Fetty Wap is something like an overnight sensation. Ever since the world got wind of “Trap Queen,” everyone wanted to be in the kitchen cooking pies.
By now, you’ve likely heard the name Martin Shkreli. In case you’ve had your fingers buried knuckle-deep in your ears in hopes of shutting out the anguished wails of the millions who might suffer as a result of Shkreli’s deplorably greedy actions, allow us to fill you in: Shkreli is a 32-year-old hedge fund manager and executive chairman of Turing Pharmaceuticals who raised the price of Daraprim – a life-saving drug used for the treatment of toxoplasmosis that’s listed as an “essential medicine” by the World Health Organization – from $13.50 to $750 a pill. That’s a 5,455% price increase that will make the drug unaffordable for millions of HIV patients who depend upon it for their continued survival. That’s a lot to take in, but all you really need to know is that is that Shkreli is the King Douche who makes Donald Trump look like Mother Teresa, Gandhi and Nelson Mandela all combined into some sort of benevolent Voltron. Anyway, it’s been open season on Shkreli ever since the world learned that this rich little prick is getting richer by becoming America’s newest death profiteer, and the folks at Gawker have unearthed an interesting tidbit from this dick weasel’s past. It all started when Shkreli accused a former employee named Timothy Pierotti of stealing $1.6 million from him . Rather than leaving the matter up to the courts like someone who actually has a sound case, Shkreli wrote a letter to the man’s wife, claiming that he had offered Pierotti $40,000 for the “safe return” of his money, which would be entirely unnecessary if there were any truth to Shkreli’s version of events. “I hope to see you and your four children homeless and I will do whatever I can to assure this,” Shkreli concluded, sounding very much like a graduate of the C. Montgomery Burns School of Business. In case you were worried that he stopped there, like someone who’s only partially out of his gourd, fear not: Shkreli went on to harass Pierotti’s daughters on Facebook, sending messages that read, “I’m surprised you don’t know who I am,” or simply, “He betrayed me.” Shkreli proceeded to (allegedly) hack into Pierotti’s social media accounts and change all of his passwords. He also texted Pierotti’s wife with baffling messages such as, “Hey sweetheart.” When the police were contacted, Shkreli told them he had no idea who Pierotti is. He proceeded to settle out of court when sued by the Pierotti family. So there you have it. Martin Shkreli – cartoonish geek-villain name, cartoonish geek-villain level of psychosis.

Anything that serves as a breeding ground for sensual and worldly content is a big no-no in Duggarland. As you probably know, in the 24 hours since the world learned that Ben Affleck and Jennifer garner are getting divorced , there’s been no shortage of rumors regarding what exactly tore the couple apart. We’ll probably never know exactly why Ben and Jen split , but all fingers seem to be pointing to Ben as the party responsible. One source claims Ben neglected Jen to focus on his career , but all other insiders who have spoken out say that the problem was basically that Ben was a 42-year-old frat boy. He was a married father of three, yet by all accounts he lived his life like a really depressing episode of Entourage. We don’t know for sure if Ben cheated with Emily Ratajkowski or if his drinking and gambling were as out of hand as several sources have claimed, but apparently whatever bad behavior he was engaging became too much of a strain for Jen to bear. “Ben was essentially her fourth child, and she resented it,” an anonymous source claims. “There was constant pressure on Jen, that she admittedly put on herself, to make sure Ben was on track, not partying or drinking too much. “There were always constant reminders Jen had to give Ben about their kids’ school activities, sports, and their social obligations. “Jen was always taking care of Ben’s needs, and she was the strong one in the relationship. Along the way, Jen realized this, and her needs weren’t being met…Jen is looking forward to the future, and having some much-needed time to herself without worrying about Ben.” Hopefully, for the sake of the celebrity gossip world, this means that Ben being unleashed will result in a binge of boozing, black jacking, and banging the entire cast of the “Blurred Lines” video. Earlier today, we reported that Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are still under investigation by local police in Tontitown, Arkansas. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Josh and Jim Bob allegedly lied under oath during the course of a 2013 civil suit. It seems that Josh and Jim Bob are the co-owners of a used car dealership, and together, they filed suit against an insurance company for a deal gone wrong. Court documents show that Jim Bob and Josh were both asked about any prior arrests or police investigations in which they were involved. Both men answered all such questions with, “The Plaintiffs state that no such records exist.” The case is already settled, and Josh and Jim Bob are unlikely to face any legal consequences for their false statements, but this latest allegation serves as yet another indication that there may be more skeletons in the Duggar’s closet than we initially thought. Rachel Jeantel Blames Herself For George Zimmerman Verdict R.I.P. Trayvon. .. Via Mediaite: It’s been just over a year since the world was introduced to Rachel Jeantel, the friend of Trayvon Martin’s who testified on behalf of the prosecution in the George Zimmerman murder trial, but may have ended up doing more harm than good. CNN caught up with Jeantel this week, asking her if she blamed herself when Zimmerman went free. “A little bit,” she replied. Asked if she should have said something different or acted differently on the stand, she answered, “Act different.” Jeantel said the jurors in the case didn’t take her seriously as a witness, judging her for the way she looks and talks. While Jeantel’s reading level was not above that of a third grader last summer, she has since turned her life around, undergoing intensive tutoring and graduating from high school this spring. She now credits the turnaround to her experience with the trial, saying she kept her word to Trayvon Martin to complete her high school education. Do you agree with Rachel?
