The Bachelor star Ben Flajnik was seen filming the upcoming season of the hit ABC show this weekend. He and his bikini-clad babes were skiing. In California. Shooting is currently underway for the 16th season and Ben was spotted in his home city (shirtless, obviously) skiing down one of SF’s famous hills. Here’s a look at the hunk gripping his poles … The people at ABC managed to turn a San Fran street into a ski slope, filled with snow and ski bunnies, as seen in photos posted by Reality Steve. Since it’s not actually winter, there were no North Face parkas to be found. Ben Flajnik went shirtless and his suitors made for quality bikini photos . Ben, as fans know, was passed over by Ashley Hebert on The Bachelorette finale, but was then tapped for The Bachelor , airing in January 2012. We obviously wouldn’t miss it.
Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children of the late Michael Jackson, have decided to instill a self-imposed boycott of Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial. The physician, accused of involuntary manslaughter, faces a long prison term if convicted. The trial, which began last week, is expected to last weeks. Sources say that for the kids, especially Prince and Paris, rehashing the details of how Michael died is just too hard, and they’re trying to tune it out . Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother and the kids’ guardian, is said to be relieved that kids aren’t more curious and desperate to pay close attention. After prosecutor David Walgren displayed the body of Michael Jackson in the opening statement of the Dr. Conrad Murray trial , the stakes were high. Katherine was unhappy and disturbed the shocking pic was displayed, and the 911 call placed after MJ was found unresponsive was also unnerving. At this point it’s unlikely that the kids will be called as witnesses against Murray, as the prosecution feels it has plenty of others to prove its case. We don’t foresee any miraculous verdict freeing this guy a la Casey Anthony . Two weeks after the shocking arrest of Whitey Bulger ended the infamous Boston crime boss’ decade and a half on the lam, he pleaded not guilty today in federal court to a laundry list of crimes, including 19 murders. The 81-year-old, who served as an FBI informant before vanishing in 1995, when he was tipped off that he was about to be indicted, has been ordered held without bail. Bulger agreed to waive the reading of charges against him. He is accused of 32 criminal counts in total, all felonies. The notorious fugitive pleaded not guilty in a soft voice. The Boston Globe reports that prosecutors expect a monthlong trial with as many as 40 witnesses. He was #1 on the FBI’s Most Wanted List at the time of his arrest, having taken over that spot only recently from Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.
Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have had plenty of differences, but compared to the drama between Sheen and Brooke Mueller, the two are downright cozy. That’s why, in the wake of Brooke spiraling so out of control, Denise reached out to Charlie and offered to take informal custody of his twins, Bob and Max. Denise called Charlie right after the shocking story broke late last week that a likely strung out Brooke hit a pawn shop to hawk a watch and a stereo. Sheen’s previous ex-wife wants to help if she can . Denise told Charlie it was apparent Brooke (now back in rehab ) is off the rails and with Charlie on tour, she offered to take the kids until things stabilized. Charlie and Denise also have two young daughters, Sam and Lola. As for Charlie’s reaction? He’s had issues with Denise, like we said, but he didn’t shut her down. He thanked her and told her, “I’ll keep you posted.” Charlie’s lawyer is going to court in an attempt to gain full custody from Brooke, whose mother has also offered to take the kids. Stay tuned …

He’s reportedly headed to the tropics, and is won’t be vacationing there alone: Insiders tell Radar Online that the actor is going away with a group that includes Brooke Mueller, Bree Olson and a woman named Natalie Kenly, possibly the mystery woman he was spotted kissing earlier this week. This shocking/hilarious news breaks just hours after we learned Mueller was moving back in with the man who once threatened to kill her. “Charlie is back to his old self – and that’s not a good thing,” a source says . “[He] talked about building a porn family and now he’s got these three women all living with him and taking off on vacation with him.” Backing up this story, Olson Tweeted last night: Going to a tropical wonder for a little while to relax with friends 🙂 minimal tweets so hold tight! Be home soon babies! Just try not to be home soon with babies, Bree. That was evidently a problem for another one of Sheen’s porn star pals.

Bristol Palin was as shocked as anyone that she made the Dancing with the Stars finals, but that doesn’t mean she feels she’s undeserving of her spot. “I’m thrilled! It hasn’t fully sunk in for me,” she told Us Weekly after Tuesday’s results show. “I know we’re in the finals, but it doesn’t seem real yet.” She knows that her final-three status is controversial, especially after this week’s elimination of Brandy , but Bristol said she’s not hurt by the skeptics.
