Only two days after the release of his latest single “My Bad,” the singer made his first appearance on the legendary Saturday Night Live stage. After teasing the major milestone all week, the 21-year-old delivered a performance of “Talk” followed by his song “Better,” both from his 2018 EP, Sun City . According to The Daily Mail , he left the U.S. to avoid investigators. In 2003, Michael Jackson was charged with seven counts of child molestation and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent to a 13-year-old boy. He was ultimately acquitted of all charges. Kelly may be back in jail but in his sit-down with Gayle King , the embattled singer explains why he is broke. “That’s one rumor that was true,” Kelly told King. “Here’s the deal. So many people have been stealing my money. People who were connected to my account. I went by myself for the first to Bank Of America, didn’t know what the hell was going on, didn’t know what to do.” Kelly’s first visit to Bank of America by himself was three weeks ago according to the singer. He says “its on me” in regards to him not knowing his financial status. “I had $350,000 in the bank and I told [the bank teller], ‘take the money and I wanna start a new account.’ She says it was going to take 6 to 7 business days in order to clear. Does that make sense?” Kelly was unable to make bail when he was originally arrested towards the end of February on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse. “How can I pay child support? How?!” the singer exclaimed while in tears. “My ex-wife is destroying my name! And I can’t work! How can I work? How can I get paid? How can I take care of my kids?! How?! Use your common sense!” He denied abusing his ex-wife, Andrea Kelly , calling the allegations lies and recapped the day that he proposed to her after flying in a helicopter with a teddy bear. In Surviving R. Kelly , Andrea Kelly detailed the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of her husband. “My kids is listening to this … all this nonsense and I haven’t even able to spend time with them! What kind of woman would tear down a dad who is trying to have a relationship with their kids?” When asked about the relationship with his kids, Kelly responded that he had zero relationship with them. “But I love my kids,” Kelly said. Many people have been saying the documentary is untrue, including Brett Barnes , who said he knew Michael Jackson when he was child. According to TMZ , the film “implies Jackson molested him as a boy. As for why Barnes thinks this … Wade Robson — one of the singer’s well-known alleged victims — claims in the doc, Barnes ‘replaced him.’ The film then shows Michael and Brett together on tour. Thus, the insinuation.” Barnes has threatened HBO with a lawsuit “claiming the documentary puts him in a false light and subjects him to ‘hatred, contempt and ridicule.’ Presumably, the lawyer is saying MJ supporters will target Barnes as a result of the documentary.” Barnes testified at Michael Jackson’s criminal trial in 2005 and said he was never assaulted by him. For those of you who live under a rock and somehow missed Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s 2019 Oscar performance, please watch it below. It is a powerful display of the award-winning song Shallow from A Star Is Born , taking us back to the tragic love story of Ally and Jackson Maine. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper Sing “Shallow,” Get All of America Pregnant It is also a performance saturated with sex eyes and cheek-to-cheek singing , swaying fans to believe that the stars are totally in love. Or just 100% into character for a movie that wrapped over a year ago. The passionate number took place in front of Hollywood’s most notable stars, including Bradley’s supermodel girlfriend and baby mama, Irina Shayk. Awkward. And after millions tuned in to watch the raw performance, fans immediately began speculating that Gaga and Cooper’s natural chemistry is too real to be just ‘professional’. Insinuating that the two are deeply in love and should date already! And while their attraction for each other is undeniable, the Joanne singer assures everyone that it is just a friendly relationship. Fans freaked out after reading Lady Gaga’s latest Instagram post that read “Nothing could be more special than sharing this moment at the Oscars with a true friend and artistic genius.” The subtle word “friend” stuck out to her followers like a sore thumb. Some fans took the news as Gaga covering up her true feelings. I mean at the end of the day she still shared a picture with her head on Bradley’s shoulder with his arm around her waist. One user commented “If this ain’t love, NOTHING is,” while another commented “True lover**.” Fans aren’t buying her words for one second and refuse to give up on the idea that the two are soulmates. The other, more practical, set of fans argue that Gaga and Bradley were just in character for their performance from their Oscar-nominated movie. “They were giving the audience Ally and Jackson!” wrote a user. If anything, Gaga is probably thrilled that her method acting training paid off. One fan even compared their relationship to another popular friendship saying, “Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton have that same chemistry, they have had a long standing loving friendship for many years. Same wonderful rare relationship happening here,” the fan said. Another use wrote, “When your acting is on point and the world is convinced ya really in love.” A fan also defended the current couple in the comments, saying “People really need to stop taking everything so personal. This is a business matter and it’s great PR for their movie/song.” “I think the connection they have is beautiful and if Irina had anything to say about this performance I’m sure she did before the event happened.” Irina also stood up after their performance, beaming with pride and applauding, she also gave Gaga a hug during the show so I think it is safe to say that she approves of their act . Irina and Bradley are in a longterm, committed relationship and the two even share a child! “Brad likes to discuss and share his ideas with Irina and she appreciates knowing everything he has going on,” reported HollywoodLife . He and Gaga are on the same page too. Another source shared with HollywoodLife that “they both find the relationship rumors funny.” “Both Gaga and Bradley Cooper find it sweet and laughable at the same time that fans are saying they will get married someday, especially since Gaga announced the end of her engagement this week , the source said. As for Gaga, the only man she needs in her life is the one on the Oscar trophy. Sadly, there’s nothing all that surprising about the many sexual misconduct allegations directed at R. Kelly . In fact, Kelly’s crimes have been something of an open secret in the music industry for the majority of his career. What is surprising, however, is that Kelly appears to be in dire financial straits. Last week, Kelly was charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault . To the surprise of many, the singer remained behind bars for a full 48 hours after apparently struggling to come up with the $100,000 bail. And in the days since his release, Kelly’s situation has only become more dire. For starters, police have reportedly obtained a second R. Kelly sex tape that’s even more damning than the infamous footage that was released in 2002. Now, just days after the singer’s release from jail a second, unrelated charge could land him back behind bars. TMZ is reporting that prosecutors in Illinois have issued a warrant for Kelly’s arrest in response to allegations that he owes upwards of $160,000 in unpaid child support to ex-wife Drea Kelly. While failure to pay child support is a crime, it’s extremely uncommon for courts to issue an arrest warrant for a deadbeat dad. Of course, Kelly’s case is unusual, and it could be that prosecutors are throwing everything that they have at the singer in hopes that he won’t escape the situation with yet another slap on the wrist. “In 30 years of practicing criminal defense law, I have never seen anyone prosecuted for non-payment of child support,” Kelly’s defense attorney, Steven Greenberg, told TMZ today. “Maybe it happens, but I’ve never seen it done in Illinois.” Lawyer’s for the singer’s ex-wife, however, have had a very different reaction to the news. “We are aware that they are bringing criminal charges for non-payment of child support and we support any and all efforts that will make sure that his children are taken care of,” reads a statement from Drea Kelly’s legal team. Interestingly, Kelly has yet to rectify the situation by simply writing a check to his ex in an amount that should be chump change at this point in his career. Kelly found a way to post his $100,000 bail Monday night and we now know who it was that came to his broke a$$ aid. According to DailyMail , the woman’s name is Valencia P. Love and she is the owner of several Chicago restaurants in addition to the Lord And Child Daycare on the south side. Love is a long-time friend of R. Kelly’s. Despite the fact that this woman has made it her business to care for children professionally, she still hopped in a phone booth to tie on a cape to help a man accused of sexually abusing young girls. Chicago’s Fox32 reporter Tia A. Ewing spoke to Valencia to ask why she assisted such a man.
