In the midst of finalizing a divorce, being evicted from his apartment, having property being repossessed and being sued by former employees, Herbert is now in trouble with the Internal Revenue Service. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Herbert is facing a federal tax lien for failing to pay millions of dollars he owed the IRS . Apparently, Herbert hasn’t paid taxes from 2013, 2014 and 2015. The IRS alleges that Herbert has refused to pay the amount he owed and they’re demanding that he pay it all quickly. Email Submit The Blast shared a breakdown of the debt. The breakdown for the debt: $2,799,906.26 (2013), $759,758.19 (2014) and $466,069 (2015) for a grand total of $4,025,733.45. Duggar Girls Announce Swimwear Line For Fundamentalists: You Don’t Have to Flash Your Knees to Be Sexy!

The women of the Duggar clan aren’t exactly known for their fashion sense. After all, until Jinger Duggar rebelled and started wearing pants  in 2017, all of Jim Bob and Michelle’s daughters rocked floor-length denim skirts and sported the long, Little House on the Prairie Without a Supercuts  hairstyle favored by their mother. Part of the reason for this is that the Jinger and her sisters are required to observe the strictures of “modest” dress at all times. Of course, the Duggars are an outdoorsy crew, which has led many to wonder what the women and girls do when they play sports or go to the beach. As we learned when Joy-Anna Duggar lifted weights  in a skirt with sweatpants underneath, the answer is — they improvise. But in the past two years, the Duggar sisters have become more independent and less fearful in their fashion choices. So perhaps it should come as no surprise that Jana, Jill, Jessa and the rest of the J-squad have launched a business venture in hopes of providing an option to women who share their passions for evangelicalism and physical activity. Introducing Dugkini — a swimwear line designed by the Duggar women and launched on the family website this afternoon. A blog post credited to Jill and Jessa promises a look for every shape, and assures fans that when they’re rocking Dugkini there will always be three sets of footprints in the sand — one for you, one for the lord and savior JC, and one for bae, who’s sure to be close by your side when you’re sporting these designs! Obviously, the Duggar gals faced some unique challenges that most swimwear designers are not forced to grapple with. Namely, how to offer contemporary beach fashions without condemning your customers to an eternity in the fiery depths of hell. “Just in time for summer, it’s the swimsuit that’ll make you the talk of your youth group trip to the Lake of the Ozarks,” the Duggar girls write. “Sure, most swimwear designers might think it’s perfectly ‘groovy’ to flash your ankles up and down the beach like you’re Audrey Hepburn or Rita Hayworth (both of whom are currently sizzling on Satan’s rotisserie, btw), but we think it’s important to remember that you are responsible for the impure thoughts of the men in your life,” the post continues. “So if you like your summers hot but your afterlives much more temperate, grab yourself a Dugkini and say, ‘Get behind me, Satan — but do not gaze thine eyes upon my backside while you’re back there.” We’re sure the Duggar girls struggled with the possibility that their husbands might feel threatened by their ability to earn money, but it seems they ultimately decided that helping America’s harlots and floozies cover their sinful hides was more important. South Carolina Fifth-Grader Raniya Wright Dies Days After Getting Into Fight With Classmate At School

According to The Washington Post, Raniya Wright, a student at Forest Hills Elementary School, got into a physical altercation with a classmate in a classroom at the school on Monday. It’s unclear what the two students were fighting about or what type of injuries Wright obtained in the scuffle. However, it is reported that when school staff were able to end the fight, the fifth grader collapsed. An ambulance was called, and when authorities made it to the school, Wright was unconscious in the nurse’s office, but still breathing. She was taken to the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston but died on Wednesday morning. The student she was involved in the physical altercation with was not named because they are under 17. They were also in the fifth grade and were suspended. As of right now, authorities say no criminal charges have been filed and there were no weapons used in the fight. The type of attack is listed by the County Sherrif’s Office as a simple assault. Grief counselors are on campus helping everyone deal with Wright’s unexpected passing. “Raniya was a wonderful student,” said Colleton County School District spokesman Sean Gruber in a statement. “She loved to write, spend time with her friends, play basketball and loved being a big sister. Kris Jenner: Tristan Cheating on Khloe Makes Good Television!

