She and Griffith got into an argument that prompted the latter to ask for his engagement ring back. At that time, Evans explained that she “went to the master bathroom and was sitting on the toilet when [Griffith] came [into] the bathroom and pinned her against the toilet… [and] wrestled her for the engagement ring.” She says she was left with a cut on her pinky finger as a result. The Teen Mom stars welcomed a baby into the world (Jenelle’s second) last summer and got engaged this past January. Griffith, meanwhile, denies that he ever “touched” Evans, according to the arresting officers. He told them that Evans “got upset with him and took the engagement ring off.” He also showed them scars on his back and said that Evans was responsible for the marks, though he did not give a statement about any past altercations. The week her new album hits stores and computers around the country, Kelly Clarkson has gone on record with comments some might find controversial. Speaking to Pride Source about her impact on the LGBT community, the original American Idol said she doesn’t even comprehend why there’s any kind of debate or divide around the country. “I think it’s silly that we’re still talking about gay rights,” Clarkson told the publication. “I just live in this world where people are accepted, so it’s very hard for me to even realize that that still exists. “It’s hard for me to wrap my brain around it.” Clarkson is mother to an adorable eight-month old named River Rose and was asked for her reaction if her child eventually came out as gay. “Oh, I don’t care,” she replied. “I mean, here’s what I hope for her: I just hope she finds love. It took me a while, man. And there was a lot of heartache throughout those years. “You know, as long as she’s happy, I don’t care either way, and neither does my husband. Amidst all the feuds and Twiter tirades, you may have forgotten that Iggy Azalea actually makes music.  The Aussie rapper debuted the music video for her newest single “Trouble” today, and it features Jennifer Hudson in a prison yard-collaboration that might bring to mind Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s “Telephone” clip: Iggy Azalea: “Trouble” Feat. Jennifer Hudson Apparently, the track is the first single from Reclassified, which is not a new album, but a “reissuing” of Iggy’s New Classic album. Yeah, we’re not quite sure what that means, either.  Anyway, the video features J-Hud and Iggy as a devoted girlfriend who breaks her man out of the big house. The car chase that follows is enough to rival yesterday’s llama drama .  Despite their adversarial relationship, however, Jennifer’s cop and Iggy’s robber still find time for a dance break before I-G-G-Y gets the cuffs slapped on her. The video might not catch on in quite the same way as Iggy’s Clueless tribute for “Fancy” (That clip has racked up an astonishing 480 million views), but the song itself is every bit as catchy. And who knows? The combined talent and star power of Iggy and Jennifer might result in another juggernaut single to rival the success of Iggy’s breakthrough hit. Taylor Swift is on her way to a FOURpeat. The singer has been named Most Charitable Celebrity alive three years running… and her latest endeavor makes it pretty clear she’ll nab this honor in 2015 as well. The Department of Education revealed yesterday that Swift has already donated $50,000 to the New York City public school system via proceeds earned from the single “Welcome to New York.” “We’re deeply appreciative of this kind gesture to donate her proceeds of the single ‘Welcome to New York’ to benefit NYC public schools,” Devora Kaye, the press secretary for the Department of Education, tells E! News. Swift pledged to give away all money earned from this track during an October appearance on The View. “It’s selling really, really well,” the crooner said of her Big Apple-themed anthem. “Which is good because I’m donating all my proceeds to New York City public schools.” And she’ll continue to do so until the end of time, insiders confirm. Since moving to New York about a year ago, the singer has made no secret of her love for the iconic city. “It’s amazing. It’s the greatest place ever,” the transplant previously gushed on The Late Show, telling viewers they should “drop everything” and go there as soon as possible. It may be cold in the Great White North, but it certainly won’t be Breezy! Chris Brown has been denied entry to Canada and forced to cancel scheduled shows in Montreal and Canada. Brown broke the news yesterday in a tweet addressed to his Canuck fans: “Good people of the Canadian government won’t allow me entry,” Brown tweeted. “I’ll be back this summer to see all my Canadian fans!” So why might the people of Canada want someone like Chris to remain south of their border? Oh, so very many reasons: For one thing, it’s a miracle that the singer is able to tour at all. Brown’s probation was revoked  in January after a series of violent incidents at his concerts. But Chris Brown isn’t banned from Canada due to the tiny little problem of  people getting shot at Chris Brown concerts . No, our neighbors to the North want to keep their distance from Breezy simply because he has a rap sheet a mile long, and the Canadian government reserves the right to deny anyone admittance on the basis of their criminal record. Remember when Chris went to jail  last year for violating his probation? We know – he has so many scrapes with the law that you can’t keep them all straight. But Canada never forgets. Jenelle Evans: ARRESTED For Driving Without a License

Stop us if you’ve heard this one:  Jenelle Evans was arrested for doing something stupid yesterday, but somehow, the Teen Mom star got off with a slap on the wrist. Yes, Jenelle has been taken into custody for a wide variety of idiotic offenses over the years including harassment, possession of narcotics, probation violation, and cyber stalking. Oh, and who could forget the time Jenelle assaulted Brittany Truett  in a World Star-worthy beatdown that was caught on video? Jenelle’s latest arrest for driving without a license seems pretty tame by comparison, but given her long ( long ) history of run-ins with the law, it could land the mother of two in some serious trouble. According to police records, Jenelle was booked at 3 pm yesterday and spent an unknown period of time in a South Carolina detention center before being freed on $237.00 bail. Shortly after her release, Jenelle responded to concern from fans and criticism from haters by retweeting a friend who had attempted to clarify the incident online: “Yall chill she paid a speeding tick 3 days late in 2013 & license was just suspended recently & she had no idea. It’s cleared up. It’s all good.” While things may be “cleared up,” they’re almost certainly not “all good.” Jenelle is fighting for custody of her 5-year-old son Jace, and this latest scrape with the law is unlikely to help her case. Luke James Denies He’s Marrying Jessie J Is R&B crooner Luke James planning on walking down the aisle with singer Jessie J? Via Hip Hollywood reports: Luke James and Jessie J have been dating for a few months now, but could they already be making plans to head down the aisle? Luke is definitely making plans … to open up for his girl while on tour that is. The soulful singer and his English singer/songwriter boo will be at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on May 18th. But after the tour, will wedding bells ring? When HipHollywood caught up with James at the Grammys, we asked if we could expect an invitation to their nuptials. “Possibly,” the singer stated, then he caught himself. “What wedding?” Although they may not be walking into wedded bliss anytime soon, they are working on new music together and Luke says we’ll hear it when “the magic hour hits.” Welp!
