NYPD Cop Charged With Attempted Forced Sex According to Mail Online A veteran police officer has been arrested for statutory forced sex after he allegedly plied a 16-year-old girl with alcohol and sexually assaulted her before his wife found them in bed together. Peter Ciollo, a 29-year-old New York Police Department officer, has been charged with attempted forced sex, giving alcohol to a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse. Ciollo, who is married and lives in Staten Island with his wife of four years, was off duty when he allegedly assaulted the 16-year-old girl on July 4. The victim is his sister-in-law’s sister or another immediate relative on his wife’s side of the family. He allegedly gave her alcohol before letting her drive his car in the parking lot of the Staten Island Mall and around the neighborhood, police sources told the New York Post. They then returned to his home and he showed her a freaky flick before kissing her and urging her to remove her shirt, the New York Daily News reported. He then allegedly took her to bed and began touching her, sources said. The girl said she doesn’t remember what happened next, but she told police that when she woke up, she was in the bed and Ciollo’s wife had walked in on them. Sources told the Post that the encounter may have started out as consensual but ‘eventually went too far’. The age of consent in New York is 17. Ciollo was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon and is expected to be arraigned on Thursday. He has been suspended from his position with the 120th Precinct of the NYPD, where he has worked for seven years. The suspension is without pay. It was not immediately known if Ciollo has retained an attorney. Ciollo could not be immediately reached for comment. He married his wife in Staten Island in July 2009. My name is Kelly and I am 14 years old. I’ve been supporting Justin since ‘09. On November 28, 2012 I met my life. I’ve waiting for that day since I first saw Justin singing ‘One Time.’ My sister @Power2Thebiebs and I had entered the contest on BieberFever to meet Justin for the day we would be going to the Believe tour. To tell you the truth, we really didn’t have hope. I knew that the winners received an e-mail if they won the contest the day before the concert. The whole day I was asking my sister if we had received an email, but she kept on telling me no and that I really shouldn’t get my hopes up. That night I decided that I was going to go to bed early because I would be taking a yearbook picture and didn’t want bags under my eyes. Right as I went into bed my sister screamed, “KELLY! KELLY!” At first I thought something bad happened to her, then it just came out of my mouth, “DID WE WIN?!” She started screaming, “YES YES YES.” I was in complete shock, I literally sat on the floor shaking and crying, not actually taking in the fact that I WAS MEETING JUSTIN THE NEXT DAY. I couldn’t handle my emotions. I didn’t fall asleep that night until 12 and woke up at 5 in the morning. I just sat in my bed thinking of what I would say to Justin. After a few hours in school my mom picked me up I quickly changed into my Bieber shirt and shinny purple leggings. We finally arrived at MSG and I didn’t know what to do with myself. While we were on line Scooter walked by and I couldn’t stop shaking. I started to cry but I told myself that I had to keep it together. My mom and little sister came along with us even though we didn’t have passes for them, we got lucky and they got in without any trouble. Kenny was standing outside of the bigger black curtain so I said, “Hey Kenny” a good three times until he actually heard me. He was so sweet and replied “Hey sweetie.” All of a sudden I turn my head to see Dan Kanter calming me down. I just looked at him and didn’t know what to say besides “I LOVE YOU.” He kept on laughing. I begged him to take a picture but he said, “You’re about to meet Justin and the guards wont let me, sorry sweetie.” The security held the curtain open for me and I walked in. All of a sudden I see a perfect human being standing right in front of me. I couldn’t get any words out. My name is Maddie and I met Justin on May 4th in Dubai . I’ve been a Belieber since around October 2010 and I have supported and loved him since then. His music is my best friend. In September 2012 the radio announced that he was coming on tour here and I absolutely couldn’t believe it! Since Dubai doesn’t have an arena, they said the concert would be held in the rugby stadium and there would be 3 areas: fan pit, premium, and regular. When the tickets came on sale I bought 2 fan pit tickets, one for me and one for my sister. When we bought the tickets we got an email that said that all fan pit ticket holders had a chance to meet Justin. We thought absolutely nothing of it because there was no other information and because as if we’d ever be so lucky! We were counting down the days to the concert and we were so excited and we were planning ways to find Justin when he came to Dubai so we could meet him. Exactly one month before the concert I received an email from the organizers saying “The draw to win a meet and greet pass for Fan Pit ticket holders is underway.” Later on that day one of the ladies who worked for the organizers called my mum and asked if my sister and I were really big fans. Of