Justin Bieber to Be Charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT in Canada

On the same day his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty for last Thursday’s DUI arrest , news has broken that Justin Bieber will soon be charged with criminal assault for an incident that took place last month in December. Here is what we know at this time: Justin Bieber – “Confident” (Music Video) While riding inside a limousine last month, some sort of altercation took place between Bieber’s entourage and the vehicle’s driver. Initially, a member of Justin’s security team was believed to be behind the attack… but Bieber reportedly did not cooperate with Canadian officials when they asked to speak with him and they proceeded to turn their attention toward the 19-year old singer. According to TMZ, a trio of witnesses spoke to the police and incriminated Bieber in some way, giving authorities reason to believe he physically assaulted the driver. The star is being booked for assault, given a citation and will be released on his own recognizance. Prior to this news hitting the wire, manager Scooter Braun asked (via Twitter) for folks to give his friend and client some leeway. “for all those asking @JeremyBieber and @pattiemallette love their son. Jenelle Evans to Assume Custody of Son … on One Condition

Jenelle Evans’ mother, Barbara, has had custody of her son Jace since forever. That may actually, finally change though, and the Teen Mom 2 star revealed why. Bahhbrahh is giving her pregnant daughter, who has long battled substance abuse issues, a new incentive to stay clean for the sake of her kid(s). While the reality star has always been given visitation rights, she wants to be able to see him on a more permanent basis, and her mom is open to the idea. Provided, of course, Jenelle Evans makes the following changes in her life … “My mom has actually been really supportive and excited,” Jenelle said of her relationship and pregnancy with Nathan Griffith, who Barbara approves of. “[She said], ‘if you keep this up for a year, I’ll give you custody of Jace!” By this, Jenelle means stay sober. Clean and 100 percent sober. Think she can do it? We’d understand if the answer were no. Still, you have to credit Jenelle for making changes in her life, and most of them for the better. Gone, and hopefully for good, are her hard drug days. Kieffer Delp and Courtland Rogers – still her husband, legally – both ran afoul of the law for drug-related reasons. Chantel Jeffries: I’m Not a Criminal! Leave Me Alone!

Chantel Jeffries is attempting to set the record straight regarding reports that she has a mile-long rap sheet, including an arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. The 21-year-old model, who was riding shotgun in Justin Bieber’s rented Lamborghini when the singer was arrested for DUI, released a statement saying: “I have been overwhelmed by the negative attention I have recently received in the media. My family and I are particularly upset about the false accusations.” “For the record, I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form.” “I am a full-time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now. What has happened to me is wrong.” She does not deny all of the alleged arrests, it’s worth noting. Chantel Jeffries continues with a plea for privacy, stating: Chantel Jeffries in Panama “I want people in general, and the media in particular, to consider the impact their disparaging comments have on the individual; especially when their comments are inaccurate.” She did not address the purported NYC strip club offer . According to reports, Chantel Jeffries was arrested when at age 18 for a misdemeanor assault, but the case was later dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that, her lawyer says the self-described “eyebrow connoisseur,” “animal lover” and “deep thinker” is only guilty of “traffic violations.” She recently traveled to Panama with Bieber , 19, after he was bailed out of jail, and had been in talks to appear on Today to address these accusations. Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 5 Recap: This is Bigger Than School!

