David Eason: Off the Hook For Killing Dog Because Jenelle Evans Won’t Press Charges!

As you’ve likely heard by now, David Eason shot and killed his wife’s pet dog on Monday. It’s important to note that this was no accident, and it was no Old Yeller-style reluctant mercy-killing. No, David allegedly ignored pleas for compassion from his wife and shot the small French bulldog named Nugget to death because of the dog’s behavior. David says the dog bit his 2-year-old daughter Ensley — yet even though he’s posted about the incident extensively, he has yet to furnish anything in the way of evidence that might support this claim. And as many fans have pointed out, if David and Jenelle are planning to proceed with turning their swampy morass into a “homestead,” they may want to teach their children how to properly interact with animals. And if one of their animals simply could not be trusted to not harm the children, they should have had him re-homed. (Are you telling us with Jenelle’s millions of social media followers, she couldn’t have found a suitable home for Nugget?) The point of all this is that unless the dog badly injured Ensley — which we know did not happen — then there was no reason for David to kill him. He did so because he’s a violent psychopath, and yet once again, it looks as though he’ll avoid legal prosecution — all because of Jenelle. Yes, according to TMZ, David has been tentatively cleared of all charges. Police say they cannot proceed with an investigation without a complaint from the dog’s owner or one of the other adults living in the household. Technically, Jenelle is considered an adult, which makes her the only person who fits those descriptions. When police performed a welfare check on Ensley Monday night, David informed them that Nugget was still alive — but he refused to let them see the dog. We now know that Nugget was already dead, and while police contacted Animal Control, they say their hands are tied unless Jenelle presses charges. TMZ requested a statement and a spokesperson for the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department told the outlet that they will not respond “sensationalized media reports or social media posts.” PETA says it hopes the authorities change their minds for the sake of Jenelle and her children. “People who abuse animals typically don’t stop there.,” the organization says. Meanwhile, calls for Jenelle to be fired from Teen Mom 2 have become louder than ever on social media. For years, viewers have accused Evans of protecting an abuser, and by continuing to employ her, they argue, MTV is guilty of the same. As the situation escalates online, many are now pointing out that there’s reason to believe gun-crazy Dave has killed other pets in the past: “My belief, this is not the first time he’s killed a dog,” wrote one Twitter user. “Three dogs went “missing” in their care–Pumpkin, the designer dog bought from breeder in Texas & the stray during hurricane. Jenelle is acting sad because they were reported. #RIPNugget #RipPumpkin #EasonAnimalAbuse” We hope David and Jenelle are ready to weather the worst storm of their careers. This criticism will not be going away anytime soon. View Slideshow: David Eason: Damn Right I Killed My Dog! And I’d Do It Again!

Florida Deputy Deplorably Body Slams Sixth Grader, Sheriff Denies It Was ‘Excessive Force’

Source: Tetra Images/Getty Images / Getty Florida Deputy Caught On Tape Body Slamming Student A Florida (of course) deputy will not see consequences for his actions after he was caught on camera violently violating a student. A 15-second video shows a Sheriff’s deputy body slamming a sixth-grade student outside of Lincoln Park Acamedy in Fort Piece, Florida. According to an incident report obtained by WPTV the confrontation between the student and deputy occurred on April 9. Before the body slam, the student, who was not identified, had already been suspended from school for being disruptive in a classroom. Later he was standing outside “being disruptive” while waiting for his parents to come pick him up. Lincoln Park Academy’s Assistant Principal said however that the student was not supposed to leave his office and asked the deputy to help bring the student back inside. The Deputy reported that the student ignored his commands and “continued walking with his fist clenched and had an agitated expression on his face. His brows were turned down and he was punching his fist into the palm of his hand” before the slam. St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara is denying that the deputy used excessive force. “Our school resource deputy is very familiar with this student and knows he has a violent history, including possessing weapons,” Mascara said during a press conference reports WPTV . He added that a knife had recently been confiscated from the student and the student has to be escorted around campus because he’s been “physically aggressive to staff and students.” Do YOU think that justifies that body slam???

