The former RHOA star who’s due around Thanksgiving shared pictures of her swollen feet after partying at Cynthia Bailey’s Seagrams Gin bash. According to Kenya she gained nearly 20 pounds in a week and might have preeclampsia, excessive swelling, and high blood pressure. “I made fun of my swollen feet at @cynthiabailey10 party. Next day my tests came back for possible preeclampsia… I gained 17 lbs in ONE week due to severe swelling and water retention, high blood pressure, and excess protein in urine. This is NOT normal! I took more tests. Baby is fine but if they come back higher #babydaly will have to come same day.” We hope Kenya’s okay, preeclampsia symptoms include severe headaches, nausea, impaired liver function and upper abdominal pain. She also previously shared that she now weighs 200-pounds. Feel better Kenya!
Getty Images Helicopter Crashes Into Florida Mobile Home Park And Kills Two At least two people were killed after a helicopter crashed into a Florida mobile home park on Tuesday afternoon, according to reports from authorities. Emergency crews responded to the crash at the Sebring Falls Mobile Home Park in Highlands County shortly before 3 p.m. Two homes remain on fire, according to the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office, but fortunately, it does not appear like anyone was inside either residence when the aircraft fell from the sky. Video from the scene of the incident depicts at least one charred residence completely engulfed by flames, which was sparked by the afternoon crash. Both confirmed fatalities were believed to be in the helicopter at the time, and there are no other suspected casualties. Another person was injured and transported to an area hospital. The names of the victims from the crash have not yet been released. Authorities have requested that the public avoid the area of Flare Road and Bryant Boulevard for the time being..

Now free, the comedian had an arrest warrant out on him in Georgia but he somehow managed to avoid extradition. TMZ reports: Law enforcement in Multnomah County, Oregon tells us Katt was released from jail at around 2 PM PT. He’d been cooling off in a cell since getting arrested Saturday for allegedly assaulting a driver. We’re told he was cut loose after authorities in Hall County, GA declined to extradite the comedian for failing to appear in court last month. We broke the story … Katt had a felony warrant issued for his arrest after he skipped court to attend the Emmys. Sources close to Katt told us he’s blaming his management for failing to remind him about his date with a judge. A family of four was visiting a local pumpkin patch , in Lancaster County Nebraska when the parents allowed their two children to play in a bouncy house area. Unfortunately, the bouncy castle wasn’t secure and both of the children were thrown into the air. Caleb Acuna, 2, and his sister Gabrielle, 5, were jumping on an inflatable bounce pad at JK’s Pumpkin Patch when a strong gust of wind hurled it into the air, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release . This tragedy happened just moments after the children’s parents Edward and Berna Acuna climbed off the jack-o-lantern shaped inflatable pad. Gabrielle was thrown nearly 30 feet into the air and broke her arm. Unfortunately for Caleb, he sustained a severe head injury after being thrown, more than 100 feet, Raymond Fire Safety Officer Nick Monnier told the Lincoln Journal Star . He did not survive the trauma. The toddler was pronounced dead on Thursday after being taken off life support, the Associated Press reported. Victor Ortiz is a professional boxer and has also taken on acting roles and appeared on Dancing With The Stars . On Tuesday, September 25, Ortiz was arrested on rape charges following a months-long police investigation. He faces three charges of felony sexual assault. In the afternoon on Tuesday, Ortiz surrendered to authorities at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department East Valley Station. Ortiz, a 31-year-old boxer and resident of Tarzana, Los Angeles, was booked for forcible rape, forcibal oral copulation, and forcible digital penetration. Bail has been set at $100,000. This is not Ortiz’s first run-in with the law, as he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon in 2015 and ultimately agreed to a plea of battery and was placed on probation. These charges sound more serious than his verbal-altercation-turned-physical at a Kenny Chesney concert, however. This is also more serious than his DUI. The charges stem from March 19 of 2018, when an adult female victim contacted the Oxnard Police Department to report that she had been sexually assaulted within a residence. The Oxnard Family Protection Unit — think SVU, basically — took charge of the investigation. After several months, determined that they had enough to present to the Venture County District Attorney’s Office. Prosecutors agreed, and a warrant was issued for Ortiz. His victim has not been identified, of course, beyond the fact that she is an adult woman. As we mentioned, Victor Ortiz is a professional heavyweight boxer. In 2011, he held the WBC welterweight title. Within the ring, he was known for his aggressive style and for being a crowd-pleaser, and was ranked one of the best boxers in the world. He has also appeared on the large and small screen, notably as a contestant on Dancing With The Stars . His film career has included roles in The Expendables 3 , Southpaw , and Once Upon a Time in Venice . He also appeared on Hawaii Five-O in 2016, portraying a boxer. And he made a cameo on Showtime’s Ray Donovan . Ortiz is a native of Garden City, Kansas. He took up boxing as a child. His mother abandoned their family, and his father took up drinking and became violent. Victor Ortiz has a son with Deborah Mather. It is currently unclear if the two of them are still in a relationship, as the last report of them dating was in February of 2018. However, she continues to appear on Ortiz’s social media, though usually in the context of their very young son, Victor Royal Ortiz. Mather’s Instagram is set to private. Her profile tagline reads “Then I saw there was a way to Hell, even through the gates of Heaven.” That is … quite the quote. On September 23, it was announced that Ortiz would be fighting former world title challenger John Molina Jr. in Ontario, California. The fight was to take place on September 30. In light of Ortiz’s arrest on September 25, it is unclear if this fight is to take, even if Ortiz is released on bail. Photo courtesy of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department Young Thug Turned Himself In Following Indictment On Felony Drug Possession Prosecutors are trying to keep rapper Young Thug locked up for good as he faces drug trafficking and possession charges, BOSSIP can reveal. Officials from the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion Sept. 11 to revoke Young Thug’s bond. Prosecutors from the DA’s Office are scheduled to appear in court Sept. 13 to argue why he should go back behind bars until his case is resolved. The flamboyant artist and his lawyer have also filed a motion for bond and will argue why he should go free while his case is pending. Young Thug- whose real name is Jeffery Williams – turned himself into the DeKalb County Sheriffs Department Sept. 11 after a Grand Jury indicted him on several counts of violating the state’s controlled substance act. Cops arrested the “Gain Clout” rapper last year during a traffic stop after they allegedly found a gun, hydrocodone, a generic form of Xanax, marijuana and codeine. He is still being held in the Dekalb County Jail, according to a Sheriff’s Department spokesperson. It’s not clear why the DA want’s the rapper to languish in the county jail, but it may have to do with the fact that he took almost two weeks to turn himself in after law enforcement issued a warrant for his arrest. We reached out to the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office, but a spokesperson declined to comment. Young Thug is scheduled to be arraigned next month.

Broward County sheriff says they have issued a warrant for 22-yr-old Michael Boatwright for the murder of XXX after he was arrested last week on a drug charge. Police are still hunting for 22-yr-old Robert Allen as well.

According to NBCDFW , Dallas Cowboys cornerback Marquez White was arrested in the firearm sanctuary known as Texas for flashing his gun at a racist douchebag who was road raging. As White was making his way home, another motorist allegedly began shouting racist slurs and driving aggressively near him. White says he noticed the man reaching for something in his car and feared it was a gun, in response, White brandished his legal handgun. The racist motorist followed White all the way home and then called the cops on him. White turned himself into police after being notified by the Cowboys that there was a warrant out for his arrest. A grand jury indicted White for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against the racist…who followed him home… Of all the places in the world, how the HELL is gun-toting Texas going tell this man that he was wrong for upping the llama on a psycho like this driver??
