Mom Jailed For Having Sex With Minors According to Mail Online A 46-year-old woman has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting two boys who played on her son’s hockey team. Kathia Maria Davis, from Laguna Niguel, will also have to register as a lifetime sex offender, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said. The court was told that Davis had sex with a 16-year-old boy on four occasions between July 2010 and 2011, and engaged in sex acts with a 14-year-old during a slumber party. One of her victims wrote a statement that was read to the court, according to NBC 4. It read: ‘Holding all this in as a child forced me to grow up in ways I never wanted to. She took the things that I loved most and ripped them out of my life.’ The victim added in his statement: ‘I will never know what could have been.’ A jury found Davis guilty in August last year of four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with the 16-year-old and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Prosecutors said that divorced mother-of-three gave the 16-year-old alcohol and, on one occasion, encouraged the boy and a teenage girl to drink alcohol during a party at her home. The suspect would have parties for members of the hockey team. This also involved some sleepovers,’ Orange County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino said after the allegations were first made. Davis was arrested at her home in September 2011 after the older boy told his mother about the abuse, according to CBS Los Angeles. The jury in the first trial was unable to reach a unanimous verdict about the allegations of sex crimes against the younger boy. However, at a trial last month, Davis pleaded guilty to four counts of a lewd act with the 14-year-old. Davis was given credit for the 474 days she has already served, and is expected to be released from Orange County jail within a week, her attorney, David R. Cohn, told Patch. Where were the parents? This is some phucked up isht. Prisoner Murders Cellmate To Get Death Penalty He would be sentenced to death after killing his cellmate, but then he would go straight to hell. What’s the rush? According to Mail Online A prisoner murdered his cellmate by stuffing wet toilet paper down his throat and strangling him – the same way he murdered his girlfriend a year ago, it emerged today. Scott Alexander Greenberg, 28, of St Petersburg, Florida, killed Kelly Damon Harding, 48, at Pinellas County Jail in the early hours of Sunday morning after telling fellow inmates he would rather be executed than spend the rest of his life in prison. Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said it was the first time in his 31 years that he heard of an inmate kill another at the jail. ‘What’s clear is that he had a plan, and he decided to execute that plan early this morning,’ he said at a press conference. The murder happened just minutes after prison guards performed a routine check. There was no surveillance camera in the cell. Deputies heard gurgling and thumping before Greenberg shouted out: ‘I did it, it’s done!’ At 1am, Greenberg yelled to deputies that there was ‘a man down’ in his cell. Deputies found Harding unconscious and under cardiac arrest, and he was rushed to a hospital where he died. The pair had just been put into the same cell together on Saturday night because they had been aggressive to other inmates and staff in separate incidents, the Tampa Bay Times reported. Normally, Gualtieri said, the jail tries to keep violent and nonviolent inmates separate. ‘Single cell space is limited so sometimes that does not happen,’ he said, adding the jail was crowded at the weekend and deputies were forced to move people around. Greenberg is now isolated and under supervision. He has a criminal record dating back to 2001 for drug possession, domestic battery and check fraud. According to the state Department of Corrections, Harding since 1985 had served at least six prison stints for charges including burglary, drug possession and carrying a concealed firearm. The jail handles around 3,000 inmates per day. So if they were aggressive to other inmates…what did they think was going to happen?