course she said “YES” and so the lady told her to make sure we were available to answer the phone the next morning at 7 a.m. because we had a good chance of winning. We woke up at 6:30 the next morning and turned the radio on and waited by the phone. I barely slept the night before, meeting Justin meant so much to me and I wanted to meet him in person more than anything in the world. At around 7:15 a.m. the phone rang. I answered the phone with a shaking hand and in a very shaky voice and answered questions like “Why do you love Justin?” and “What would you say to Justin if you met him?” When they told me that I won 2 meet & greet passes, I was crying hysterically, I had never been so happy!! It was like my world had exploded into confetti. The days dragged on, but May 4th finally arrived. My sister, Bella and myself went to the meeting point. On the way there we got separated but I met DAN KANTER! I think he’s a fabulous, talented guitar player and I respect him so much. It was a quick conversation but he said that he loved Dubai and that he was so excited for the show. It was time to meet Justin and it still hadn’t sunk in. We were put into a holding room (which was actually a changing room because it was at a rugby stadium) and a man named Ryan told us the rules. He also said that because we were VIPs, we would get singular photos with Justin and some merchandise. I was so happy and shocked, I didn’t know that was going to happen!! Justin ended up being really late although Ryan did say that he was with some Make-A-Wish kids. I was just sitting there being proud. Ryan announced that Justin’s back up dancers wanted to pay us a visit! I ended up meeting Sean and CJ and I saw Aubrey and Carlena. My excitement had peaked and finally Ryan put us into a line. People were in the room one second and literally out of it the next. I didn’t feel ready. I put Justin’s present (a stuffed camel and a long letter) on the table and went inside. Justin looked so perfect but his facial expressions indicated that something was wrong, I knew that something was up. I felt so bad I just wanted to hug him forever. Right before it was my turn to meet him he shouted out “Yo, Twist” and they had a small conversation and fist bumped. Someone signaled that it was my turn to meet him and I walked up to him. Everything I planned on saying flew out the window and all I could think was that’s my saviour, the one person who means everything to me was standing a few centimeters away. His hair was amazing and every feature on his face was so beautiful. I said “Hi, Justin! How are you?” and he just raised his eyebrows and signaled to look at the camera. As the photo shows, his hand was on my waist and mine was on his shoulder but I don’t even remember that happening. When the photo was taken someone said I had to leave. I turned to Justin, looked him right in his beautiful brown eyes and said “I love you, Justin.” I don’t think I had ever meant any words more than those. He smiled at me and winked!! I was completely gone. When I left the room someone handed me a Believe record, a collectable ticket and I started crying like never before. Justin had smiled at me, touched me and he knew I existed. It wasn’t a fairytale meet and greet because Justin seemed really upset and I was so worried about him but I got to tell my best friend, my idol, how much he meant to me. Those were the most precious, meaningful 5 seconds of my life. The concert was amazing! He didn’t sing One Less Lonely Girl or Fall (for reasons I will also never know) but that was okay. My favourites were: Catching Feelings, Die In Your Arms and Be Alright. All I could think of was why I loved Justin and how much him and his music have done for me. It was like he was singing into my soul and I can’t explain the feeling, the whole concert was BEAUTIFUL. Justin is insanely talented and his vocals are flawless. I had never felt so amazing as when Justin and my eyes were locked and he smiled at me. Justin knows I love him now, and that’s something I never thought he would know. Aye, my name is Eline, I’m 15 years old and this is my Bieber experience. In the beginning of last year’s summer I heard Justin would come to Holland and I was really excited. A few days later, we were all set with 2 computers and 3 laptops to buy tickets. The sales began at 9 AM and a few minutes later my mom started screaming because she had golden circle tickets. I couldn’t believe we would be so close to Justin and I almost started crying. Months passed by and I got even more excited each day. One day my mom picked me up from school and said she had to tell me something really important. I got kinda scared because I thought there was something wrong with one of my family members or something. Since my dad is a pop-photographer and works with bands all over the world, he has some connections with Universal here in Holland. My mom told me that one of my dad’s friends, who works at Universal, gave us better seats for the concert and I started screaming. She started laughing but said she wasn’t done yet. “You and Sophie (my sister) are gonna meet Justin.” Suddenly my world just stopped. I was speechless and started crying. “And Julia and Laura (my best friends) are too.” This was crazy. I just couldn’t believe it. I started crying like an idiot and couldn’t say a