Arkansans Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have, obviously, always been open about their intentions to raise children – we’re talking about a lot of children. But the stars of TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting faced near tragedy with their 19th child’s premature birth, leading many observers to conclude that was it. Not so fast. The couple, whose baby Josie Duggar was hospitalized for six months with a perforated bowel and rare digestive problems, are considering a 20th child . “Our family is stronger than ever,” Jim Bob Duggar, 45, and Michelle Duggar, 43, tell People in its new cover story . “We made it through the storm.” That’s not to say it’s an easy call. Born months early after Michelle’s pregnancy-induced high blood pressure, Josie’s life has been in danger throughout. “When she first came home, I couldn’t sleep at all,” Michelle said. “That was the scariest part, the full responsibility of her care on my shoulders.” Similarly daunting are the medical risks Michelle could face with another pregnancy – particularly a return of preeclampsia (high blood pressure), which can lead to a stroke or prove fatal. But the pair vow to stick to their beliefs. “People think we are overpopulating the world,” says Jim Bob, a real estate agent and former Arkansas State Legislature member, in response to critics of his large but debt-free family. “We are following our convictions.” Should Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have a 20th baby?

Dita Von Teese Gets Manhandled

I don’t really know much about Dita Von Teese , so I’m not too sure if she normally travels on the shoulders of a billionaire or if this is some kind of publicity stunt. Either way, I like what she’s doing with her cleavage, it works for me. Replace the billionaire with a couple of homeless dudes holding a lawn chair and this is exactly how I travel to the supermarket once a week. The smell isn’t great, but it gives me a chance to work on my tan and catch up on my reading.

It pains us to look at D anielle Staub sex tape photos . Not as much, though, as Kendra Wilkinson claims it hurts her to think about her own, recently-released sex tape (yes, the same one she willingly filmed and has pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars for). In an interview with Ryan Seacrest this week, she tried to put a positive spin on Kendra Exposed : “It hurts, but I know it’s going to make me and Hank better parents. It’s really going to make us teach our child what’s right and wrong in this world, what’s good and evil… We’re going to make sure our son is raised with a good head on his shoulders, a person that has morals, that treats women with respect.” Ah, yes, morals and respect. Just curious: Where does milking this incident for publicity and money – via televised interviews and tabloid covers that actually include a photo of your son along with a headline about your sex tape – fit in to this stance? Asked about the man who leaked the video, ex-boyfriend Justin Frye , Wilkinson said: “I was going to marry him, we were going to be together forever… I didn’t do it out of fame, I didn’t do it for money, I did it because I was in love with him. It just sucks. It’s really embarrassing.” Not so embarrassing that she won’t discuss it publicly, of course. If the price is right. The 2010 MTV Movie Awards host could have learned ‘the ins and outs’ of awards shows from Rock, if only he’d asked. By Todd Gilchrist No matter who takes over hosting duties at MTV’s awards shows, they’re always standing on the shoulders of giants. After all, comedic luminaries like Eddie Murphy, Will Smith, Mike Myers and Ben Stiller have previously taken the stage to take the stuffing out of stuffy awards shows. But one of the most iconic Video Music Awards hosts, Chris Rock, told MTV News that he was surprised that 2010 Movie Awards host, Aziz Ansari hadn’t yet called him for advice. “I like Aziz, but he hasn’t called me,” Rock said Saturday at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards (which air on June 20). “That’s a bad sign.” Rock explained that he has actually offered guidance to other aspiring hosts in the past. “See, most of the hosts, they get the job and they call me, and I tell them the ins and outs,” said Rock, who followed up his 2003 VMAs stint by hosting the Oscars in 2005. “But he hasn’t called me.” Rock jokingly said that since Ansari never reached out to him, he refuses to take responsibility if there are any snafus during Sunday night’s awards ceremony. “If he messes up, it has nothing to do with me,” Rock said with a shrug.