Deputy Marvin Crowder said the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner called about 8:30 p.m. Friday to notify the sheriff’s office about the status update. It was previously designated a suspicious death investigation. This homicide ruling confirmed what many had already suspected—she was killed intentionally. The sheriff’s office released this  statement  about the case, “The victim was found partially inside a black rollaway type duffle bag … where her upper body was seen protruding. Although preliminary investigation initially led investigators to believe the victim was between the ages of seven and 10 years, further investigation with the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner determined the victim was a Black female between the ages of eight and 13. The young girl was found to be wearing a pink, long sleeve shirt with gray panda print pants (actual clothing depicted). She stood approx. 4 ft, 5 inch. tall and weighed about 55 lbs. No obvious signs of trauma were found on the victim’s body.” Workers found her body in bushes near a popular trail. Investigators believed at the time that she was dumped there sometime on the evening of March 3. SEE ALSO: Our Sisters’ Keepers? Source: NicolasMcComber / Getty This is strange, to say the least. A man and his dog are making headlines after being trapped in a car for five days—apparently, the Oregon resident and his furry pal survived the business week by eating taco sauce packets. These weren’t just any taco sauce packets, however…Jeremy Taylor specifically mentions Taco Bell’s Fire Sauce. From HuffPost : “An Oregon man may have a good argument for not cleaning out your car. Jeremy Taylor told authorities that he and his dog survived by eating packets of taco sauce as they were trapped by snow in his vehicle for five days. The 36-year-old, who goes offroading in the area, said he drove up west of the resort community of Sunriver with his dog, Ally, when his SUV became stuck in snow last Sunday, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said. He spent the night in his vehicle and attempted to walk for help on Monday, but had difficulty because of the amount of snow that had fallen, authorities said.” “Jeremy stayed warm over the next four days by periodically starting his vehicle and used a few taco sauce packets he had as food,” Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said before thanking everyone who assisted in the search. [ione_media_gallery src=”https://globalgrind.cassiuslife.com” id=”4283064″ overlay=”true”] So, we know what they ate while they were stuck in the car, but how did Jeremy and Ally finally get home ? It turns out it was a random snowmobile rider who saved the day. HuffPost reports: “It wasn’t until Friday afternoon that a snowmobile rider spotted his car and called 911. Taylor and his dog were described as hungry but otherwise in good condition.” Once he got home and settled in Jeremy reportedly went on Facebook to update his friends, describing himself as lucky according to the site, adding “Let’s never do that again.” When asked by a friend about the taco sauce that helped him out when he was in a bind, he reportedly responded “Taco Bell Fire Sauce saves lives.” We’ll have to remember that. Here are more tips to survive the snow, provided by HuffPost: “If a driver becomes trapped in snow, it’s advised that the car’s motor is run for just 10 minutes every hour to provide warmth while preserving fuel. If the vehicle is covered or surrounded by snow, first ensure that the exhaust pipe is not blocked before turning on the vehicle so that carbon monoxide doesn’t enter.” Also Click here for the full list of items drivers should carry in extremely cold weather…you know, besides Taco Bell’s Fire Sauce of course.

Florida Woman Kicked Off Flight After Raging at Toddler, Kicking, Hitting & Spitting on Workers

