Chris Brown to Remain in Jail For a MONTH, Possibly Longer

Jailed after getting kicked out of a second rehab center in four months, Chris Brown will likely spend the next month behind bars, and possibly a lot longer. Chris Brown Arrested in Rehab Chris Brown was jailed Friday after getting thrown out of the Malibu rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly four months, per judge’s orders. It’s still unclear why he got the boot from the rehab center, but TMZ reports it was not related to drug abuse or violence. In any case, he was told to get out. And go directly to jail. By virtue of getting arrested for assault in D.C. last fall, Chris violated his probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009, and had his probation revoked. However, the judge in the Rihanna case ordered Chris to stay in rehab until April 17, when his D.C. assault case goes to trial, to see how it plays out. When Chris broke the (unspecified) rules and got booted, however, the judge had Sheriff’s deputies haul him to jail … where he may stay for awhile. Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, will go to court Monday to ask the judge to let him either go to another rehab facility or go on house arrest pending the D.C. trial. Given that this is the second rehab facility that booted Brown, who is being treated for anger issues, PTSD and bipolar disorder , he faces an tough fight there. Also, prosecutors wanted him in jail instead of rehab from the start, so they’re not likely to go any easier on him now … to say the absolute least. In the D.C. case, Brown has a strong defense, but if he’s found guilty, he could land in prison for breaking the law while on probation for beating Rihanna. If he’s acquitted or the case is tossed, his probation would be reinstated. Father Likely To Avoid Charges For Killing Teen He Mistook For Intruder The unfortunate case of a 17-year-old boy who lost his life at the hands of a father who killed him after his daughter snuck the boy into their home but later claimed no to know him is likely to have an ending that the boy’s family will certainly not be happy with according to a local prosecutor. via Fox News The Houston father who police say fatally shot a 17-year-old boy who was inside his daughter’s bedroom early Thursday morning will likely not be charged, an area prosecutor told MyFoxHouston.com. Although a grand jury will review the case, prosecutor Warren Diepraam said it is unlikely that the father will be charged. “What was going on in the person’s mind at the time of the shooting, [not] what they found out after the fact” is key, Diepraam said. “They’re looking at what he was thinking when he made the decision to shoot.” He reportedly found the teen in bed with his daughter and confronted him. His daughter apparently told him she did not know the boy. The father said he told the teen not to move, but reportedly saw the teen reach for something, at which point police say the father opened fire. The teen did not have a gun. His daughter later confessed that she snuck her boyfriend, 17, into the house, the report said. “We don’t know if the father knew him or not,” Sgt. Ben Bell with the Harris County Sheriff’s Department, told the station. The family had just moved into the neighborhood. Do you think this father should be charged, Bossip fam?

Breezy just can’t seem to get it together….and he’s even being accused of having an “inappropriate relationship” with a rehab worker… Chris Brown Sent Back To Jail After Getting Kicked Out Of Rehab Just when it seemed Chris Brown was finally ready to get on the right path , yet ANOTHER incident has gotten him booted from rehab. And this time, he was sent straight to jail. via TMZ Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge’s order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he’s been living for nearly 4 months … TMZ has learned. The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month. BUT … at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course. The deal was this … if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility this morning, for violating “internal rules.” We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we’re told it did not involve violence or drugs. Sources tell TMZ … Chris was caught having “an inappropriate relationship” with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out today. As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom’s car window. Chris was picked up by L.A. What the hell is in the water in Florida that makes people lose their isht ?? Florida Man Stabs Employer To Death For Posting His Photograph Online Via Sun-Sentinel A restaurant worker stabbed and killed the business owner and seriously injured a co-worker Thursday night with horrified dinner customers fleeing the restaurant. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office police report, Tilus Lebrun, 42, of 217 NW 15th Court in Pompano Beach told a Haitian PBSO deputy that he killed owner Dimitrios Karaloukas, 61, because he took a picture of him and posted it online. The emergency call came at about 7:30 p.m. from Jimmy the Greek Taverna Restaurant at 8221 Glades Road. Callers reported that an employee had fled the restaurant wearing a black apron while carrying a large knife. Deputies found Lebrun nearby on Glades Road. While in a deputy’s cruiser, Lebrun asked him if he was Haitian, and when the deputy said yes, Leburn spoke to him in Creole saying “I killed him because he took my photograph on March 2 and posted it on the internet.” In an interview at PBSO headquarters, Lebrun told the deputy “They need to learn how to respect people. I have three kids in Haiti. I know they will suffer, but they will survive,” according to the report. The deputy said while en route to the interview, Lebrun repeatedly said Karaloukas had taken his photo without permission. Employees and patrons of the restaurant told deputies that Karaloukas