My name is Megan and I want to share My Bieber Experience with you guys. For me to be able to say that I have met Justin Bieber is so amazing. He has done so much for me. I’ve been trying to meet Justin since 2009. I heard about a radio contest in September on 99.5 WZPL in my city, Indianapolis. The contest was called “Show Us Your Bieber.” You had to make a video of yourself singing a Justin song and showing them how much you love him . I never thought that I would make it into the top 3. That meant I had to go into the radio station’s studio and perform a song. Once again I expected not to win. I was hoping for the best but also preparing for the worst. When I went in the studio I was decked out in Justin apparel, head to toe Bieber. I was drawn to sing first and I sang a parody of ‘Boyfriend.’ I couldn’t hear the music so it was really off beat. I had my dad dressed up as Selena Gomez and my family danced in the background to give me support. We ended up winning the whole thing, which meant my sister and I got to go to Chicago and meet Justin and then we got to go watch him perform live. I was a mess when I found out that I won. I was bawling on the radio and I didn’t care..hey, I just found out that I’m meeting my idol. Being on the radio and meeting all of the people was such a cool experience and it brought my family really close together. All week long I was anxious for it to be the day that I met him! On Oct. 24, 2012 I woke up at 8 a.m. and drove all the way to Chicago and arrived at about 12:15 p.m. After we got to the arena we were all singing and chanting “JUSTIN! JUSTIN! JUSTIN! JUSTIN!” Finally at 4 p.m. I met with a man named David and my meet and greet tickets had finally arrived. We waited in line for what seemed like forever. While waiting I got to meet Dan Kanter and I also got to bond with a bunch of beliebers, which is really cool for me because I feel like I’m not accepted in many places and beliebers make me feel welcome and loved! The line was moving and I was dying. When we were finally got in the building I immediately bawled my eyes out because I knew I was in the same building as Justin. We were about to go behind the curtain and I met Justin’s hamster PAC! When I saw a hand open the curtain, it was Kenny’s. I was so happy to meet him and he is so sweet! I said, “Hi Kenny! I’m so glad to finally meet you!” and he said, “It’s great to meet you ladies.” Then I look to my left and see an angel, an actual angel. The light was hitting him in such a way that it looked like he was glowing! I walked up to Justin and said, “Oh my gosh! You are BEAUTIFUL!” and he said “Thank you sweetheart.” I told him I loved him and he said “I love you too!” We took the picture and he said “Smile ladies!!” Then my sister asked “Can I have a hug?” and he gave her a hug! She kissed him on the cheek and then I hugged him as well. I handed him the note I wrote him and he said thank you. I hugged him again and then someone was pulling me off of him. It was the greatest 30 seconds of my life. I am so thankful for the opportunity. Justin has been here for me through his music when no one else has. He makes me feel like I belong. The fact that I got to thank him for everything that he has done for me is amazing. I am in awe and I am still shocked. There will always be a special place in my heart for you Justin Bieber and I will always be a belieber. The X Factor went from 16 to 12 tonight, as four contestants – one from each group – were sent packing. In somewhat complicated fashion. First, each judge deemed two singers from his/her troupe to be safe; they went straight to the next round. Then, the remaining pair of hopefuls sang against each other for their X Factor lives. Take CeCe Fry, for example, who belted out this beautiful version of “Out Here On My Own.” CeCe Fry – “Out Here On My Own†So, who got the axe? The Real Housewives of Miami break out the “Bras and Brawls” as they head to a charity event that looks more like a high end brothel. We recap whose outfit was devilishly inspired and who wore their grandma’s lingerie in our THG +/- review. Move over Lea. Lisa’s throwing her own charity event and what better way to raise awareness for breast cancer than to throw a lingerie party for 800 of your closest friends. Plus 15 . It’s an inspired idea, even if the event did resemble a high end brothel. Lisa’s search for the perfect outfit was entertaining. At least she recognized that some of this outfits made her look like a cheap hooker. Plus 10. And I can’t help but agree that a house full of young, sexy woman parading around in their lingerie sounds like a lot more fun than Lea’s stuffy, black tie gala. Across town Lea’s getting ready for said gala with the help of Adriana, Alexia, and Joanna, although I can’t see what they were helping with other than bringing the latest gossip. Adriana and Alexia start whining about Karent once again and boy, that’s gotten old fast. Minus 8 . On a sidetone, did anyone else think Adriana looked hungover when she first walked in? Maybe she just couldn’t sleep thinking about the supposed quote from Karent in the paper calling