The primary takeaways from Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 5 were that no one is safe … and nothing is bigger than Abby Lee Miller’s dance tutelage. Nothing. Melissa pulled her kids of our school to spend more time training, and Jill considered the same, making it clear where their priorities lie (frighteningly). Watch Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 5 Online We’re not bashing dance classes, the idea of children being driven by kids activities outside of education or even tour de force Abby Lee Miller specifically. It’s just that things often escalate to the point of no return, and the situation boils down to this eternal question parents should ask of themselves: Is there a point where we’re taking this too seriously? Social commentary aside, Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 5 found Kendall, Brooke, her sister Paige, and Mackenzie in the pyramid’s bottom tier. Nia and Maddie were second; Chloe got the top spot. Abby conjured up a dance routine based on the civil rights movement, which just sounds like it would be offensive and tacky, but no one’s objecting. When the venerable mentor suggests that Christi homeschool Chloe because it’s worked so effectively for Maddie, Chloe commendably declines. Mature beyond her years, that youngster. Respect. At the competition, Mackenzie got the team off to a strong start … or not. Abby concluded that any one of the team members could be dispatched. Ouch. She’s always a taskmaster, that Abby. Nonetheless, the girls received a standing ovation for the group routine, with Holly front and center in the aforementioned, controversial civil rights-themed dance. How did the results shake out after this? Maddie and the trio won the top prize, but Mackenzie only finished second, a pill made even tougher to swallow by Abby’s commentary and comparisons. Justin Bieber to Be Arraigned on Valentine’s Day

February 14 will not mean chocolate, teddy bears and hand-holding for Justin Bieber. Not this year. The South Florida legal system has set Valentine’s Day as the singer’s arraignment date. He will answer to charges of DUI , resisting arrest and driving with an expired license on that date. Justin Bieber Arrested “Justin doesn’t have to be there,” says Ed Griffith, a Miami state attorney’s office spokesman. “He will plead not guilty and the process will begin.” The 19-year old star is currently on vacation with friends (and Chantel Jeffries !) in Panama and will have his case heard by Miami-Dade Judge William Altfield in the County Criminal Division. Bieber (along with R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff) were booked on Thursday after allegedly drag racing on a residential street, although new reports claim they weren’t going THAT fast… nor were they legally drunk. But those are issues for a court to decide. But Billy Ray Cyrus another idea, one that also involves Bieber taking a break from his usual surroundings. “I would just invite him to come down and chill out with me, maybe in Tennessee,” Billy Ray told Access Hollywood last night. “Let’s go up to the teepee, build a fire, step away…  take a break for a little bit, just think about what’s important.” And what would Bieber do there with the man who raised Miley Cyrus ? “Get back to life,” Billy Ray said. “Build a fire, count the deer and the hawks and relax a little bit.” That doesn’t sound half bad. While fans of Justin Bieber are cheering this singer’s release from a Miami jail , following last Thursday’s arrest for drunk driving, others are trying to take action against the artist. They want him deported back to Canada! And Drake Bell is leading the charge. The young singer – who believes Bieber is a little sh-t , who thinks Justin paid Lil Za to take a drug possession rap in his place this month and who has labeled Beliebers as insane – is helping to promote a petition on the White House website that aims to revoke Justin’s green card. It actually has over 46,000 signatures at the moment and it says the pop star is “not only threatening the safety of our people, [but is also] a terrible influence on our nation’s youth.” Bell added to his list of Bieber slams last week when he Tweeted in response to the star’s arrest: “Arrested,vandalized property in multiple countries,Egged a house, busted for drugs, and he still gets endorsements!!” He then Tweeted a link to the aforementioned petition and urged followers to “become a part of the movement!!!” The full petition reads: We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. Justin Bieber has left the country. The singer, who got arrested for drunk driving and drag racing on Thursday and who referenced God in a Tweet to fans yesterday, has been spotted in Panama, where he’s soaking up the sun and hopefully staying off the road. Bieber isn’t alone, however. According to TMZ, Usher (posing below with a fan, who Instagrammed shots of herself with both Usher and Justin) and others close to the artist are also with Bieber, hoping to talk some sense into the troubled young star. Usher, of course, discovered Justin on YouTube and has served as his mentor for years. Bieber was booked on charges of DUI Thursday, along with resisting arrest because he refused to comply with police officer orders, and driving with a suspended license. Bieber may also soon face a felony vandalism charge for hurling over 20 eggs at his neighbor’s home and causing extensive damage earlier this month.
