Bryan Singer is firing back at sexual assault accuser Michael Egan, saying he was not even in the same state during the period he allegedly raped him. Bryan Singer Accused of Sexual Abuse Michael Egan claims in a new lawsuit that the X-Men director anally raped him and forced hard drugs on him during two separate trips to Hawaii in 1999. Singer will reportedly file credit card bills and various other documents proving he was in Toronto during the time frame in question, shooting the first X-Men . The 31-year-old man accusing Bryan Singer of sexual assault claims he didn’t remember the incident until recently, which Singer also says should clear him. Egan filed a lawsuit over a series of L.A. pool parties alleging sexual abuse against three other men in 2000, with a clear memory of what they alleged did. Singer was not named in that lawsuit, despite Egan’s claim that at one of these parties, Singer forced Egan to perform oral sex on him when he was just 15. He’s very graphic, comparing himself to a piece of meat and saying that Singer held his head underwater and forced him to orally copulate the director. Michael Egan, Bryan Singer Accuser In the 2000 lawsuit, however, he accuses Marc Collins-Rector, who owned the party house, and two other men. Singer was NOT named or even referenced . Egan ended up getting a default judgment of more than $2 million, but Collins-Rector and the others left the country so Egan was paid virtually nothing. Not unlike Wade Robson’s molestation accusation against Michael Jackson, Egan now said he blocked the incident out and numbed himself with alcohol. Recently, he got sober and started therapy, which unleashed a flood of bad memories involving Singer. The director claims this is all totally bogus. Sources connected to Singer says it’s absurd that Egan remembered the party in such vivid detail as to three other men but repressed memories of Singer.

With Curtis Lepore – a viral Vine star who has amassed millions of followers over that video sharing service – facing accusations of rape , Internet users have turned their wrath toward Jessi Smiles, the ex-girlfriend at the center of this allegedly heinous crime. Not long after the troubling story broke, Twitter followers went online and blasted Smiles, issuing death threats along the lines of the following messages: F**K YOU JESSI I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN YOU LITTLE BITCH. Hows it feel to lie about being raped? F**king bitch he didn’t f**king rape you dumb bitch. According to reports, Lepore and Smiles got close via Vine and then met in New York City for the first time last summer. They dated for a couple months and then split in August. A few days later, after Smiles suffered a concussion while filming a video, Lepore offered to take care of her. She supposedly fell asleep by his side and that’s when the sexual assault took place. Since the story broke, Lepore has come out and told people not to pass judgment, while Smiles wrote that she “stopping living her life” six months ago, at the time of the alleged incident. She has vowed that is “NOT going to happen again.”

According to TMZ: Crap is about to hit the fan in CeeLo Green’s felony drug case — at least according to the L.A. County D.A., which just hinted it’s on the brink of exposing the FULL story surrounding the singer pushing ex pills, a story that involves allegations of forced sex. CeeLo was back in court yesterday — when the judge set a date for a preliminary hearing in January — and prosecutors said they expected the prelim hearing to last several hours. The reason … prosecutors said there’s a lot more to the drug charge than meets the eye, insinuating they were preparing to delve into the nitty-gritty of the case … i.e. the sexual assault aspect. You’ll recall, this whole thing started last year … when a woman accused CeeLo of spiking her drink with ex pills at a Downtown L.A. sushi joint. She claimed the next thing she remembered was waking up in a bed nekkid with CeeLo in the room. CeeLo was eventually cleared of sexual assault due to insufficient evidence, but got hit with a felony drug charge instead. But the funniest part of yesterday’s hearing — CeeLo spent the entire time standing behind his lawyer Blair Berk, who was blocking him from the cameras. As we reported, Blair objected to cams in the courtroom because she felt they put CeeLo in the spotlight too much.