Another Monday another crazed Florida woman . Valerie Gonzalez’s trip to Las Vegas was cut short after she reportedly got violent on a plane and was carried off the flight.  The 32-year-old woman boarded JetBlue’s flight 7 at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Wednesday night and allegedly got upset when she found out she was seated next to a child.  “I’m not sitting next to a (expletive) three-year-old, I’ve been drinking all day,” she said according to CBSMiami.  She then decided to move seats but had another problem with the people sitting in front of her and continued to shout and cuss at the passengers.  The flight crew immediately ordered her to get off of the plane and called security.  And like similar Florida stories …things got real weird.  She continued swearing at the officers, “(expletive) you…I’m getting off the plane. Don’t touch my (expletive). I’ll get off the plane,” according to outstanding cell phone footage.  And when she finally exited, she gave it one last shot.  “Oh because I called someone old I get kicked off the (expletive) plane. Bye. Bye, enjoy your self in Vegas babies. Vegas baby, Vegas. I’ll be there in an hour.”  She then tried to get back on the plane and when a gate agent blocked her path she hit her, according to the police report.  A passenger on the plane also reported that Gonzalez hit her on the arm when refusing to switch seats.  …Someone really doesn’t like Valentine’s Day.  Her behavior was so severe that the officers had to cuff both her hands AND her feet.  The officer noted in the report that they used the restraints to prevent her from kicking people. She was put in a wheelchair and rolled out of the terminal.   They also reportedly had to get a spit mask, because she was spitting so much.   Concerning the incident, JetBlue issued the following statement:  On Thursday, February 14 – during the boarding of flight 7 from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas – crewmembers reported a disruptive customer onboard. Local law enforcement was called and the customer was removed from the flight. Additional details should be directed to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Gonzalez remained calm (and sober) in court Friday morning while the judge set her bond for $1,000.  She was charged with battery and has since been released. All because of a seating arrangement.  She never made it to Vegas.  View Slideshow: Florida Woman: Strange But True Stories

Lovebirds: Bow Wow Fought With His Girlfriend Over Her Talking To Another Man, Allegedly

Source: Prince Williams / ATLPics.Net Bow Wow’s Super Bowl Weekend was loaded with struggle. The one-time rapper and his girlfriend were both arrested after they allegedly got into a brawl over her talking to another man.  Source: Fulton County Sheriff’s Office / Fulton County Sheriff’s Office TMZ has all the tea: Leslie Holden  called Atlanta PD around 4 AM Saturday to report Bow Wow for assault. She told officers on the scene the whole fight started when they got home from a party. Leslie — who appears on “Growing Up Hip Hop” — claims Bow Wow was pissed she was talking to another man at the party, and lit into her about it when they got home. In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Leslie says Bow Wow hit her in the head, pulled her by the hair, dragged her from her bedroom … and told her to get the hell out. For his part, Bow Wow acknowledged being pissed about the other guy … telling cops she “disrespected him” by hanging “all over another man’s body.” He claims Leslie called him a “bitch ass n***er” when he complained about her behavior. He claims he merely told Leslie to leave their home, and placed her bags by the door. He claims Leslie “grabbed a night stand lamp and threw it at him.” He says she missed with the lamp, but scratched the hell out of his face … which is obvious in his mug shot. An officer on the scene says he saw the lamp on the ground when he entered the bedroom. Cops observed red marks on Leslie’s fingers as well as broken fingernails. From the looks of their mugshots, Bow Wow may have a case against her. Nevertheless, the cops pinched both of these lovebirds. The struggle is real. Hide Ya Kids: Woman Charged After Filming Herself Pouring Water on Sleeping Baby

Source: Karunyapas Krueklad / EyeEm / Getty Woman Films Herself Pouring Water On A Sleeping Child A video posted on  Facebook raised a lot of eyebrows for those who saw it a few days back. The footage captures a woman laughing while pouring water on a 9-month-old girl asleep in her crib. The infant starts coughing until just seconds later, when another splash of water pours on the child’s nose and leads to both more coughs and some crying. “Payback for waking me up all kinda times of [the] night,” 33-year-old Caitlin Alyse Hardy wrote in a post that accompanied said video as she posted to her Facebook page. This is all according to the information the Sumter County, South Carolina, Sheriff Anthony Dennis tells PEOPLE . Several people who spotted the video once it went up alerted the sheriff’s office with their concerns, sending the link to the office’s website and to the sheriff personally, he recalls. “I didn’t think it was real at first,” he explained. When questioned, the suspect told investigators “she was joking or playing a game with the baby.” “We didn’t take it as a joke or some type of game she was playing with a 9-month-old,” he says. “We wanted to make sure the child was okay. Luckily, the child was okay, but on Wednesday, authorities arrested Hardy on a charge of cruelty to children for the January 29 incident. “Hardy did pour a bottle of water on a 9-month-old female infant while the infant was sleeping,” the police department’s statement alleges. “After being poured with water the second time, the infant woke up coughing. Hardy video recorded the incident and posted it on her Facebook page.” Hardy was booked and released from jail on Wednesday after posting a $1,500 bond, according to reports from TV station  WIS  in Columbia.