them all “classless, fame addicts with botox for brains.” Well, it’s hard to argue with that, even if Karent denies ever saying it. Plus 13 . As much as Lea loves to instigate a good fight, she hopes Adriana will hold her tongue until after the gala. Yeah, good luck with that. Back over at Lisa’s, the party prep is in full swing and Marta’s idea of being helpful is staying out of the way and hanging by the pool. Minus 10 . She could be a little more helpful being that she’s staying there for free. Perhaps Romain had a point about Joanna’s little sis. But she did go support her sister (i.e. sat back and watched her photo shoot) while Joanna modeled for PETA. Joanna’s right. Many celebrities talk a good game but she puts it all out there, literally. Who else do you see trying on vagina wigs for an anti-fur campaign? Plus 22. If she was shooting for over the top she certainly found the mark, although teasing the dog was a bit much. The lingerie party finally begins and you’d think with all of Lea’s supposed experience she’s know that telling your host she looks hilarious is never a good idea. Minus 7. Lisa went with the stringy black leather devil ensemble over the angel lingerie she tried on earlier and Marysol showed up in a fur trimmed outfit from her grandma’s closet. Lea shows up with two men on her arm…and neither of them are her husband. The first is Elaine…I mean James. How does he choose which events to show up for in drag and which not? The other is Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild fame and Joanna is not a fan. She calls him “one of the biggest scumbags ever” and from what we see here, I can’t say that she’s wrong. I can’t figure out which was more offensive, Joe crowing about dating both Joanna and her sister Marta or Lea actually coming out and asking if he had slept with them both. Really low class, Lea. Minus 17. Of course the moment Karent hears it she has to run and squawk to new best friend Joanna. Minus 11. If she had kept her mouth shut this may have died down on its own. Unfortunately, no such luck. Joanna flips out, screamming at Joe and calling him a “f**king liar” to his face. Joe doesn’t back down, swearing something about oral sex and a movie theater. Oh yeah, this is a classy party. At least Lea tries to pull Joe away, although it was her own comments that started all of this. Joanna never sees how her own temper makes these situations worse. That’s probably why Romain holds his tongue. I kept waiting for him to jump in but he never did. In the end, Joe’s still crowing about his sexual exploits, Joanna’s ranting, and Marta’s in tears. Did she really sleep with his jerk? She’s not talking. At least not this week. Episode total = +7! Season total = -183!
Poor Jason Momoa . Just a year after he helped reboot the Conan the Barbarian franchise, original Conan Arnold Schwarzenegger and Universal Pictures have struck a deal to reboot the reboot , putting Arnie back in the role of the muscled, sword-swinging warrior. Deadline reports that Paradox Entertainment’s Fredrik Malmberg and Chris Morgan will produce the re-reboot (Un-boot? Retro-boot?) The Legend of Conan with Morgan scripting. The idea is to catch up with Schwarzenegger’s older Conan years after his original heroic ascent, whose challenges will include “dealing with age.” “It’s that Nordic Viking mythic guy who has played the role of king, warrior, soldier and mercenary, and who has bedded more women than anyone, nearing the last cycle of his life. He knows he’ll be going to Valhalla, and wants to go out with a good battle,” Malmberg said. The sequel will directly follow 1982’s Conan the Barbarian but may even ignore that film’s 1984 sequel, Conan the Destroyer . Said Morgan, screenwriter of four Fast & Furious films, Wanted , Cellular , and the upcoming Universal epic 47 Ronin : “We think this is a worthy successor to the original film. Think of this as Conan’s Unforgiven .” Yes, think of this indeed. Eli Roth Casts The Green Inferno The film will shoot beginning November 5th in Peru. It will star Lorenzo Izzo ( Aftershock ), Ariel Levy ( Aftershock ), Aaron Burns ( John Carter ) and Daryl Sabara ( Machete ) Roth will direct the thriller based on a screenplay he co-wrote with Aftershock co-writer Guillermo Amoedo. This will be Roth’s much anticipated directorial follow up to the enormously successful Hostel franchise, which collectively grossed over $300 million worldwide. Khloe Kardashian Talks Being Considered “The Ugly Sister” Being the tall and towering, stallion-esque Kardashian sister with the noticeably different physical and facial features is no easy task. In addition her chubby-lumpkins struggle to stay thin and still go toe-to-toe with her thicky-thick sisters in the limelight, Khloe is also the only one of the three to have a ring on her finger and plenty of rumors to go along with it. Khloe recently sat down with The Block to reveal how she really feels about being considered the no-so-pretty sister. Check out a few excerpts from the interview below: JWD: In Interviews, I’ve heard you group together the experience of being bullied with the comparisons