But the extensive anecdote does not in fact feature in Billboard magazine’s cover story and her spokesperson told Mail Online: ‘These quotes are wrong – she never said them.’ Aguilera is currently promoting her new album Lotus, in stores November 13, and she is no doubt hoping for a strong comeback after 2010 flop Bionic. With little more than a slap on the wrist and a “stern” warning, Chris wrapped things up in less than an hour and took his medical mary jane card with him. According to TMZ… Chris Brown tested positive for mary jane recently in Virginia, where smoking green is illegal, but the judge said she would NOT revoke his probation. Chris was just in court for a probation progress report hearing in his felony battery of Rihanna — and according to probation report docs … Brown failed a drug test on June 18 in Virginia, where he was fulfilling his court ordered community service. According to probation report, Chris told his probation officer he had smoked in California — where he has a medical sticky-icky prescription — and then failed the test in Virginia, where herb is illegal … prescription or no prescription. Judge Patricia Schnegg said she never ordered Brown to undergo mandatory drug testing as part of his probation, so she cut him a break … this time … letting him off with a stern reminder to obey all laws. Schnegg also ordered Brown’s entire case moved back to California because that’s where he lives now. Judge Schnegg also ordered Brown to meet with his probation officer within 72 hours to sort out a discrepancy in community service hours — prosecutors say he had 121 hours left to complete as of August 15th, but Chris’ attorney, Mark Geragos insists he has less than that on his tab. We’re just wondering who the hell lights up a couple months before they’ve got court to go to for a probation hearing?? Her nasty azz attacker was seeking revenge… The woman, a bird-watcher who goes to the park every day, had indeed encountered the man before. About a week and a half ago, she had seen him masturbating in the Ramble area and taken a photograph of him. The man demanded that the woman delete the photo at the time, and when she refused, he tried unsuccessfully to take her camera, the Police Department’s chief spokesman, Paul J. Browne, said.On Wednesday, around 11:50 a.m., the woman was birding along a wooded path near West 74th Street and Strawberry Fields when the man, whom she described as white, stocky and clean shaven, with a Russian or Ukrainian accent and in his 40s or 50s, appeared again. After asking her if she remembered him, the suspect threw the woman to the ground, raped her and stole her backpack, which contained a digital camera with a professional lens. Eric Ozawa, a writing instructor at New York University, said that he had been bird-watching in the park when he saw a woman’s legs sticking out onto the wood-chip path, and at first thought she was sleeping. Then he saw her sit up on the path, which is lined with shrubs and trees. The woman had mulch sticking to parts of her face, which was badly bruised, Mr. Ozawa said. Her forehead was swollen; the area around her right eye was turning blue. She waved him over and told him that she had been raped, he said. Mr. Ozawa said that the area was crowded at the time. Just before reaching the path where he encountered the victim, he had threaded through a cluster of tourists at the nearby “Imagine” memorial, to John Lennon, he said. “For something like this to happen in broad daylight is particularly horrifying, and someone of her age,” Mr. Ozawa said. “It took me a while, I think, to really register what had happened. It was such a shock. The park has seemed so safe for so long.” Andres Fontanez, a maintenance operator for the park who often works around Strawberry Fields, said detectives showed him a photo of a white man, possibly in his 30s or 40s with longish, dark hair.“She’s a nice, old lady, she don’t bother no one,” he said. “She’s always in there, sitting down on the same bench, trying to make sure the park is as nice as it should be.” We hope this poor defenseless woman still has the camera she used to snap this perv so this disgusting azzhole is found and has his schlong ripped off!!!
