their faces plastered all over the internet. With the kind of high-angle aerial shots this sort of kit can achieve, it boggles the mind as to the sort of images that may be accidentally captured. Our take: Skepticism is warranted, and outrage is probably premature. Security Guards Chokes Deaf Shoppers – Shoplifting Suspects, Video There are more questions than answers regarding this troubling video that seems to show a security guard choking a suspected shoplifter while his friend tries to intervene – both of whom appear to be deaf. Here is what we know from watching the video, listening to the commentary and reading the post of the youtube user who took the video. Apparently, two deaf shoppers were leaving XXI in Hollywood when the store alarm was triggered but the pair continued walking with their shopping bags (they are reportedly deaf). The video picks it up from there as one man is being choked by a security guard while his friend (clearly with a speech impediment) tries to help, gesticulating franticly that he has receipts. Meanwhile, the security guard is choking the deaf shoplifting suspect so hard he is turning blue. Some people in the crow that have gathered are upset but do nothing to intervene while man video tapes the choking incident. A security guard tries to stop the video taping of the incident to no avail. The suspects are taken back inside XXI Hollywood store. At times store security guards like the ones here in XXI shoplifting video seem to operate with impunity where beyond the limits of what they are legally allowed to do. It is one thing to ask for receipts it is another to tackle someone and choke because they are mere shoplifting suspects. Lets hope someone is looking into this incident and the whole truth comes out. The reception for the wedding of the couple, Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza, will be held tomorrow April 15. It was also reported that the ghazal singer Talat Aziz will be flying down to Hyderabad for the occasion. There will be a thick security blanket in place for the couple. The Mirza family hired security guards who will be in plain clothes. About 50 guards with commando training are going to man the reception area. Friends of the cricket team captain are expected to arrive at the reception, while celebrities from Bollywood are also attending the ceremony. The family friend also discloses that the couple will be traveling to the Ajmer Sharif dargah to pray before they leave for their honeymoon. Unlike co-star Kristen Stewart’s bold fashion choices, Dakota Fanning chose to play it safe again at the premiere or her new movie The Runaways in New York City last night. The 16-year-old actress looked rather princess-y in an embroidered cocktail dress that, although its a little longer and a different color, it is very reminiscent of the style of dress she wore to the LA premiere of the movie.