that you had with your sisters. Was there ever a point when you thought, “If I was an only child, I wouldn’t be experiencing this.” KK: No because when I was bullied…Yes, it happened from comparison. Even with teachers. They didn’t realize it, but they would teach my sisters before me because we all attended the same school, and they’d say to me “Oh, you’re a Kardashian sister? But they’re so pretty!” They’re not saying I’m ugly, but they are —-or that’s how I took it. JWD: Well, because that’s your core belief already. KK: Right, so it validates that. But I do believe that stuff prepared me for being older because now everyone has an opinion and everyone still compares me to them. It made me stronger. Everyone asks, “How did you get so confident?” But I don’t know when the turning point was. One day I just thought, yeah, I am different and I’m pretty in my own way and they’re pretty in their own way. Some people like apples, some people like oranges, but that doesn’t mean that apples are bad. I just accept it. My dad always used to tell me, “Your sisters, you might think, are so drop-dead beautiful but you have a personality that a lot of people would like have.” When he said that to me, he wasn’t saying that I wasn’t beautiful. He was saying, you’re going to come into your own but own what you have right now. And he’s right, I’m fun and I get along with people. I’ve just owned who I am. Good for her. On October 6, 2012 I became the second African-American OLLG in Justin Bieber concert history. It all started at about 11:30 A.M when my sister, cousin, and I arrived at the arena. We waited and waited and eventually we saw the beautiful chocolate meechy ass man who goes by Kenny Hamilton! He was on a segway directing the man who ended up delivering the OLLG crown. It was so beautiful. Then we waited some more and some dancers came out, so we all took pics. An hour later, THE WHOLE BIEBER CREW JUST CAME OUTSIDE AND LIFE WAS AMAZING. We all got to meet Scooter, Dan, Kenny, Scooter’s Mom, Nick Demora, and more. We finally decided to head inside at about 6-ish. There was so many people inside the arena. We got to our seats and they were closer than we thought so we flipped out. I went to go get merch and I was back by the time Cody Simpson came on. HOLY JESUS DID CODY GET SEXY. Yas and I did NOT expect that at all. We were falling out all over the place. After he was done, Scoot Scoot, Dan, and Fredo introduced Carly and she was so adorable. After Carly went off, we waited for the countdown to start. Finally, it started and Yas and I FLIPPED OUT again. In just 10 minutes, my idol would be in front of my face. Before the clock ran out, I decided to take a chance and tweet Justin and Allison and ask if I could be the OLLG. I tweeted, “@justinbieber @AllisonKaye Wanna make me the second black OLLG EVER(:? Section 112. Row 9. Seat 2.” After that, I turned my phone off and got ready to have the best night of my life. The concert started and were were instantly having a blast! Yas was falling on the floor and I was screaming my head off and dancing/singing along to every song. Every time he did something extra sexy (which was like 95% of the time) Yas and I grabbed on to each other and tried to stay standing. At some part during the concert, Allison and Fredo had walked past us. I freaked out because at first, I didn’t know it was them, but when I noticed Yas and I were like, “THAT WAS ALLISON. OH MY GOSH AND THAT WAS FREDO TOO. FREDO COME BACK”. We couldn’t get their attention, so we kept jamming out to Justin. Allison and Fredo passed us AGAIN, but this time I decided to say Hi to Allison. I tried to say Hi to Fredo, but lots of girls were asking him for hugs and he couldn’t hear me. They left again, and after two songs, they came back. I was looking at Allison when she suddenly stopped in front of me and asked, “Do you want to be the One Less Lonely Girl?” My mind went blank. All I heard was “LG?” My eyes widened when I finally pieced it all together and I said to Allison, “ME?” and she said “YES” and started to walk me down to the floor. Yas stopped me to ask if I was going to be the OLLG and I screamed “YES!” to her and she freaked out. I started walking and I looked back to see if Fredo and Allison were following me. Fredo suddenly grabbed my hand I was like, “OH MY GOSH I AM TOUCHING ALFREDO”. We got down to the floor and started walking to the stage. Some security lady tried to stop us, and after arguing back and forth for a bit, Allison was like, “NO. MAM. I HAVE PASSES. THANK YOU”, and we pushed past the lady. I was like, “Damn Allison!” Then we finally got backstage and OMG it looked like Never Say Never back there. Allison told me to give her my hat because Justin was going to give me a crown, so I did and that’s when I knew this was all real . I was freaking out. Fredo and Allison were just smiling at me and I think Fredo was taking pictures. Then he asked me, “What’s your name?” “Zaria” “NO! What’s your name?” “Zaria!” “No no! What’s your name? “….OmahaMauhlin?” Then Fredo was like, “NO! What are you right now?” “The One Less Lonely Girl?” Fredo and Allison were like “YESSS!” Fredo kept saying, “WHAT ARE YOU? “THE ONE LESS LONELY GIRL” “WHAT. ARE. YOU.” “THE ONE LESS LONELY GIIIIIIIIIRL” Then I started screaming and Allison told me to look up and guess who was there? JUSTIN. HIS PANTS WHERE LOW AND UNF I SAW HIS BUTT. Fredo was like, “DID YOU SEE HIS ARMS?” and I screamed,”YES. THEY ARE PERFECT”. He fangirled with me. He was like, “THEY’RE SO BIG AND MUSCULAR!” Then Nick came over and we said hi again and Allison told me it was time for me to step up on the platform. I went up there and he said, “I’ll see you out there, k?”