In the video that’s reportedly years old but posted on YouTube this week, Gray says that they “smiled” through things although he and his wife were headed for divorce. A Wisconsin woman is making headlines for allegedly killing a 2-month-old boy she was babysitting, concealing his death and returning him to his mother strapped in a car seat and disguised in winter clothing. CRAZY right. According to PEOPLE reports , online court records show Marissa Tietsort was charged Friday with first-degree intentional homicide. Tietsort, who is a mother of five herself, has been in police custody since October after being detained on unrelated child abuse charges — yes you read that right — unrelated child abuse charges. Tietsort was initially given a $250,000 bond, but a judge has since doubled that amount. The criminal complaint against Tietsort alleges she knew the child in her care was dead but did not alert his mother when she came to pick him up. An autopsy, which identifies the baby as “Benson,” determined the child died from blunt force trauma to the head, according to the criminal complaint against Tietsort. The medical examiner also noted severe damage to the infant’s tailbone, which indicates he was struck with great force. DISGUSTING, right? Who would do such a thing to a baby? According to PEOPLE, the victim’s mother dropped him and his older brother at Tietsort’s home in Wausau, Wisconsin on Oct. 18th. The criminal complaint states that within two hours of leaving her children, the boys’ mother received a text from Tietsort alluding to an article from a local news website mentioning child abuse allegations against her and explaining that she wasn’t allowed to be in contact with children due to the allegations. The complaint says Tietsort asked the woman not to tell anyone she was watching her kids. Here’s the question we had — if you got a text like that, would it alarm you enough to make you rush to pick up your kids? The complaint says when the mother met Tietsort at a McDonald’s three hours later, the babysitter was allegedly acting like the infant was alive. Tietsort had dressed the child in winter clothing, strapped him into a car seat and pulled his hat down low over his eyes. The child’s mother told police it was after 9 pm so she believed her son was sleeping. It was moments later, while at a laundromat that she realized the baby was not breathing, and according to the complaint, his limbs were stiff and skin was cold. The child’s mother tried performing CPR on her son, which the child’s aunt dialed 911. Officers who responded to the scene noted the baby had “an ashen skin tone, his jaw was clenched and his lips were blue,” according to the complaint. It gets worse. The complaint alleges that Tietsort went swimming at a nearby hotel with her boyfriend and son shortly after returning the dead infant and brother to their mom. Police found Tietsort the following morning at a nearby hotel where she acknowledged watching the two boys but denied killing the baby. The complaint also alleges she told police at the time that she didn’t attempt to resuscitate the baby and decided against seeking medical treatment for him. There’s more. Tietsort’s arrest in October came two months AFTER the father of an 11-month-old girl she was babysitting filed a complaint with police over alleged facial injuries he claimed his daughter suffered while in her care. There was also another allegation against Tietsort in 2017 but no charges were filed. According to local media reports, social services have taken custody of four of Tietsort’s children but were unaware she’d given birth to her fifth child. Tietsort is currently being held at the Marathon County Jail AND expecting a sixth child. Tietsort is expected to enter pleas during her next scheduled court appearance on January 18th. Awful… Just horrible. We can’t help but to think if Tietsort’s arrest for the incident involving the 11-month-old girl had come sooner, that baby boy would still be alive. Fortunately, neither Jinger nor Jeremy seem to be getting tired of taking or sharing snaps of this little cutie. In their latest photo, as you’ll see below, Felicity’s eyes are so blue that you’d swear the pic had been photoshopped. “Baby’s got blue eyes,” Jeremy Vuolo captioned this close-up of his adorable daugther. Felicity Vuolo is just about a week away from turning six months old. Her face is already alert and her eyes fixate on what she recognizes — like her parents, and cameras. This is great, because Felicity’s eyes are a deep and intense blue. We don’t know whether to call them blue like sapphires or blue like blueberries . Both? Both. Takea look for yourself and be totally captivated by her sweet stare: Felicity is precious, and fans were quick to comment. “She is so flipping cute,” exclaimed one follower. Another fan announced: “What beautiful eyes she has!!” “Little Miss Vuolo is quite simply gorgeous and with that stunning color blue eyes,” commented anohter. “I think that’s how they will stay.” Many children are born with blue or gray eyes that change color to something else during infancy. This person believes that Felicity’s eyes will remain this deep, intense blue. That same commenter continued: “Just love your family and the photos you share.” The compliments kept pouring in. “I found another person who would love to buy a doll that looks like Felicity,” wrote a fan. “She is adorable with her big blue eyes and smile.” Okay, that is both flattering and a little creepy. “She is beautiful!” exclaimed another follower. “You 2 make pretty babies! Enjoy this because time will fly.” It really will. “Very cool,” affirmed another commenter. “Hope