Milwaukee needs to answer some questions about killing Syville Smith. But having a gun and being black makes you a criminal in the media. We will see what evidence the Milwaukee PD shows us to prove if it was justified or just another sanctioned murder of a black man.
LAPD Killed 14-Year-Old Suspect After He Allegedly Shot At Them Another day, another cop catches a body. Via CNN Los Angeles police shot and killed a 14-year-old boy after he shot at the officers, police said Wednesday. The department’s gang unit was investigating a vandalism call in a neighborhood east of downtown around 5:35 p.m. Tuesday when they encountered two youths. One ran off and two officers pursued, police said. “According to a witness who saw the subject running from the officers, the witness saw the subject shoot a handgun in the direction of the pursuing officers,” said LAPD Deputy Chief Robert Arcos during a news conference. “While the loss of life is always tragic, it is particularly so when the loss involves a youth.” Oh, so the LAPD thinks killing people is tragic? Interesting… The teenager, identified as Jesse James Romero by the Los Angeles County Coroner, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other suspect did not flee police and he was questioned and released. Neither officer was harmed, but they heard a gunshot as they were rounding the corner, Arcos said. One of the officers then fired back and killed Romero, Arcos said. A loaded handgun was recovered by the teenager’s body but it was too soon for investigators to determine whether it had been fired or whether it had been used by Romero, Arcos said. OH! SO, they don’t know if he really shot at them or not. VERY interesting…SMH. Image via Shutterstock
WOW!!! And just like the Paul O’Neal pigs said on camera …the officer is now on “desk duty.” ABC7 : The man fatally shot by a deputy in Compton last month was not connected to a carjacking suspect who had opened fire on deputies, sheriff’s officials said. During the July 28 incident, a carjacking suspect crashed a stolen car, fired at deputies and fled into a neighborhood. A search ensued, and that suspect was taken into custody. Around the same time, a resident in the neighborhood noticed 27-year-old Donnell Thompson lying in his yard and called 911. Sheriff’s officials said deputies were concerned that Thompson may be armed and possibly connected to the carjacking suspect. Deputies said Thompson did not respond to their attempts to communicate with him and was lying in a position that covered one of his hands from view. At one point, investigators said Thompson stood up and “charged at the deputies.” That’s when a deputy fatally shot Thompson, believing he was armed. According to the sheriff’s department, the deputy who shot Thompson fire from the turret of an armored vehicle. After the shooting, authorities launched an investigation, which included gun residue testing, DNA testing, interviews with witnesses, deputies and family members and fingerprinting. The sheriff’s department released a statement Tuesday on its findings. “We have determined that there is no evidence that Mr. Thompson was in the carjacked vehicle, nor that he was involved in the assault on the deputies,” the statement said. Dawn Modkins, a spokeswoman for Black Lives Matter Long Beach, organized a press conference with Thompson’s family and friends in front of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors building after the information was released. Thompson’s family, who called him “Little Bo Peep,” said they plan to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against the sheriff’s department. His brother said Thompson was a “kind, sweet person” who did not have a criminal history. His family and friends said they wanted justice for his death and that the sheriff’s department needed to publicly apologize. “We want the sheriff’s department to be held accountable for their actions. We want an apology to us as his family (and) a public apology to the community for their reckless actions on July 28,” Thompson’s sister-in-law said. Matrice Stanley, 44, one of Thompson’s sisters, said she and the rest of her family did not learn about his death until several hours later that day. “Justice is not going to bring my brother back,” she said. Stanley said her brother had a diminished mental capacity, was reserved, extremely quiet and non-confrontational. She said she believed her brother’s race was a major factor in why he was shot. “My brother was dehumanized, disvalued,” Stanley said. “I wouldn’t treat an animal this bad. How is this justifiable?” Stanley also expressed anger about the deputy firing from an armored vehicle. “He can’t go through armored cars,” she exclaimed. The deputy involved in the shooting has been reassigned to non-field duties, authorities said. The shooting was under investigation. It will ultimately be turned over to the county district attorney’s office for review. Only black folks can be mistaken for something they are not and that fact alone be the justification for their demise. “We do not know why he was acting that way?” While lying on the ground with no gun? WTF??? We have another video on the next page.

Here we go again… Miami Police Commander Charged In Charles Kinsey Shooting Remember when we told you that the officer who shot unarmed Charles Kinsey was identified as Officer Jonathan Aledda? Well there’s a SECOND officer who’s been arrested for their involvement in the shooting. Commander Emile Hollant is accused of fabricating information (presumably in support of his buddy) who “accidentally” shot the unarmed therapist while “protecting him” from his autistic patient. NBC Miami reports: A North Miami police commander has been suspended for allegedly fabricating information about the shooting of an unarmed black therapist. City Manager Larry Spring Jr. said Friday that commander Emile Hollant is suspended without pay. Spring declined to give specifics about how Hollant allegedly fabricated information about Monday’s shooting of Charles Kinsey by Officer Jonathan Aledda. “He totally violated his trust from the public to protect and serve by giving misinformation to this department,” North Miami Councilman Scott Galvin said at Friday’s news conference. ” He not only jeopardized Mr. Kinsey’s life and the life of his client but he jeopardized the life of every police officer who serves this city.” Hilton Napoleon, Kinsey’s attorney, said he was disturbed by Friday’s development. “The fact that they were trying to cover this up initially is a huge problem,” Napoleon said. Aledda has been placed on paid administrative leave while the shooting is investigated. He is a four-year veteran and a member of the city’s SWAT team. SMFH…this is some bullisht but not surprising. What do YOU think about the cop trying to fabricate info in the Charles Kinsey shooting???
Multiple Officers Shot In Baton Rouge Several police officers are feared dead after a shooting in Baton Rouge, the same city where Alton Sterling was killed. CNN reports: Three officers are feared dead after a shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, officials said. Kip Holden, the mayor-president of East Baton Rouge Parish Kip Holden, said authorities were still trying to get a handle on the situation, but added, “The count is three officers dead possibly.” The victims may include police officers and sheriff’s deputies “There is still an active scene. They are investigating,” he said. “Right now we are trying to get our arms around everything.” The shooter is believed to be down as well, Holden said. “Everything is moving fast and I have not been able to verify everything,” he said. The scene, however, is contained, McKneely said. Since the shooting death of Alton Sterling by Baton Rouge police earlier this month, the department has worried about credible threats against its officers. Savannah Cops Taser Wrong Black Man And Still Arrest Him For Obstruction These f***boys must really think we all look alike. SMFH. Via TheDailyBeast Patrick Mumford, 24, was sitting in a driveway the afternoon of Feb. 1 when officers with the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department approached him. Less than a minute later, they shot him twice with a stun gun. The police had a warrant for another man, Michael Clay, but immediately assumed they had their guy. Indeed, the lawmen believed Mumford was Clay, and that he was lying about his identity, a review of body camera footage shows. Now Mumford’s fate is hanging in the balance because Savannah police mistook him for someone else. After the frightening encounter, Mumford was charged with violating probation—stemming from a nonviolent drug offense—and could spend up to seven years in jail, his attorney says. Do these cops EVER do their job properly when it comes to dealing with black men?!?? Image via YouTube