. I met Kenny once more and Dan threw down a guitar pick for me. Allison took my phone because she said it would mess with Justin’s mic and she put it in my hat. Allison was so cute because she was doing the dance moves to OLLG. Allison said, “I think this is you. Go up to the arrow”. My heart started beating SO FAST and my mouth went dry. All I could do was smile and the next second, a dancer lead my out onto the stage. People were screaming and the lights were bright, but all I saw was Justin. I got lead to the chair and all of a sudden, Justin was in front of me grabbing my hand as I sat down in his throne. Then he reached down and started putting the crown on my head. All I could do was smile and try not to faint or die. At first, he put the crown the wrong way, so he fixed it and sat down next to me. I immediately hugged him and said, “Ohmygosh HIIII” in such a high-pitched tone that it made the mic mess up for a second. SORRY JUSTIN. Then he got up to sing to he crowd, I didn’t know what else to do so I just started waving my arm, thinking that Justin was going to do it too like usual, but he didn’t, so I just started swaying and singing along to the song. THEN HE CAME BACK AND SAT BESIDE ME. I looked into his eyes and he was singing to me. Then he switched sides and I grabbed his waist and like, held on to his shirt. I rubbed his waist, he must of thought I was a creeper omg. Then he kept singing to me and soon the song was over. We hugged again and he accidentally knocked off the crown, so I had to rush to pick it up. He reached out his hand and I grabbed it so quick. HIS FINGERS ARE SO SOFT. AHH. Then we ran off backstage. When we got there, we were so close to each other. He looked down at me and smiled as he said, “Thank you so much” in just about the sweetest voice on this earth. I smiled back so hard and I instantly gave him a tight hug and yelled into his chest, “I LOVE YOU SO MUCH”. I was going to tell him my name, but he ran off to go get changed. When he left, Allison gave me back my stuff and asked me how it was. “AMAZING”, I yelled, “I’M GOING TO DIE ALLISON”. She told me not to die because they try to avoid that. She started walking me back to my seat and so many people were staring at me and giving me high-fives. I saw my step-sister and suddenly, all of my emotions came flooding out. I ran up to her yelling,”DID YOU SEE THAT KENNEDI. DID YOU SEE IT? OMG OMG OMG. KENNEDI HE WAS FLAWLESS”. Then I ran back down to Allison and she was laughing at me. I was walking up the stairs to my seat and girls were congratulating me and telling me how they hate me. LOL. Once I saw my cousin, I ran up to her and fell into her arms and we started SOBBING. I was screaming, “AHHHHHH. YAS DID YOU SEE IT. OH MY GOOOSHH YASSS”. We couldn’t even stand, we started sobbing on the FLOOR. Like, we COULD NOT contain any emotions. We looked up and Fredo was taking pictures of us crying. Eventually we got off the floor and started to jam out to Justin again. Then, people randomly came up to me asking for pictures with me, and with he crown. I said sure, but then more started coming and I was like, “OH GOD”. They were blocking Justin and I missed 95% of him performing ALAYLM, so after that song, I told people I would take pics and stuff after the concert because I didn’t want to miss any more of the show. We took pictures for like 10 minutes and my cousin’s were like, “Oh Zar! You famous now? You famous now?” Eventually my mom’s boyfriend was like, “ZARIA. WE NEED TO GO”. I took a few more pics, but then we left to go to the tour busses. We got there and we stood on the fence and stuff. Fredo came out and started taking pics. Yas was like, “Fredo, she was the OLLG!” I’d like to thank all of you guys who tweeted me whit your congrats. It means a lot to me and I CANNOT thank Allison enough for actually finding me in the crowd. I lived out every girl beliebers dream and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to do that. My life was made in ONE day. October 6, 2012 will forever be a special day to me. I will NEVER forget what happened backstage. Of course I will remember being on stage and having Justin sing to me for the rest of my life, but backstage was so special to me because we were secluded from everyone else. It felt like there was only Justin and I standing right there, even though I knew Allison was watching. I will never forget the way he said “Thank you so much” to me. He’s so sweet and you could tell he meant it. I hope that every OLLG appreciates every moment they have with Justin.
