New Report Says Robin Thicke Has Been Drinking And Partying Nonstop Since Split From Paula Patton According to InTouchWeekly reports : Robin Thicke recently made a shocking admission during his deposition for a lawsuit claiming he lifted his hit “Blurred Lines” from Marvin Gaye’s “Got to Give It Up,” confessing he “was high on Vicodin and alcohol” when the song was created. Now, In Touch has learned that the singer’s drinking is still spiraling out of control. “He’s been drinking and partying almost every night since splitting with Paula. He’s trying to numb the pain of losing the love of his life.” And it’s beginning to worry those close to him — and has even caught the attention of his estranged wife, Paula Patton. “She, his parents and his record company tried to stage an intervention several months ago, but he simply refused,” a source exclusively reveals to In Touch. However, not even Paula can get through to him. An eyewitness who saw Robin partying with Leonardo DiCaprio at LA’s 1Oak on Sept. 6, tells In Touch: “A drink never left his hand the whole night. He wasn’t his usual animated self. While their table was filled with beautiful women, he stayed off to the side, looking depressed.” Seriously though, we seem to recall Paula talking about Robin’s wayward ways WAY back in the day before she hit it big in her first movie. NASCAR star Tony Stewart will not face criminal charges resulting from the death of Kevin Ward Jr., who was struck and killed by Stewart in a race this summer. A grand jury investigating the case decided earlier today to close the potential case against Stewart, citing no evidence of legal wrongdoing on his part. Tony Stewart Kills Kevin Ward Jr. On the night of his death, Kevin Ward Jr. was killed by Stewart’s car , a tragedy by any measure, but one that many felt also may have been a criminal act. Ward got out of his car and aggressively moved toward Stewart’s vehicle, which hit him seconds later and was seen in a video that shocked the sports world. There was suspicion after the accident that Stewart was angry with Ward Jr. over an incident earlier in the race and may have intentionally swerved into him. He denied this, and apparently the grand jury agreed, determining that it was nothing more than an accident and declining to pursue a case against him. Investigators claimed to have “enhanced video” of the crash that killed Ward. Whatever it included that the viral clip did not, it didn’t sway the grand jury. Officials say the footage, raw or enhanced, did not show Tony making any sudden or suspicious moves on the track before the collision with Ward. Investigators also say that experts reenacted the crash and evaluated factors such as the speed of Tony’s car, reaction times, distance and more. None of that suggested any foul play, ill intent or even anything out of the ordinary regarding Stewart’s driving, no matter what bad blood may have existed. Officials also say Kevin Ward Jr. was high on marijuana at the time of his death, though this did not impact whether or not to pursue a case against Stewart. Snoop Dogg is under fire for a homophobic slur he apparently made on social media. The slur appeared on his Twitter and Instagram feeds early Monday morning, when he posted a photo of two men lying in bed together, along with a message. “U n ya boyfriend since u like Jumpn on my page disrespectn bitch boy go suck ya man n get off my line f. A. G.,” said Snoop , who deleted it 30 minutes later. So far, neither the rapper nor his reps have commented on the surprising post.
