Jessica Simpson Tries Hard But Still Disappoints

Jessica Simpson isn’t exactly wowing us these days with her sexy outfits, I know she’s accepted that she’s soft and proud of it, but a little cleavage would really make things pop… In my pants. I couldn’t resist. Seriously though, her boobs look like one of those tubular throw pillows you see on a senior citizen’s couch. The pattern isn’t really helping either, it reminds me of those Magic Eye posters from the 90’s where you squint and see something like a penguin on an ice flow. Well, I’m squinting and all I see are fading memories of Jessica Simpson’s tight little body . Sigh. more pictures of Jessica Simpson here

Cameron Diaz Hidden Camera Leg Show

I don’t know why I’m posting these pictures of Cameron Diaz on the set of one of her new movies, the pictures aren’t spectacular or anything, I guess I’m just tired. Although, she is showing off her sexy legs in that little dress or maybe I just like them because I feel like I’m doing something I shouldn’t. Like when I hang out in the ladies changing room at Wal Mart with one of those little dentist mirrors eating ice cream sandwiches, I know it’s a bad idea but those things are just delicious.

‘American Idol’ Top 12 Women’s Report Card

Lilly, Michelle and Crystal go to the head of the class, but Haeley, Lacey and others are in danger. By Eric Ditzian Lilly Scott Photo: FOX The top 12 “American Idol” women have arrived. They’ve sung, they’ve been judged, and now they await their fate from the voting public: a pass to next week or a plane ticket home. So, how did these “Idol” hopefuls do on Tuesday night? Who surprised us, who disappointed us and who’s in danger of going home? Let’s take a look at the top 12 women’s report card. (And don’t miss Jim Cantiello’s review of their performances in the Newsroom.) Excellent Lilly Scott : While so many contestants tried to mimic pop stars on Tuesday night, Scott was the most prominent example of what the judges have always wanted: a performance that displays your originality rather than your propensity for imitation. Scott’s acoustic guitar-driven reworking of the Beatles’ “Fixing a Hole” was unexpected and refreshing. We weren’t sure what to make of the platinum-blond 20-year-old before her performance, but now we’re certain she’s bought herself a few more weeks on the “Idol” stage. Michelle Delamor : If no one knew who Delamor was before her performance of Alicia Keys’ “Fallin’, ” they certainly do now. While it was a conventional choice, she executed the song with vocal dexterity. And what’s more, she looked like one of the only singers of the night not suffering from a case of voice-mangling nerves. She’ll have to show she can bring some innovation to her repertoire, but for now, she’s safe. Crystal Bowersox : Simon Cowell may not have liked the dreadlocked single mom’s take on Alanis Morissette’s “Hand in My Pocket” — accusing her of being like thousands of other buskers outside subway stations — but Bowersox made clear she’s a genuine musical talent. Her sweet admittance that she’d prefer to sing originals if only “Idol” rules allowed it showed that the singer has confidence to equal her chops. Satisfactory Paige Miles : She entered the evening with one of the least-recognizable faces, and after her energetic take on of Free’s rock anthem “All Right Now,” she finished off with a new lease on “Idol” life. Nice to meet you, Paige. Now keep it up! Katelyn Epperly : Following on the heels of Scott’s Beatles rearrangement, Epperly’s bluesy rendition of the band’s “Oh! Darling” did not hold up especially well. But it still held up, and she’s in no danger of going home. Will she heed Kara’s advice next week and ditch the lipstick glam for a more natural look? Will the judges spend more time critiquing her voice instead of her getup? Stay tuned. Janell Wheeler : The 24-year-old picked a song that might not have fully showcased her vocal talents but was nonetheless a ton of fun: Heart’s ’80s classic, “What About Love.” That the tune is a karaoke go-to could both be a strike and plus for Wheeler. We’ll look for her to show off her chops in the coming weeks. Siobhan Magnus : The 19-year-old made the top 24 on the strength of her lively, youthful rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “Living for the City,” and then promptly forgot everything the judges told her. Still, her haunting take on Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Game” is probably the performance everyone’s still talking about the next day. Is she safe? Yes. Are we curious — and a little afraid — about what she’ll bring next week? You bet. ‘American Idol’ Season 9 Performances Unsatisfactory Katie Stevens : The 17-year-old apparently decided she’d had enough with her teenage years and tried her hand at the sexy classic “Feeling Good.” It was not a good idea. Neither was that outfit, which did indeed make it look like her parents had dressed her up for a fancy-dress party. Stevens needs to add in a dash of teenage rebellion to that persona before she wears out her “Idol” welcome. We’ll still see her next week, but Tuesday night should be a wakeup call for Stevens. Ashley Rodriguez : If we could have guessed what song Rodriguez would bust out on Tuesday, it would have been something by Beyonc

