But I’m guessing this photographer must either have a pretty big crush on her or love her music to waste his time putting together a cheesy photoshoot like this. I don’t get it. Racism is alive and spitting in Louisiana… Via WBRZ News : A contractor from Plaquemine monitoring hurricane cleanup in Grand Isle was spit on and called the “N” word, and captured the entire assault on her cell phone. “It was humiliating,” Brandi Worley told News 2. “It was just so hurtful.” Worley said two of her other coworkers were also hit by the man, who was arrested after the incident. Grand Isle Police identified him as Josh Jambon, and said he was charged with battery. As Worley began recording the racial slurs on her phone, Jambon noticed she was recording him with her phone. That’s when the video shows him going into a rage. “I’m pleading with him not to touch me and leave me alone,” Worley said. “Nothing was said to him to upset him, then he goes and spits in my face. He did the cruelest thing he could think of to demean me, break me and make me feel less than human.” When News 2 reached Jambon by phone, he defended his character but acknowledged his arrest. “I’m a really good guy,” Jambon said. “I’m a really good businessman.” When asked if he used racial slurs and the “N” word, he said, “I’d like to talk to you in front of my attorney.” When asked who is attorney was, the line disconnected. Attorney Cleo Fields in Baton Rouge watched the video News 2 obtained. He said it clearly shows a hate crime. “There’s no place in our society for that type of behavior,” Fields said. “I think he acted totally inappropriate.” As Worley tried to forget about what happened, she said her family is helping her get through the bigotry she encountered in Grand Isle. “I’m crying today because I’m upset,” Brandi’s mother, Susan Worley said. “I haven’t slept all night and the fear is just in me.” Police Chief Euris Dubois said further charges against Jambon could be coming. Sucks that a sister was demeaned in such a terrible way by this man. We hope that she gets justice for what happened. But we don’t want to make this all a negative. Kato Kaelin has responded to reports stating that he knows the truth behind the OJ verdict, but was too chicken isht to tell… According to TMZ: Kato Kaelin just told TMZ … he NEVER told the New York Post that he knows OJ Simpson murdered his wife or that he’s only coming forward now because the statute of limitations on perjury has run. Kato says he was shocked when he read the report which quoted him as saying, “The statute of limitations has now passed … so I can now say … yes, he did it.” Kato tells TMZ … he never said any of those things to reporter Cindy Adams or anyone else. Kato says he has expressed his opinion over the years … that he THINKS Simpson killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman … but tells us, “I have no first hand knowledge.” SMH.

Not that we need any formal event to admire Jess’ beautiful little girl in classic black and white images, but it was actually Eric Johnson’s birthday last weekend. “Daddy’s 33rd Birthday,” Jessica tweeted. “Last year at Daddy’s party, Maxwell was in my belly. Four months after she welcomed daughter Maxwell, Jessica Simpson’s post-baby body is looking curvaceous and gorgeous. But she says there’s work to be done. What kind of work? Here’s a day in the life of Maxi’s mom: 7 a.m. Wakes to feed Maxwell, then eats half a Flatout flatbread sandwich with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar (6 Weight Watchers PointsPlus). 8 a.m. Straps on her pedometer (above) and hits the streets with fiance Eric Johnson and Maxwell. “I’m trying to do at least 14,000 steps a day,” she says. She can’t run yet because her boobs are too big , she says. Maybe someday. This is the Jessica Simpson I grew to love. As long as she’s covering herself up from below the chest down, I couldn’t care less how much she weighed. Those puppies are gorgeous. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I hope she gains even more weight because in my professional opinion, those funbags haven’t reached their full potential yet.