Previous reports have said that Kris Jenner is thrilled to kash in on Khloe and Tristan’s breakup drama . But until now, we haven’t really heard directly from Kris about Tristan cheating on his baby mama with Jordyn Woods. Now, however, Kris has come forward to share exactly how she copes with intense family drama like this. On Friday, March 29, Kris Jenner called in to On Air With Ryan Seacrest to finally discuss the scandal that rocked her family. She told the controversial E! host how she responds to massive media maelstroms like this one. “First of all,” Kris says. “I pray about it.” Kris is a devoted Christian. “I really do,” she says. “I find that, you know, just the spiritual side of me has to kick in.” Kris notes that she has to view things like this through a religious lens “because otherwise, you know, I feel like I wouldn’t survive.” “As challenging as some of these situations are,” Kris admits. She continues: “I think that because [my kids] have one another” “And,” she notes. “They try to make really good decisions.” Because of those factors, she believes “that they’re gonna come out the other side with a lot of clarity.” Having a strong emotional support network in your family (and infinite financial resources) can really do wonders for your state of mind! “And,” Kris expresses, her offspring emerge from these scandals with “a lot of honesty.” They consider the situation, she explains, “and do what they feel like is the right thing.” “And I really trust all of my kids to make those good decisions,” Kris affirms. We would certainly hope so. Most of them are grown-ass adults in their thirties. Kourtney will turn 40 in April. Kris shares that she believes that becoming parents themselves “really made such a difference, obviously, in all of their lives.” We guess that Kendall was either just fine to begin with or remains tragically unenlightened. Kris says that heartbreaks like Khloe’s may be part of what helps the Kardashians remain socially relevant after so long. “People watch the show,” Kris notes. “And we remind them of things that their family might be going through.” “Or things that they’re experiencing,” Kris continues. “Or don’t want to talk about.” In this case, that could be a cheater, or a suspicion of cheating, or someone feeling betrayed by someone they considered to be family. “And suddenly here it is, you know, right there for them to watch,” Kris observes. Kris says that these fans and viewers with similar struggles watch “and see how we might handle it, or go through it.” She says that these relatable experiences work “because it’s real.” Rich, famous families have some of the same problems as regular families, but also very different ones. In conclusion, Kris says: “I think that some of the stuff that we’ve been able to show … has been really beneficial.” Hey, if people can benefit from watching Khloe melt down because she refuses to believe Jordyn Woods’ side of the story , we don’t disagree. And Khloe gets paid for sharing her story on camera, so maybe it’s worth all of the heartache and the sometimes-deserved backlash. Lindsay Shookus to Ben Affleck: If You Relapse, We’re Through!

Well, it’s official, folks — Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are back together . We’ve known that for a while, but the couple obviously felt as though they needed to keep up the charade of a platonic friendship for a few weeks. We suppose that’s not terribly surprising. After all, it wasn’t all that long ago that Affleck dumped Shookus for Playboy model Shauna Sexton, who was a little less than half his age. After suffering a humiliation like that, it’s not surprising that Lindsay would want to give the impression that Ben had to work to win her back — whether or not that was actually the case is anyone’s guess. Of course, the main obstacle to this reconciliation — and seemingly the main reason Ben and Lindsay broke up — was Affleck’s struggles with alcoholism. Ben relapsed and checked into rehab  in December of 2017 after several years of sobriety. During his time with Lindsay, the Oscar winner was said to be happily on the wagon. Just days after news of their split went public, however, Ben was spotted paying for a delivery from a liquor store outside of a home where he had reportedly been partying with Sexton. Needless to say, it didn’t look good at that point. But the pics of Ben mid-bender prompted his estranged wife, Jennifer Garner, to stage an impromptu intervention and persuade the actor to enter rehab. And apparently Affleck’s valiant struggle to get sober factored heavily in Lindsay’s decision to give him a second chance. A source tells Us Weekly that Lindsay agreed to take him back largely “because she was impressed that he’d gone back to rehab and was sober.” The source adds that Shookus has been a “very positive influence in his life.” The insider goes on to say, “He’s in a good place and works hard on himself every day. He’s much stronger at this stage.” Back in February, a source informed Us that Ben and Lindsay were tentatively hanging out again. “They’ve been talking and have seen each other again,” the insider claimed. “Ben is in a much better place health-wise, and is a lot happier.” These says Ben and Lindsay are “are totally back on,” the same tipster reveals. Great news for all involved — though it sounds like the future of this relationship is contingent on Ben’s ability to remain on his best behavior. Clermont Twin Begs For Mercy Ahead Of Sentencing In $22K Federal Fraud Case (Exclusive Details)

The social media star pled guilty in November to felony wire fraud and access device fraud after admitting she’d stolen her deceased victim’s credit card after what the feds called a “prostitution date” to embark on a $22,000 six-month-long shopping spree. Clermont’s lawyer asked for a lenient sentence because his client had led a law-abiding life up until the fraud, and claimed she did it out of desperation and extreme financial hardship, according to court papers filed Thursday and obtained by BOSSIP. Instead of the 12- 18 months in federal prison that she agreed to as part of her plea, her lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman asked that she serve half the time behind bars and the rest of her sentence under house arrest or on probation. Lichtman argued that Clermont started a foundation to help people with mental illness, supported her family and friends and was a beacon of strength to her twin sister, Shannon. Source: Vivien Killilea / Getty Her court paperwork also includes character letters from 20 people, attesting to her “strong moral character” and “heart of gold.” “Defendant Shannade Clermont comes before this court asking for mercy,” her court papers state. “A life filled with good deeds and hard work had been marred by her criminal actions. Nevertheless, as the powerful enclosed letters reveal, Ms. Clermont is an uncommonly decent and giving young woman, and unlike many defendants, has made very sincerer efforts to help family, friends and even strangers throughout her life.” Clermont had initially faced four felony charges, but under a deal with the government, she only pled guilty to two charges and had the others dismissed. Although wire fraud carries a sentence of up to 20 years, the judge told Clermont that the government agreed to a sentence of 12-18 months in federal prison, restitution and up to $55,000 in fines.