Olivia Wilde Can’t Fool Me This Time

Olivia Wilde has done a pretty good job in the past keeping me on my toes when it comes to wether she’s hot or not, well not this time sweetheart. Here she is on the set of House looking pretty frickin’ gorgeous in her sexy happy ending gloves. I’ve never had a happy ending (I swear), but I have had massages from some sketchy chicks, so I frickin’ hope those girls wear rubber gloves. Or what? That garbage gets rubbed into my back? I think I’m going to be sick.

Kevin Smith Reveals Why He’s Laying Low After Airplane Drama

‘When you could have come to my aid, all you did was let me dangle,’ writer/director says of the press. By Larry Carroll, with additional reporting by Anya Zadrozny Kevin Smith Photo: Soren McCarty/ Getty Images In the entire history of the cinema, you’d have a hard time finding a filmmaker who has made himself more accessible than Kevin Smith. From his low-budget convenience-store beginnings to his current incarnation as director of the Bruce Willis comedy “Cop Out,” every move the guy has made over the last decade-and-a-half seems to have been chronicled in some sort of media report, blog, tweet, book or podcast. Which makes it all the more odd that the “Clerks” filmmaker has done very little press to promote his new movie, which opens Friday (February 26). Over the last few days, MTV News covered a “Cop Out” press junket and red-carpet premiere in New York City and both times Smith avoided on-camera interviews. What gives? To say it simply: Kevin is upset at the media. To say it more accurately: There are three factors in play. “If I’m not the guy who’s making Kevin Smith movies then who am I?” – First off is the fact that “Cop Out” represents Kevin’s first non-writing directorial effort. Much like recent Woody Allen films, the studio seems intent on marketing it without his famous name — and trailers like this one need to be freeze-framed to even catch his credit block. As Smith recently told MTV Radio in one of the few interviews he has done to promote the film, he agrees with the technique and is trying to step back from his usual media presence. “[‘Cop Out’] has nothing to say itself; it’s a popcorn movie,” he explained. “Let me see if we can work on this other part of the craft, just me as the director, and leave the personality stuff out of it. Because I’ve got SModcast now, I’ve got this Twitter account I’m on every day, I do Q&A’s onstage all the time. So I can be myself, express myself in any number of forums.” “Before, it used to just be the films, so I’d do it in my films — now I can do it everywhere on a regular basis for free; I don’t feel the need to put it in films,” he added — then admitted that the “Cop Out” experience has him reevaluating his own place in Hollywood. “Without [making references to my life in films] I’m like, ‘Who am I? If I’m not the guy who’s making Kevin Smith movies then who am I?’ I’m trying to figure out if I have any skills after 15 years as a professional director.” “I’m trying to take the high road” – As everyone and their mother knows by now, Smith was booted from a Southwest Airlines flight last week. After tweeting extensively about it, Smith is trying his best to not talk about the situation anymore — in an excellent Huffington Post article , the writer explains that “he seems reticent to even make normal media appearances to promote the film” because he doesn’t want people to ask him about Southwest. On Tuesday (February 23) a follower even went so far as to ask whether Kevin was doing the usual media blitz we would expect to see a few days before one of his films opens. “I did only the print & radio. Skipped TV,” he tweeted to his 1.6 million followers . “As all anyone was gonna ask about was SWA, which I’d already said enough about. Despite righteous indignation, [I’m] trying to take the high road.” When MTV News approached Kevin’s publicity folks for further comment, Warner Brothers declined to make a statement and his personal publicist said, “He very clearly explains himself and the situation [in the tweets]. There is nothing else to add.” “I was so mad at the press” – The final — and most significant — reason why you’re not seeing Kevin Smith on TV this