they stay blue…btw, love that song!” The song to which that person refers is an Elton John song, titled: “Baby’s Got Blue Eyes.” A few fans were a little stunned to see Jeremy refer to his daughter with a song by one of the most famous gay people on the planet. “I … was so confused how he could be an Elton John fan,” confessed a follower. Jeremy has been outspoken with his anti-gay views. He has condemned his own in-laws, the Duggars, for (mostly) keeping quiet about their anti-gay stance. In 2017, Jeremy came under fire for preaching against fellow Christians who are accepting of the LGBTQ community. “All you have to do is look at the sexual revolution pressuring them,” Jeremy said at the time. “And they cave in to a worldview that rejects God’s truth and embraces popular opinion,” Jeremy claimed. “Look at the revolution of popular thought,” he insisted at the time. “Look at the postmodernism of today’s culture,” Jeremy continued. “Look at the sexual revolution.” “Look at the false idea of tolerance,” he instructed. “Look at the false definition of love.” The message was that he sees fellow Christians accepting fellow human beings for existing as they are, and he sees that as a failing on their part. He also condemned fellow pastors for even considering officiating same-sex marriages. It seems that he believes that God’s love is reserved for straight people. We somehow doubt that Jeremy’s line about baby Felicity’s eyes was supposed to be an endorsement of Elton John. Instead, he was just referring to a song, not accepting a massive community of fellow human beings. Before you accuse Jeremy of hypocrisy, consider how few of us agree with the Duggar family about … anything. Jeremy may listen to Elton John while rejecting Elton’s humanity. But how many people watch Counting On without supporting the Duggars and their fertility cult? At any rate, let’s put our differences aside and just admire how cute Felicity is. Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey was charged with felony assault for groping the genitals of a teenage bus boy. On Monday, January 7, the former House of Cards star appeared in Massachusetts court for a hearing. Creepily, he remained entirely silent — even when it came time to enter a plea. Kevin Spacey appeared in court to address charges over the 2016 Nantucket Island incident. He is said to have smiled as he entered the building. The reviled 59-year-old actor reportedly did not say a word in court, not even to enter a plea. In accordance with Massachusetts law, a “not guilty” plea was entered on his behalf. After the hearing, Spacey reportedly have left without speaking. Cape and Islands Assistant District Attorney requested that Spacey be barred from contacting the 18-year-old victim or his family. The judge agreed to this request. Spacey’s time in courtrooms is only beginning, as this was a simple plea hearing. He will have to return for his first preliminary hearing on March 4 of this year. We have no idea what sort of legal strategy he will attempt in his own defense. Spacey was one of many men accused in #MeToo stories. Star Trek Discovery actor Anthony Rapp came forward and revealed that Spacey had behaved inappropriately with him when he was only 14 years old. Rumors and accusations had followed Spacey for decades, and this was finally enough to derail Spacey’s career. Spacey, however, believes that he has multitudes of secret supporters who yearn for his return to the big screen. He believes that these people either do not care about the accusations against him or do not believe them. On the same day that Spacey was charged for felony assault, he released a deeply creepy video. “I know what you want,” Spacey told his YouTube audience in a chilling video while acting as his former House of Cards character. “Oh sure, they may have tried to separate us but what we have is too strong, it’s too powerful,” he said. Many noted that his words sounded like what a sexual predator might say to a victim whom he had groomed. “After all, we shared everything, you and I,” Spacey continued. “I told you my deepest darkest secrets.” “I showed you exactly what people are capable of,” he said. “I shocked you with my honesty.” “But mostly, I challenged you and made you think, and you trusted me even though you knew you shouldn’t.” Read the room, you creep. “So, we’re not done no matter what anybody says,” Spacey continued. “And besides, I know what you want. You want me back.” In the context of the accusations against him, this is bone-chilling. “You wouldn’t rush to judgments without facts, would you? Did you? No, not you,” he says. Nobody rushed to judgments on Spacey. If anything, they dragged their heels for years. “You’re smarter than that,” he told his (hopefully imaginary) fans. “Anyway, all this presumption made for such an unsatisfying ending.” “And to think, it could have been such a memorable sendoff,” he lamented. “I mean, if you and I learned nothing else these past years, it’s that in life and art.” “Nothing should be off the table,” he said creepily. “We weren’t afraid, not of what we said, not of what we did and we’re still not afraid.” “Because I can promise you this, if I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do,” he announced. “I’m certainly not gonna pay the price for I didn’t do.” Again, this is just … deeply unsettling and not giving his audience the feelings that he had hoped to elicit. “Oh of course, they’re gonna say I’m being disrespectful not playing by the rules,” he said of his unwelcome comeback to the public eye. “Like I ever played by anyone’s rules before,” he concluded. “I never did and you loved it.” Gross.
