Tyler Perry might have just made his best movie ever with Nobody’s Fool . The film is a deep dive into the world of catfishing that stars Tika Sumpter as Danica who is in a year-long relationship with a man she’s never seen in person before. Things are going well until she gets a call from her mother played by Whoopi Goldberg that her sister, played by Tiffany Haddish is coming home from jail and has to live with her. After doing some investigation, Tiffany calls up Nev and Max from MTV’s  Catfish to find out if her sister is truly being catfished and the movie goes full steam ahead from there. On today’s episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine we get the honor of chatting with the legendary Whoopi Goldberg, along with Tyler Perry, Tiffany Haddish, Omari Hardwick , Tika Sumpter, and Amber Riley to go behind the scenes of Nobody’s Fool, which is in theaters everywhere this Friday, November 2nd 2018. After I watched the film, I found out a lot of people felt like I did, that this was the best Tyler Perry movie we’ve ever seen. Now love them or hate them Tyler’s movies have a reputation. So when I sat down with the writer, director, and producer of Nobody’s Fool I had to get his opinion on what this meant to him. Tyler told us, “If I’m not trying to continue to get better then I’m not doing my job man. I’m almost 50 and I’ve been in this thing 25 years so I got to keep improving, I’ve got to do something different. This is also the first movie with Paramount so it’s a whole different ballgame for me over there.” Tyler goes on to explain that he didn’t want to have Whoopi Goldberg and Tiffany Haddish in this movie and restrain their comedic minds to doing a PG 13 movie. There is also a special secret cameo in this film that will leave you in tears. Like real tears from laughter. I swear I might have seen a few people literally rolling on the floor in laughter in my theater. I also asked Tyler and Tiffany if either one of them got to smoke with Whoopi, she’s been a big champion of the medical benefits fo marijuana and even has her own line of products for cramps and other pain. Tyler might not have been aware of that because he insisted that Whoopi didn’t smoke, only partakes in a glass of red wine every now and then. Tiffany, on the other hand, disagreed saying that if she doesn’t smoke, she must have had the BEST prop in the world. Whoopi expanded by saying she was the only one who smokes and that she believes in the healing power of marijuana calling it, “the perfect medication.” Trust the entire exchange is super funny and worth watching on this episode of Extra Butter with Xilla Valentine and be sure to go see Nobody’s Fool in theaters November 2nd.

(Photo by Aurora Rose/Patrick McMullan via Getty Images) Victim’s Sister Accused Shannade Clermont Of Helping To Kill Her Brother Reality starlet Shannade Clermont admitted that she treated a deceased man’s debit account as her own personal piggy bank when he died after what the feds called a “prostitution date.” Clermont pled guilty to one count of wire fraud Thursday in Manhattan Federal Court. As her twin sister Shannon sat in the front row, the former “Bad Girl’s Club” cast member and Yeezy model said she stole her victim’s debit card in order to go on a nearly six-month-long shopping spree and racking up about $20,000 in fraudulent charges. “I knew my conduct was illegal and wrong,” Clermont, 24, clad in leather pants, a linen shirt and platinum blonde wig, told the judge after admitting that she “knowingly and willingly executed a scheme” to defraud. Clermont had initially faced four felony charges, but under a deal with the government, she only pled guilty to one charge and had the others dismissed. Although wire fraud carries a sentence of up to 20 years, the judge told Clermont that the government agreed to a sentence of 12-18 months in federal prison, restitution and up to $55,000 in fines. The model was not accused of being responsible for the victim’s death, something that incensed the more than a half dozen family members at the hearing. “My entire family I lost because of you!” the victim’s sister raged at Clermont as the twins passed by the family after the hearing. Cunningham The sister, who asked not to be identified, said that her entire immediate family died following her brother’s death. Her father died of a heart attack three months to the day after her brother’s passing, and her mother died of cancer three months after that. “I will never forgive her for that,” the sister said, her eyes welling with tears. “I stand here as the sole member of my family.” Others in court with ties to the victim questioned why Clermont didn’t do more to help their loved one as he expired. “There was a possibility that when he got sick, all she had to do was pick up the phone and call 911,” family friend Pat Argenti told BOSSIP. “She could have saved his life. The heartlessness of this human being to just walk out – she’s an animal.” Clermont will be sentenced in February 2019. The twin declined to comment outside of court, but her lawyer Jeffrey Lichtman said that she regretted her crimes and wanted to move forward. “This is a sad day for Shannade,” Lichtman told BOSSIP. “She is remorseful for her conduct. Everybody feels bad, but we know she’s not responsible for his death.”