So Sad: 6-Year-Old Louisiana Girl Found Dead In Dumpster Days After She Disappeared From Bedroom

Authorities have found the body of 6-year-old Ahlitta North, who disappeared from her bedroom in Harvey, La., over the weekend, in a dumpster not far from her home. Louisiana Girl Found Dead In Dumpster Via NewsOne reports: According to WWLTV.com, North’s mother said her daughter’s body was discovered around 1 a.m. Tuesday in a dumpster at the end of the apartment complex where she lived. “I woke up to the detectives knocking on the door around 1:30, 1:40 something in the morning. So, I’m figuring something was really going on, because they wouldn’t be knocking on nobody’s door this time in the morning,” neighbor Janeisheia Biagas told the station. “So I came out, and I answered the questions for them. They asked me did I see anybody move garbage cans. I threw up when I found out, I ain’t going to even lie. I threw up when I found out the little girl was missing, because I’m going to be real, it could be my niece, nephew, anybody,” she said. Matthew Flugence, 20, who is the nephew of North’s stepfather, is wanted by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office for questioning. According to news reports and authorities, Flugence has an outstanding warrant for the alleged sexual battery of an 11-year-old. “Flugence remains a person of interest, and we have yet to locate him,” said Sheriff’s spokesperson Col. John Fortunato. Flugence lived on the same block as Ahlitta, he said. The little girl disappeared from her locked home sometime overnight Saturday. According to the girl’s mother and stepfather, the last time they saw her, she was asleep in her room. Ahlitta’s stepfather said he and the girl’s mother took steps to secure their home before going to bed that night. They woke up in the morning to find the front door unlocked. Some of Ahlitta’s personal possessions were also missing. “I know I locked the door, the burglar bars, and the regular door,” said Albert Hill, the girl’s stepfather. Neighbors said the area is not safe. It is sick to witness this. Whoever is responsible for this tragedy is very low, disgusting and despicable indeed. Some folks just have no respect for human life. A man in Hidalgo County, Texas has been arrested twice in the last two years for allegedly having sex with the same horse, the Houston Chronicle reported. Last week, 43-year-old Cirilo Castillo, 43, was saddled with charges of trespassing and cruelty to animals after police say he broke into his neighbor’s corral and violated a mare named Nadia. Castillo was arrested for the exact same thing in January 2012. He was released from jail in April, which is why this time the neighbor had a security camera set up that police say caught the whole thing on tape. “It is not going to go to, ‘America’s Funniest Videos,’ that is for sure,” Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino told the Chronicle. Cops noted that Castillo wouldn’t be a big concern if he could just rein in the bestiality. “The guy is practically harmless, except for the horse,” Trevino added. The sheriff told KGBT-TV that, nonetheless, Castillo would “continue to do this” if no one stopped him. “The people there in the neighborhood are just sick and tired of it,” he said. No word on how much bail Castillo will have to pony up to get out of jail. He’s not the first guy who allegedly can’t quit horsing around. In 2011, South Carolina man Rodell Vereen pleaded guilty to having sex with his neighbor’s horse — the same horse he also violated in 2007. That same year, Kentucky man Nathan Johnson was charged with animal cruelty after a witness allegedly caught him in a compromising position with an equine. Woman Robs And Attacks Girl According to Mail Online A 17-year-old girl from Central Florida has been attacked after withdrawing money from a bank ATM, only to realize that her assailant was a friend’s mother. Blair McCarron, of Deltona, called Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday night to report the attempted robbery. According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the teen was returning to her car after stopping by a Bank of America ATM when 45-year-old Tammy Perras grabbed her from behind and smashed her face into the steering wheel. As the attack continued, the teen recognized the suspected mugger was a classmate’s mom and called her out. Deputies say the attack stopped and the girl gave Perras $5 to get rid of her. Perras was picked up by police a short time later and booked into the Volusia County Jail on aggravated child abuse, burglary with assault and robbery charges. The incident took place outside the Bank of America on East Normandy Boulevard at around 11.30pm Saturday when McCarron, called police to report a robbery. On the 911 call released by police, the victim described the assault, saying: ‘She grabbed me by the back of my head and hits my head on the steering wheel, and she tries to, like, jump in the car with me.’ McCarron told police that as Perras struck her, she threatened to kill the girl and steal all her belongings. At that moment, however, the teen turned around. ‘I kicked her off me, and I realized it my friend’s mom,’ the 17-year-old told the 911 dispatcher. Perras stopped hitting the girl and left after McCarron handed her a $5 bill, deputies said. The 45-year-old mother then allegedly tried to convince McCarron not to press charges against her, insisting that the entire incident was a ‘joke.’ According to the 17-year-old, her classmate’s mother told her that her daughter was unemployed and she needed money to buy diapers for her grandchild, the station Local 6 reported. ‘I’m a mom and I’m working two jobs, seven days a week to support my kid and you’re not going to come try to take something that I am working for,’ said McCarron. Perras then took off from the scene, but was tracked down by deputies to a convenience store on Providence Boulevard, where she was taken into custody. Damn. When you have friends like that, who needs enemies. We know times are hard, but plenty off moms work two jobs and don’t go around robbing people. Florida Teen Arrested For Carjacking When He Couldn’t Drive Stick Shift Via RawStory A man was arrested in Florida last week after his plot to steal a car was foiled by his inability to operate a manual transmission. In a Facebook post on Wednesday, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office said that 19-year-old Antoren “Chief Keef” Bell had been charged with theft, robbery and criminal mischief for an attempted May 18 carjacking. According to WEAR-TV, the victim was driving down 50th Avenue in Escambia County when she was flagged down by three teens who said they needed a ride. The woman said that she stopped to help, but Bell pulled a gun and ordered her out of the car. When Bell discovered that the car had a stick shift, he reportedly fled on foot. This guy says he’s innocent — do you believe him? This guy looks like he’s still on the pipe , but does that mean he’s a cold blooded killer? Via NYDailyNews reports : An Indiana man who was the last to see his friends alive told a local newspaper last week he didn’t commit the horrendous quadruple murder. But police in Bartholomew County now say Samuel Earl Sallee, 55, killed the four people in Waynesville last month in what appears to be a drug-related crime. “Sallee quickly developed from a person of interest, into our prime, and only suspect at this time, for the murder of Shawn L. Burton, Aaron T. Cross, Thomas W. Smith and Katheryn ‘Kathy Burton,” county Sheriff Mark Gorbett wrote in a news release Tuesday. The accusation comes days after Sallee told the Indianapolis Star he was not the killer. In an hour-long interview, Sallee, held in a local jail on an unrelated charge since just days after the May 11 murders, told The Star a detective was trying to frame him for the slayings which he insisted he did not commit. “He’s chasing me,” Sallee said. “And the person who did this is probably still out there. He’s barking up the wrong damn tree.” Police recently questioned Sallee about the crimes. All four victims were found shot to death. The three men were found in the living room while Katheryn Burton was found in a bedroom. Burton’s son happened upon the crime scene and called the cops. Police said methamphetamine was found in the house. Sallee reportedly knew Katheryn Burton since the two were in elementary school and had gotten to know the other three victims. During his interview with the newspaper, Sallee gave a detailed account of his day, admitting he’d met with the victims at the house where they were murdered. “If I had hung around there longer,” Sallee said, “I would have been the fifth person killed.” Police say that’s not the case. Sallee was arrested May 13 for failing to appear in court on an unrelated charge. He was held until police made their case in the murders and announced they had their man on Tuesday. Sallee has yet to be formally charged with the murders. “I’m just glad,” Misti Murray, an ex-girlfriend of victim Shawn Burton, told the newspaper. “It’s not over, but the stress and mourning and all that’s over. Now it’s just the trial, arraignments, court date and all that. We’ll be there in the courtroom every day.” We hope they get to the bottom of this so these families can get closure. Teenager Arrested For Killing Brothers According to NY Daily News A teenager was arrested on Thursday after his two younger brothers, ages 4 and 10, were found stabbed to death at the family’s home in West Point, Utah, Wednesday night, police said. Davis County Sheriff Todd Richardson said the 15-year-old suspect appeared to work alone and is being held at the Farmington Bay Youth Detention Center. “The manner of death appears to be consistent with penetrating knife wounds, however, the official cause of death will be determined by the Medical Examiner’s Office,” Richardson said in a media release. The boys’ mother called the Davis County Sheriff’s Office at 7:36 p.m. after she returned home and found her 4-year-old son was dead. She reported that her 10- and 15-year-olds were missing. Officers searched the house and found the 10-year-old’s body. The eldest brother wasn’t located until shortly before midnight. He appeared to be in good condition, but was taken to the hospital for evaluation, police said. The case is being investigated as a homicide. The county attorney’s office is working with authorities on whether to charge him as an adult or a juvenile. The suspect’s name, which was originally reported by local papers, is being withheld because he is a minor. He had been placed in charge of the younger boys while their mother took some of her other children to a dance recital, the Salt Lake Tribune reported. Lindsey Caballero, a neighbor and family friend, told the Associated Press that the 15-year-old was the couple’s oldest and biological son. The couple had had six children, four of whom were adopted, including the victims. The father was away on active military duty and has reportedly been notified. Suicide is never the way to go. Dick Trickle Commits Suicide According to The National Enquirer NASCAR driver DICK TRICKLE has killed himself with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department in North Carolina confirmed the news on Thursday after Trickle called the Lincoln County Communications Center and said that “there would be a dead body and it would be his,” WSOC-TV reported. Trickle reportedly took his life at 12:02 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Cemetery and his body was found by workers near his pickup truck after calls back to him went unanswered, RadarOnline noted. The Wisconsin native raced for 24 years, logging logged more than one million laps in more than 2,200 races and is believed to have won over 1,200 feature races. He was billed as the win-ingest short track driver in history. Trickle’s career highlights include racing to 67 wins in 1972, winning seven ARTGO Championships in nine years between 1979 to 1987 and was 1989 NASCAR Rookie of the Year. Trickle was nicknamed the “White Knight” as referenced by his sponsored SuperAmerica paint scheme, when he raced in Wisconsin. “I just read about Dick Trickle, met him during my season doing IROC series. He was a true Racer and will be missed. #RIP,” Triple Crown Champion JJ Yeley tweeted. NASCAR Nationwide Series driver Brian Scott tweeted, “RIP Dick Trickle.
