It’s a wrap! Aaron Hernandez Denied Bail, Charged With Murder And 5 Gun-Related Charges According to TMZ reports : NFL star and murder suspect Aaron Hernandez has just been denied bail … meaning he’ll rot behind bars until his trial … and that could take forever. Hernandez was present in court today for a bail review hearing, where his lawyer begged the judge to release Hernandez from custody while he awaits trial. But the judge wasn’t moved by his arguments — that Hernandez is an upstanding citizen and family man with no flight risk — claiming the prosecution already had very strong evidence that Hernandez had committed the crime. As for the evidence … the prosecutor went through the entire timeline leading up to the murder of Odin Lloyd earlier this month, including matching shell casings found at the murder scene and inside Hernandez’ rental car. He also mentioned the photo TMZ posted last night — showing Hernandez brandishing a glock in the mirror 4 years ago — claiming it’s possible the murder weapon was also a glock. The prosecutor said they’d be seeking the max sentence for Hernandez … life without parole. Hernandez’ fiancee — who was also present in court — was inconsolable when the judge issued her decision to keep the NFL star behind bars. As we reported, Hernandez was remanded into custody yesterday following his arraignment and was ordered to be held WITHOUT bail. Hernandez has been charged with murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. He’s also been hit with 5 gun-related charges. It could be months — even a year — before Hernandez gets his trial. Welp, there you have it. Peace, playa, it’s been real.

Massachusetts Woman Admits To Faking Kidnapping After Being Found Locked In Her Own Car Trunk Via ABCNews A woman faked her own kidnapping because she was “intoxicated by fear” of getting caught driving under the influence, police told ABC News. The Beverly Police Department in Massachusetts charged Maria Brayfield, 24, with filling a false police report on Monday. “She maintained that she was kidnapped until she was questioned by our department’s criminal investigations unit,” said department spokesman Officer Michael Boccuzzi. That is when Brayfield confessed, he said. “She said she was ‘intoxicated by fear’ and that she was afraid she had been driving under the influence,” Boccuzzi said. Police could not confirm if Brayfield had been actually driving while intoxicated. Brayfield was found early Monday morning on the side of a highway by two men. Wait, what?!? “The two men found a white Ford Focus parked along side the highway. They thought it was an accident so went up to the car to help. They heard screams from the back of the car, broke the rear window, and found the woman locked in the back of the hatchback,” Boccuzzi said. Brayfield told the two men she had been kidnapped. “She told them that two men dressed in black and wearing masks abducted her from her apartment, forced her to drive her own car, and then locked her in the back. She repeated this story to officers who arrived on the scene,” the cop said. Brayfield recanted her story later in the day after police questioned her, Boccuzzi said. The Beverly Police Department are conducting no further investigation. Brayfield is due to appear in court at a later date. At least she said they were “DRESSED in black” and not “black men”. Detroit Residents In Crime Ridden-Neighborhood Say They Feel Like Prisoners In Their Homes A group of residents living in a crime-ridden and predominantly black Detroit neighborhood say they often feel like prisoners in their own homes and are afraid to even leave to go to church. via News One You would think going to church wouldn’t pose a security risk, but some Detroiters beg to differ. On city’s West Side, between Seven and Eight Mile Roads near Telegraph, rests a tight-knit community that has grown tired of vagrants who frequent a park near their homes. On any given day or night, street walkers], drug dealers and other trouble makers can be seen hanging out in Fargo-Fenton Playground. Too often, they leave behind syringes, liquor bottles, and used condoms, according to one resident interview by Fox 2 News Detroit. Other residents told the television station that they believe the shady people hanging around the park are connected to a string of recent home break-ins in the neighborhood–especially during church hours. Here is more of what some residents told Fox 2 about break-ins during church hours: “Come home and find that their windows have been pried open,” said a resident. “You don’t know who’s going to attack you next.” “Your hands are tied basically as a citizen. You really are at the mercy of the criminals.” “We have to defend ourselves against the criminals who want to just singly take over,” said another neighbor. “People are afraid, and they’re getting older, and the kids are now beginning to move them away.” “We’re being targeted when we go to church. Come home and everything should be fine, but when you come home and everything you’ve worked hard for is ripped apart and then you’ve got to pay to repair the damage that was done to your home, it will deter you from going because you want to try to protect what you have because no one else is going to do it for you.” This is a shame. We really have to do better….NOW.

Kim is telling friends … the paparazzi have become increasingly aggressive with both of them since she became pregnant. She’s especially upset because on Monday a photog chased her down while she was driving and she had to swerve into another lane to avoid him and almost got into a bad accident. Bottom line … Kim is encouraging Kanye to take care of business when a photog crosses the line. The problem with her theory — in the case of the sign, the photogs held their distance and Kanye just didn’t look where he was going. Kanye West Worried That SNL Will Be Mean To Kim In Cameo Skit Via RadarOnline NBC wants to parody Kim Kardashian during the season finale of Saturday Night Live and that has musical guest Kanye West worried that his baby mama will be raked over the coals, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. “Kanye as musical guest is a great get for SNL, but of course the writers want to push the envelope and take advantage of it with a Kim Kardashian skit,” an insider at NBC told Radar. “That’s not unusual since her famous family has been spoofed before with some very hilarious and spot-on impersonations of a whining Kim. They have to tread lightly because Kanye hasn’t been happy with all the flack Kim’s been getting about her pregnancy weight gain. “It’s definitely going to be a challenge – the writers don’t want to piss off Kanye so they’re prepared not to cross the line, but they will go as far as they can.” According to the source, the producers are desperate to spoof the famous and pregnant reality star, but they’re being careful not to cause any “creative differences” with Kanye. “The writers are pushing real hard for an over-the-top skit and the producers are there to reel them right back in if they go too far. Normally the writers have free reign and just go for it, but there has to be some boundaries when your musical guest is Kanye and he’s super sensitive about the constant Kim bashing,” adds the source. “They’ve come up with a win-win scenario where Kim actually gets a cameo at the end of the skit. That would probably make everyone in Kanye’s camp — and especially Kim — very happy.” Kanye, 35, will perform during the May 18 finale which will be hosted by Argo director and star Ben Affleck. I’m Russell Simmons, you Jo Jo,” The oft-forgotten Simmons sibling took offense to Santana’s quip and recorded this embarrassingly bad track “Holy Water” where he replies: “Now how you gonna mention my uncle Russell / Then disrespect his nephew / The industry forgot you / Fu***r, you nothing special, These ni***s hate to love you / Simmons will not let you / Compare your money to my money, boy that’s disrespectful.” “Why you have to call my name / Thought you retired / Boy, that little bit of fame you had / That s#!t had died / Tryna ride Ross’ d!&k to get a hit, you high / Sniffin’ lines in the studio, tryna come up with rhymes.” Yesterday, one of Juelz’ tag-a-longs posted the above picture on Instagram after a chance run-in with young Simmons.
