Ryan Edwards Drug Use Shocker: Was He Caught Shooting Up?

If you watch Teen Mom: OG online , then by now you’re likely familiar with the ongoing drama surrounding Ryan Edwards’ substance abuse issues. Edwards checked into rehab last month, but not before creating some of the most appalling scenes in the franchise’s history as a result of his addictions. The most recent TM:OG season finale offered viewers a glimpse at Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer’s wedding – a grim, rushed affair that was attended only by Edwards’ parents. Even more surprising than the sullen nature of the occasion, of course, was the manner in which Edwards and Mackenzie arrived at the chapel. A visibly intoxicated Ryan drove himself and his fiancee to the church. He was so high that he frequently nodded off behind the wheel, and Standifer switched off the dash camera, so as to prevent viewers from seeing just how inebriated Edwards really was. On social media, there was a wild uproar from fans over the decision to let Edwards drive under the influence . (Both Standifer and MTV have taken considerable flak for the scene.) Now, eagle-eyed viewers have noticed that further cause for concern was captured on camera in the controversial episode. In several screen grabs from the finale it appears as though Edwards may have recently used intravenous drugs. During the controversial scene in the car, Standifer accuses Edwards of taking Xanax before his wedding ceremony, but now it looks as though even those whom he’s closest to did not realize the severity of Ryan’s drug problem. Dr. Pawan Grover, an addiction specialist who has not treated Edwards tells Radar Online that footage from the show seems to indicate that Ryan had been injecting some sort of substance , most likely of the opioid variety. “Based on Edwards’ history with addiction issues on the show, the images are consistent with track marks,” says Dr. Grover. “Which is a tell-tale sign of chronic intravenous drug use.” Fortunately, Edwards conpleted treatment for his addictions earlier this month. Unfortunately, he remained in in-patient care for a scant four weeks and announced his release with a brutal social media attack on his son’s mother, Maci Bookout. Many fans are taking that as an indication that Ryan has yet to address all of his demons. We’ll have further updates on this story as more information becomes available. Katy Perry’s Awesome Hipster Cleavage

It looks like all that working out has paid off for hipster dufus Katy Perry , here she is at the MTV Movie Awards last night in her tight little dress showing off a sweet amount of hipster cleavage. I’m not exactly sure why she’s wearing the blue wig or making that retarded face, but that can easily be overlooked once you get a glimpse of those big boobies . She’s also kinda making the sign for the shocker, pervert, I guess that shouldn’t come as much of a surprise considering she’s engaged to douche Russell Brand. more pictures of Katy Perry here

Master P Talks No Limit Records, 2010 ‘VH1 Hip Hop Honors’

‘There’s no such thing as too much music,’ the Dirty South honoree recalls of how he ran pioneering record label. By Jayson Rodriguez Lil Romeo, Master P and Silkk The Shocker Photo: MTV News At its zenith, Master P’s No Limit Records was cranking out albums like a factory and collecting plaques that matched the gold and platinum tanks that dangled from P’s chains. His business plan was simple, succinct and, to some, foolish. These days, however, P is hailed as a pioneer for his decision to flood the market — beginning in the early 1990s — with a steady stream of his own albums, as well as projects by Tru, Mia X and a bevy of New Orleans talent. His business acumen helped paved the way for Cash Money, Young Money, Grand Hustle and a host of Southern labels. For his groundbreaking impact, P will be among those feted at the 2010 “VH1 Hip Hop Honors: The Dirty South,” , joining Timbaland, Jermaine Dupri, Rap-A-Lot Records founder J Prince, Luther Campbell and 2 Live Crew and Outkast producers Organized Noize. The show, set to be taped at Manhattan’s Hammerstein Ballroom, airs Monday, June 7, at 9 p.m. ET on VH1. “When it comes down to putting out records, people are afraid. They say, ‘I don’t want to put out too many records,’ ” P told MTV News when we caught up with him during rehearsals for “Hip Hop Honors” on Wednesday (June 2). The No Limit founder recalled that his aggressive output was controversial at the time, but he had his reasons for pushing forward. “My thing was, with No Limit, when you’re hot, you’re hot, you give ’em whatever you can give ’em,” P said. “That’s what I teach my family: When you got ’em, give it to ’em, ’cause when you got a fanbase, feed that fanbase. There’s no such thing as too much music. We accomplished something that nobody did, to be able to sell 75 million records independently and to be honored for hip-hop is a blessing and lets you know we been dong the right thing.” Master P will be celebrated with performances by his son Romeo, Silkk the Shocker, Trina, Mystikal and Gucci Mane, with Kid Capri manning the turntables during the medley. Meanwhile, P has been revving up for the next incarnation of No Limit. He’s dubbed himself the “Archie Manning of hip-hop,” with his two rapper sons, Romeo and Valentino , standing in for Eli and Peyton. And P’s younger brother Silkk is still carrying the torch; his next release is due this summer. Silkk told MTV News he’s had the best seat from which to witness his brother’s success, and getting to pay him back with a performance is “amazing.” “With me, first of all, shouts out to him, ’cause I got to see greatness for a long time,” Silkk said. “It’s very good to finally see him get honored for it. And then, I think a lot of people out there also appreciate what he’s done. I perform all the time, but to actually perform and give back to him and show him what he means to us, that’s amazing for me.” Whose “Hip Hop Honors” performance are you most looking forward to?