WTF?! Former Walmart Santa Charged With Murder After His 2 Kids Were Found Buried In Family Yard

Source: ALEX EDELMAN / Getty Former Walmart Santa And 4 Others Charged With Murder A Georgia dad–who formerly worked as a Walmart Santa–is now facing murder charges along with four other people in the death of his 14-year-old daughter after her body was found buried in her father’s backyard back in December. Mary Crocker was last seen in October while her 14-year-old brother, Elwyn Crocker Jr., was last seen in November of 2016, according to the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office. Neither children were reported missing, but the remains of both were discovered in the yard outside the home of their father, Elwyn Crocker Sr., on December 20, 2018. Authorities initially announced charges for concealing the death of another and first-degree cruelty to children against Crocker, the teen’s stepmom Candice Crocker,  their step-grandma Kim Wright, and Wright’s boyfriend, Roy Anthony Prater. Similar charges later were filed against Candice Crocker’s brother, Mark Anthony Wright. On Monday the charges against all five were upgraded to felony murder for the death of Mary Crocker, the spokesman for the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, told PEOPLE . Charges have not been brought in the death of Mary’s brother because “the last time he was seen was in November 2016,” Sullivan says. “We believe that his death was about two years ago, so finding evidence linked to his death was a little more challenging.” Authorities have not revealed a motive or a cause of death and say the investigation is ongoing. Sullivan says the suspects remain jailed without bond in separate facilities in Effingham County and neighboring counties.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: Locked In "Blowout Fight" Over Financial Mess!

Money can’t buy happiness. But, when it comes to Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott we might have an exception. On top of the couple losing all of their finances, their relationship is plummeting right along with it.  We learn from Radar that American Express Bank filed a ‘writ of execution order’ on January 4 asking the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office Department to take possession of $88,246.55 that Tori still owes. AmEx isn’t the only lender coming after the family, Spelling and McDermott are also being sued by City National Bank for allegedly failing to pay back a $400,000 loan. As a result, Radar reported that the troubling duo had a “blowout fight” in the wake of their financial mess. Spelling “screamed at Dean to get out of her life and not come back until he gets a job,” a source revealed. “She is sick and tired of their financial situations that they can’t climb out of.” The couples’ last big fight supposedly happened a week ago, just months after Radar shared “that the 45-year-old reality star kicked her hubby out of the house during the holidays. It’s easy to assume Spelling is dealing with some denial and shopping withdrawals, but meanwhile, her husband has resorted to extra measures to try and save their family financially. He is working in construction while also continuing to look for work as an actor. Tori, however, “thinks Dean is past his prime” and should be looking for other forms of work. But, cut him some slack! It’s not McDermott’s fault that Spelling grew up “rich beyond anyone’s wildest dreams” and never knew anything else.  Like, how to pay a bill.  But after racking up seven figures of credit card debt, we can only hope that the couple will learn how to manage whatever money they do make it out within the future. While McDermott continues to job hunt, Spelling is desperately trying to sell her reboot of Beverly Hills 90210  and Deadline says its already in the works. The reboot is supposedly featuring a number of original cast members alongside Spelling, including Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, and Brian Austin Green. We hope the show makes a prosperous comeback! Mainly so Dean can stop doing construction.  The opportunity may also give the parents another chance to try and set a good example for their five young children. You know, on how NOT to be absolutely terrible with money management one day.  Money may not solve all problems. But, in this case, it definitely does.