week is the same one that has made his audience love him for all these years: The man is brutally honest and talkative to a fault. As he explained in Tuesday’s tweet, however, he did speak to a handful of radio outlets — and the aforementioned MTV radio interview offers unique insight into his mindset these days. “It’s on my blog. I would waste time talking about it now, but you could pull it off my SModcast where I do the whole story,” Kevin responded when asked the inevitable Southwest question. “I did about 24 video clips called ‘Final Words’ that also contains the whole story. And the blog has it all outlined; it would be a waste of time to go all over it again now.” A good, short, concise, polite answer. The only problem is, fans of Kevin Smith know that such a thing is an impossibility. Sure enough, he spent the rest of the radio interview — approximately one-third of the entire thing — doing exactly what he had just called “a waste of time.” The point seemed to be that Smith wants to get his own message out there and then get back to talking about his movie. So, although we rarely run an article this long, we now present Kevin’s unedited thoughts on Southwest, the media and how he was wronged: “The long story short? My parents taught me if you get f—ed and you don’t want to get f—ed, then you start screaming. And that’s what happened. I got lied to, I got f—ed over and I started complaining. And the airline was like, ‘Well, something did happen — but he is fat and fat people should buy two seats.’ And they put the information out there side by side and made it about weight. But it wasn’t about weight — it was about a dude who bounced me for no reason, except maybe he didn’t like a joke I told him on my way down the jet way.” “First they were like, ‘The pilot told us you have to get off because you’re a safety concern.’ I was like, ‘Are you kidding me? Tell me the pilot’s name.’ And they lied — they lied again and again … two days later, they told me, ‘The pilot didn’t say it, some employee made the call.’ And I was like, ‘OK, so it had nothing to do [with my weight],’ because I could put my armrests down. I literally sat in the seat for five seconds before this chick — who had been all the way up at the desk in the airport — came over. If I just hit my seat and she’s saying the pilot wants me off, I was like, ‘Where’d you get that message, ma’am?’ She’s like, ‘Well, the pilot told me.’ And I can’t even see the pilot! I’m sitting in the front row of the bulkhead — if I can’t see the pilot, how can he see me? “She’s like, ‘Well, we have phones.’ And I’m like, ‘Well, I know you have phones, ma’am. But I’m telling you — I literally sat and here you are.’ She said, ‘Can you please just come with me?’ The lie compounds; the lie compounds. “I go outside, I’m like, ‘Give me more information,’ and she’s like, ‘The pilot, the pilot.’ Two days later, Southwest is going, ‘It wasn’t the pilot.’ But they don’t change that on their blog — they don’t point out that they’ve changed the information. “Everyone’s going, ‘He’s fat’ for the next f—ing three days; the top of Google News is everyone in the world telling me I’m fat. Everyone on network [TV] telling me I’m fat; ‘Entertainment Tonight’ put a f—ing chick in a fat suit and put her on a plane. I’m like, ‘What does this have to do [with anything]?’ “Ladies and gentlemen, I don’t know how many ways to say this: For 15 years, I’ve been completely honest with everybody. I believe in honesty. And I’ve been saying I’m fat for 15 years. This ain’t about being fat — they obfuscated the f—ing truth with my fat, which really bums me out. They used my own fat against me. They hid behind my fat. And that’s my job — to hide behind my fat. “The [fat story] is the sexy story that everybody wants to write … I was so mad at the press because for 15 years I’ve done nothing but tell you the truth and give you interesting sh– to write about. And this one time, when you could have come to my aid, all you did was let me dangle and let these f—ers call me fat. Heartbreaking, heartbreaking.” Check out everything we’ve got on “Cop Out.” For breaking news, celebrity columns, humor and more — updated around the clock — visit MTVMoviesBlog.com .