was sitting in the restaurant when Lebrun attacked him with a large knife, which some witnesses described to CBS12 as a meat cleaver. They said Lebrun walked up to Karaloukas and stabbed him three times in the left side and once in the back for no apparent reason, according to the report. Karaloukas, patrons and employees quickly left the restaurant. Deputies aren’t clear when the second victim, a male co-worker, was stabbed, but he was taken to Delray Medical Center in critical condition. His identity and updated condition have not been released. Karaloukas died from his injuries at about 8:45 p.m. Thursday, PBSO reported. Ebony Wilkerson even tried to call off bystanders hustling to rescue her screaming children from the water, saying “everyone was OK” as she left the van in the ocean, an affidavit said. Wilkerson, 32, is charged with three counts of attempted murder and three counts child abuse causing great bodily harm. Volusia County Court Judge Shirley Green found probable cause for the charges during Wilkerson’s first appearance in court Saturday and set her bond at $1.2 million. A date for an arraignment was not released. The bystanders and beach safety officers, paying no attention to the mother, pulled the two girls and a boy, ages 3, 9 and 10, through the windows to safety Tuesday on Daytona Beach. Later, Wilkerson denied trying to hurt her children, telling investigators she was driving too close to the water, “and the waves pulled her in,” according to the charging affidavit. Her children told investigators another story. They threw mama right under the bus where she belongs. “Mom tried to kill us,” they told detectives, according to the document. “Mom is crazy.” Volusia County Sheriff Ben Johnson said Wilkerson, of North Charleston, was in the custody of the sheriff’s office after being hospitalized for a mental evaluation. The children told authorities they had come to Florida from South Carolina earlier in the week to escape their father. They described a history of violence between their parents, and they said their mother had been “acting crazy and speaking to Jesus” since they had come to stay with Wilkerson’s sister in Daytona Beach. The sister, Jessica Harrell, didn’t return a phone call from The Associated Press, but she was worried about Wilkerson’s mental health and called a 911 dispatcher hours before the minivan ended up in the ocean. When she was driving into the ocean, one of the children asked her what she was doing, and she said: “‘I am keeping us all safe,’” according to the affidavit. The boy tried to wrestle the steering wheel away from Wilkerson. “She told them to close their eyes and go to sleep. She was trying to take them to a better place,” Johnson said at a news conference. Multiple sources confirm that the 29-year old reality star has purchased the singer’s Calabasas mansion, where Bieber has notoriously hosed a great many parties and in whose neighborhood he likes to drive very fast. Justin bought the house in 2012, but recently put it on the market because pretty much everyone in the gated community now hates him. “The fact that a talented international musician like Mr. Bieber chooses to live in Calabasas is certainly a feather in our cap and a tribute to our safe and beautiful community,” the city’s mayor, Fred Gaines, told The Los Angeles Times in January. ” [But] the peace and privacy of our residents is the city’s top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents.” Khloe reportedly bought the property for $7.2 million, meaning Justin made over $1 million on it in under two years. Eric Schneiderman’s office rounded up a cavalry of high-priced hookers and were expected to be brought to the 7th Precinct on the Lower East Side, law enforcement sources told The Post. “The ring has become much more active in the last two weeks, specifically seeking to capitalize on the excitement around the Superbowl,” said one source. “Not only did they cater to New Yorkers, but they also targeted those coming into NYC from out of town by sending text messages to prospective clients,” the source added. The prostitutes offered what they called “party packs” to their Johns, meaning that the girl would bring cocaine with her to a designated location as a packaged deal, sources said. This isn’t what they meant by “serve and protect”, sir Police Officer In Dallas Arrested For Swapping Sex For Woman’s Freedom Via NYDailyNews A Dallas police officer is accused of sexually abusing a woman while on duty and in uniform. Officer La’Cori Johnson, 28, allegedly forced a woman to perform oral sex on him before having sex with her in the back of his patrol car on Sept. 9, 2013. “You don’t have to go to jail if you do what I tell you to do,” he said, according to an arrest affidavit. The unidentified woman said she obeyed the officer’s demands because he was armed and she feared going to jail, reported NBCDFW. The Dallas-Fort Worth station said the whole incident started when Johnson pulled over the woman and another person, performed background checks on both and then told the friend to leave. The officer, who had been with the department since 2009, told the woman there was a warrant out for her arrest and told her to get into the back of his car, she said. You already know what happened next… Johnson drove the woman to a dead end behind the Pecan Square Apartments and parked. Then he got into the backseat and removed his gun belt, according to NBCDFW. At this point, he allegedly made his sexual demands. “With any sexual assault, the victim is going to have lasting damage from that attack; but in this particular case, the damage extends beyond the victim, and it impacts the entire public,” attorney Kimberly Priest Johnson told ABC affiliate WFAA. The woman reported the incident to police on Oct. 4, 2013. Johnson was immediately placed on administrative leave and the department’s Public Integrity Unit launched a criminal investigation.