word. When I got home I started screaming and hugged my dad to thank him for making this all happen. He told me I had to thank Ferry (the guy who gave us the seats and m&g) so he made a little video of me thanking him and sent it to him. After that I grabbed my laptop and texted Laura that I had to tell her something on Tinychat. First we just started talking about some stuff but then I said I had to tell her something. I told her we were gonna meet Justin and she just ran away crying. After I told Laura the news I called Julia who couldn’t believe it either. Then the big day arrived. I woke up around 11 AM because my mom and little sister came into my room blasting and dancing to BAAB. I immediately jumped out of my bed and sang along. Later in the day we were waiting outside the building to get our wristbands. When we got them we could go inside. When it was about 19:40, we got told Justin was on his way so we were all excited. About 15 minutes later we heard some girls screaming and ran to the window. We saw Justin’s tour bus. We had to stand in one line so it would be easier to walk to the room where the pictures would be taken. My heart just stopped for a minute because we were backstage, practically behind the stage and we could see the whole audience. It was amazing. Julia got told to stand next to Justin, but one girl pushed here away and grabbed Justin by his waist and screamed “No I want to stand here!” When we were ready to take the picture Justin said “Hi” to us with his perfect cute voice and I saw he had a little mustache which made me die a little inside. He looked at me in the eyes and smiled. When the picture was taken I thanked Justin and he smiled at me again. Laura wished Justin good luck for his show that night and he winked and smiled at her. We walked to the beginning of the corridor and I saw the guy who gave us our wristbands and held my thumbs up at his face and jumped up and down because I was so excited. Another man was sent to the same jail today on related weapons charges. And a third man in Florida turned himself in after authorities labeled him an “accessory after murder.” Lost in the haze of fast-moving developments is a 27-year-old Connecticut man named Odin Lloyd. Massachusetts prosecutors say Lloyd, a semi-pro football player, was a friend of former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez – that is until Hernandez allegedly murdered him in cold blood on June 17. Lloyd is to be mourned at funeral services today. In an exclusive interview with ABC News, Lloyd’s sister broke her silence to remember the brother she knew. “I’m still trying to process what’s going on,” Olivia Thibou said. “I feel like I relive every day in my dreams. I go to sleep and I relive everything that’s broadcast on TV. I relive the night that we found out. I relive just everything. Even when I’m sleeping at night, I feel like it’s just a bad dream I’m not waking up from.” We can’t even begin to imagine what that kind of pain feels like… Thibou teared up recalling the words uttered by prosecutors. But she acknowledged that Lloyd and Hernandez were friends. “I do know that they were friends,” she said, though she didn’t want to say more. Because of that friendship, Thibou said she’s having a hard time understanding how her brother could have met the end he did. “It’s confusing,” she said. “I don’t think there’s anything that any man can do to have their life taken away. So I can’t even begin to process everything. It still feels like yesterday, that we just found out.” Lloyd’s sister said the football was her brother’s life even though he wasn’t fortunate enough to make a living at it the way Hernandez did (the Patriots released Hernandez right after he was arrested Wednesday). “He wanted to go to college and play football but, unfortunately, because of financial aid issues, he never ended up starting it,” she said, “and he ended up just joining the work force to raise money and see if he could go back to school.” R.I.P. Three months after a condo fire tragically killed her dog, Ashley Greene is putting her life back together. With the help of two adorable new puppies. The Twilight Saga beauty showed off her positively adorable young canines in an Instagram photo this week, writing along with it: “Today felt like a great day to rescue a puppy… Or two! Demi Lovato’s estranged father, Patrick Lovato, has died. No details about the death are available, but her sister, Dallas Lovato, broke the news over Twitter, writing simply, “Rest in peace daddy I love you.” Demi Lovato wasn’t close to her dad, to put it mildly. She stated a few years ago that she had no interest in developing a relationship with her dad, who she wrote “For the Love of a Daughter” about. This was reportedly prompted by interviews given by her estranged dad to benefit from his daughter’s fame, rather than being the father she needed. Given that Lovato suffered from eating disorders and self-mutilation of her wrists to cope with insecurity and depression, one can see her frustration. Just the same, we can’t imagine how hard this is on her and we hope the family is banding together during what can only be a terrible difficult time. We don’t know the status of their relationship in the recent past and can only wish this bright young star the best as she grieves with family and friends.