Twitter Might Be Removing Their Like Button, Which Literally NOBODY Asked For

The platform has been under fire for a while, but even more so within the last 2 years due to the state of our country and y’all’s little president instilling confidence in people who might otherwise be more closeted with their hatred. But with so many people running around on the platform doing both hateful and harmful things, there are a lot of areas where Twitter could improve–but apparently, their CEO Jack Dorsey has some other plans on his agenda that he thinks are more important. At a  recent Twitter event , Dorsey told a room full of employees and journalists that Twitter would be removing the heart-shaped Like button from the platform sometime “soon”. Twitter Communications confirmed a Like button rework was being considered as part of an ongoing effort to clean up the platform — with the aim of incentivizing “healthier conversations”. The tweet reads as follows: “As we’ve been saying for a while, we are rethinking everything about the service to ensure we are incentivizing healthy conversation, that includes the like button. But in 2015, Twitter changed the Favorite button to a Like because, “You might like a lot of things, but not everything can be your favorite”. I act and think like a white person, instead of a Black person,” the obviously Black girl said.   Treasure’s mom Monique Richards was also on the show and blamed herself for Treasure’s mindset.   According to their story, Treasure grew up thinking she was biracial because her mother lied to her kids about their biological father (a white man). She also spoke with Essence.com who reports:   What pisses Nina off even more, is that her deceased father’s name and reputation was ruined. William Richards, who was a white man, died in 2006, and had his photo shown on national television. Monique apparently lied about the fact that Treasure never knew he wasn’t her biological father. According to Nina, her siblings always knew he wasn’t their biological father, but he was the one who raised them. “They disgraced my dad who I loved dearly. I haven’t spoken to my mom since the episode aired. My mom and I have had a relationship very rocky, because she’s done a lot of evil stuff,” Nina said. “Treasure always knew who her biological dad was, when it came to daddy (William), he was a very loving and kind man. All of that narrative of her not knowing she wasn’t white, is fake. He loved us and was such a loving person and seeing his picture his picture slapped all over television was a disgrace.” Nina doesn’t understand why her mother went along with the alleged scam. “It’s a disgrace to our family and our race. We are a Black family. Very Black. We’re Detroit Black,” she said. “For my mom to allow this, is a mind f-ck to all of us.”   She believes the Dr. Phil team is racist and plans to call CPS on her mother.   “Dr. Phil’s people did not care. They wanted to spin this narrative. This is why I believe everyone on that show’s staff is a racist. Dr. Phil corrected my sister for saying “retard” is a derogatory word, but never corrected her on saying ni–ers,” Nina continued. “As a proud makeup artist, who promotes Black beauty, it offended me to hear my sister talk about Black women the way she did. My mom raised me to be a proud Black woman, and the love of Black culture was always there … I’m calling CPS today. She needs to do some hard time in juvvie and sit down and be in a controlled area. Remember when Cardi B threw a shoe at Nicki Minaj and then left the party with a massive goose egg on her forehead? Well, now we have a better idea of exactly how the rapper got lumped up. And from the sound of things, the beef between the undisputed queen of hip-hop and the latest claimant to her throne is far from over. The latest drama began when Cardi’s sister — who is apparently actually named Carolina Hennessy — alleged that Nicki leaked Cardi’s number to her fans. “She leaked my sister’s number to her fan pages the same sh-t she did to Mariah Lynn,” Hennessy wrote on Instagram this week. “It’s easy for y’all to ask me why I’m bothered, why I care so much! But not one of you are waking up to death threats every day, made up stories that could effect my REAL life and my REAL relationships!” Hennessy added. “Imagine if this was your infant child, imagine if this was your sister or ya mother! Who with a real heart and real f**kin feelings is going to continue to let a group of people harass them!! If you wouldn’t defend yourself or ya family cool but not me!! Not NEVER!” On her Beats 1 radio show, Nicki denied leaking the phone number. Hilariously, she went on to reveal that her friend — former Love & Hip Hop star Rah Ali — was the one who took brutal revenge on Cardi following the infamous Hurling of the Louboutin. “Rah beat Cardi’s ass really bad,” she said. “The punches were so hard in your head. Rah beat you so bad that I was mad at Rah. She punched her eight, nine times. Now you got your sister calling me a crackhead.” Minaj went on to say that she would be “happy” to make the feud “stop” and “never talk about this again.” While a severe head-pummeling doesn’t seem like a proportionate response to a thrown shoe, Nicki certainly has some loyal friends. That said, her fans might be a little too loyal, and if they’re really issuing death threats to Cardi’s family, then it’s time for these two to bury the hatchet before someone gets hurt. ‘HTGAWM’ Recap: Annalise Pisses Off The Governor With Another Major Win