But Wait, There’s More! The Real David Paterson New York Times ‘Bombshell’

Yesterday we told you to look out for another David Paterson profile in the New York Times today . We were right: Tonight, the Times published a second David Paterson piece . And, holy crap, look at all the sexy… ZZZZZZZZZZ Do not be fooled by the big plane crash which opens the article or the impressive triple byline. Reader, this New York Times David Paterson article is boring, too! While the previous Paterson article could be summed up as “Paterson has a sketchy confidant,” tonight’s is something like: “David Paterson wastes a lot of his campaign money on fancy restaurants and gives jobs to his buddies’ ex-girlfriends.” Anyway, suppose we ought to go through the most scandalous details: Scandalous Detail 1: David Paterson eats at fancy restaurants and charges them to his campaign! There is a $304 tab at Le Cirque in Manhattan. There were two large expenditures at the Water Club – $670 and $299. And the campaign spent more than $1,000 at the Mojo restaurant in Harlem, for the governor’s birthday. And he also spent $1,800 in campaign funds on a fancy but drug-fueled-orgy-free trip to a Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, Fla. Suggested New York Post Headline: “$1,000! CAMPAIGN CASH FOR GOV BIRTHDAY BA$H” Scandalous Detail 2: Governor David Paterson is suspiciously absent from the governor’s office. For example: When a plane crashed outside Buffalo about 10:20 on a Thursday evening last year, killing 50 people, aides to Gov. David A. Paterson of New York could not find him for more than three hours, and it was nearly five hours before his office released any statement about what was the deadliest air disaster in the nation since 2001. His hours are “not long,” according to the Times : He works from 10 to about 4:30 or 5pm. And he hung out in the Hamptons for long stretches of time when he should have been campaigning. Plus, he evidently skipped out on a Columbia speaking engagement because “it was the night before his 55th birthday”. (Guy really likes birthdays!) Suggested New York Post Headline: “THE FIRST SLACKRICAN-AMERICAN GOVERNOR” Scandalous Detail 3: It appears the Times heeded John’s advice to “not for get about David Paterson’s Other Sketchy Aide” . Much ink is spilled over Clemmie Harris—especially his ex-girlfriend, Gabrielle Turner, whom Paterson gave a cush job in his administration even though for the past 15 years, her only political experience had been “a two-week stint as a volunteer on Barack Obama’s presidential campaign”. Suggested New York Post Headline: “GOV’S PARTY PAL” Obviously, none of these revelations are resignation-worthy. We do get the image of Paterson as playboy-governor, which, given his predecessor, is not helpful at all! The Times just unloaded a substantial shovelful of shit on the already heaping pile that’s probably going to bury Paterson’s reelection efforts. But that ride was fun, let’s do it again sometime. (If you hear of any impending Paterson bombshells, you know who to email.)

Britney Spears Tries To Sex It Up For Candies

Here’s everyone’s favorite former popstar Britney Spears in some new ads for Candies . I can never remember what Candies sells, I think it’s shoes, but I like the fact that they’ve got Britney lying across a motorcycle in a tube top and a tight pair of jeans to help push the product. Tube tops need to make a comeback. Anyhow, it’s nice to see that Britney is at least trying to get her sexy image back out there, most of the time we see her walking to the mall braless with wonky nipples , it’s getting old. This is a refreshing change. Enjoy. Related Articles: Britney Spears Lingerie Picture For Candies Britney Spears Is A Nude Womanizer Britney Spears’ Photoshop Hotness Britney Spears In Daisy Dukes