Source: Mitch Haaseth / Getty Tonight’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder finds Annalise in the thick of her Nate Sr appeal case. It’s not looking too good right now, especially when the court throws a wrench in their plans. They find out that Nate Jr is being called to the stand as a surprise witness, something they weren’t prepared for. The thing is, Nate wrote a letter, when he was a kid, saying that he felt safer with his father behind bars. Nate claims he doesn’t even remember writing the letter and no longer feels that way, but that obviously doesn’t go over well in court, so Annalise and her students have to work in overdrive to figure out how to come out on top.  Meanwhile, Bonnie is spiraling because Nate dug up a whole lot of trauma. She heads to Nate’s house to ask why he did what he did. In her mind, he meant to do her dirty, but we know that Nate is a genuinely good guy and he did a very naive thing. He explains that he did what he did because he thought it would help but Bonnie reminds him that he just triggered her all over again. She tried to kill herself over that situation and managed to get past it but now she’s going to have to try to build herself back up again. Nate wants to try to make it better but there’s nothing he can do at this point. Eventually, we find Annalise and Nate together kicking it and discussing the case. Nate said he lied on the stand and that he did actually remember writing the letter. Again, he was a kid when he wrote it, stressed out and angry with his father. When he saw the cops taking his father away he was upset and felt like the cops were the good guys and his dad wasn’t and he wanted to be like the cops. It’s clear that he feels terrible about that decision and he’s stressed about what his testimony did to the case but Annalise reminds him who tf she is! She took her appeals case to the supreme court and won. Do you think she’s going to lose in Philly? Nah! It’s going to be hard because the governor has a vendetta against her for doing this in the first place, and even sends a psychologist who worked with Nate Sr. years ago to testify and to poke holes in the insanity defense. Little did the psych know is that Michaela convinced Asher to dig up some dirt on him and basically, it’s clear that he works for the governor’s office so of course, he’s on the stand saying what’s necessary to stay in his boss’ good graces. His entire testimony gets thrown out because Annalise ain’t playing no games! Then Nate Sr. takes the stand and hold that thought… Bonnie ends up telling her boyfriend, Ronald, everything that happened in her childhood, and about her getting pregnant at 15 and now learning that her son might be alive. After hearing all of that he still wants to be with her and she is a wreck, but he consoles her and they come up with a plan. Hold that thought. The jury finally reaches a verdict and all of Annalise’s fierce fighting (and her students too) pays off. The jury’s verdict is not guilty by reason of insanity. Annalise’s poster case a victory. This. Is. A. Big. Deal.   His father will be transferred to a suitable psychiatric facility. Nate Sr. and Nate Jr. have a beautiful moment in the courtroom where they hug it out and exchange forgiveness. Annalise talks to the press about how dope she is, Laurel lets Frank know that she knows he has been stalking Gabe for something a lot deeper than just researching Annalise’s students but we’ll have to wait for the answer. Finally, the episode wraps with Bonnie and Ron going to see her sister and then we cut back to the wedding. Connor looking for Oliver but he finds Asher going down on his mom. Ew! Gigi Hadid is one of those people who you hate because they are entitled rich kids, yet life worked out for them thanks to being entitled rich kids, when you prefer your entitled rich kids to be fucking disasters… It’s like this Arab girl said to her dad at a young age that she doesn’t want to work, but that she wants to be famous on the instagram instead…and he gifted it to her like he did a Pony on her 10th birthday and a car on her 16th.
