Rachel Uchitel is single again! Tiger Woods’ #1 mistress is getting divorced after her husband, Matt Hahn, filed the paperwork earlier today. Matt’s reason? “Cruel and inhumane treatment.” Seriously. He put that. The troubled couple frequently engaged in explosive, verbal arguments; Matt alleges that Rachel Uchitel slapped him after he repeatedly called her names. There’s more. Rachel called 911 on Matt on May 16 after a particularly nasty verbal argument, asking officials for help getting him out of the house. She did not follow up with police or press charges after the situation was resolved; they didn’t officially separate until today, over three weeks later. Uchitel has not responded to the divorce filing . Rachel and Matt Hahn, a former Penn State football player, were married a year-and-a-half ago. They got together after her flings with Tiger and David Boreanaz . Uchitel welcomed their first child, a daughter, last year.
Last night’s offering of Keeping Up With the Kardashians continued the now-familiar storyline of Bruce and Brody Jenner trying to repair their relationship. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner and the girls battled allegations from Ellen Pearson, Robert Kardashian Sr.’s ex-wife, with emotions running high as always. Perhaps most significantly, Rob Kardashian gaining 50 pounds carried the most weight Sunday … pun intended. Come along for THG’s official +/- recap! Rob Kardashian’s weight loss became a major story last month. Now, we get to see the precursor – the gain, and the concern of his family members. He’d put on 50 pounds, and felt he was “embarrassing to the family” after weighing in at 241 pounds with a 45-inch waist. Wow dude. Minus 241 . Not only that, be missed the private training sessions Kim Kardashian had set up for him, even as his body fat reached upwards of 50 percent. 50! “I really needed a pregnant friend,” Kim joked, in the line of the night. When Rob insisted he wasn’t pregnant, Kim said, “I know, but you eat like one.” Plus 70 , because even though it was clearly scripted, ouch! The tough love continued, too. Khloe’s plan was to get him to binge hard, getting him so sick on junk food that he’d never want to eat it again. Unfortunately, the plan backfired, however Rob did say later that he wanted to get fit and planned to work out with Khloe’s husband Lamar. Plus 40 . He’s proving a man of his word, too, looking noticeably slimmer and saying his goal is to get down to 200 pounds by July 4. Good work, Rob. Plus 20 . Meanwhile, Kris & Ko. continued their feud with her ex’s other ex, which seems designed primarily to stretch Keeping Up into its hour-long time slot. Seriously. Don’t you miss the half-hour days? Minus 50 . As for Brody and Bruce, we’ve been hearing whispers for awhile, but it was surprising to learn just how absent Bruce was from Brody Jenner’s life. No wonder Brody said Bruce is not the best father . Minus 50 . While it’s terrific to see that they both care enough to work on things now, you can’t help but feel that Bruce’s image has been dented a bit by this. This is an incredible video and story. Nearly two decades ago, Pascale Honore was paralyzed in a car accident and lost her ability to work. But not to surf. In videos that have gone viral, the 50-year old is duct-taped to the back of 23-year old Tyron Swan, a surfer friend of her son. Why has this development caused such a stir? Taco Bell is facing a social media uprising today after a photo of one of its employees licking a slew of taco shells hit the Internet. Granted, we know nothing about the picture – might the shell have been headed for the trash? – except that it found its way to the chain’s official Facebook page. But the image has created such a stir that a spokesman was forced to respond via email to The Huffington Post. “When we learned of the situation we immediately contacted this restaurant’s leadership and although we believe it is a prank and the food was not served to customers, we are conducting a full scale investigation and will be taking swift action against those involved,” wrote a representative for the restaurant. In the meantime, at least Taco Bell can take comfort that it’s unlikely to lose at least one customer no matter what.

Maurice Jones-Drew Not Charged With Battery According to TMZ The St. Augustine PD is doing some hardcore backpedaling … admitting they ACCIDENTALLY told the media Maurice Jones-Drew was charged with battery, when in fact, he hasn’t been charged with anything … yet. Earlier today, the S.A.P.D. issued a statement to the media … which stated very clearly, “The [S.A.P.D.] has filed charges of misdemeanor battery against Jacksonville Jaguars player Maurice Jones-Drew that stemmed from an altercation at the Conch House ‘Reggae Sundays.’” Now, a rep for the S.A.P.D. tells TMZ … they screwed up and “misrepresented” the situation. According to cops … no charges have been filed against Jones-Drew, however, he IS being investigated for allegedly punching a security guard in the face … and is a “person of interest.” Cops say Jones-Drew and his attorney are being cooperative with the investigation. Where were the parents? 6-Year-Old Shot By Brother According to NBC Miami Homicide detectives in Broward County, Florida are talking with a 13-year-old boy who they believe shot his 6-year-old sister. According to NBC Miami, the shooting occurred just before 7 p.m. in Oakland Park on Saturday night. “They were playing hide and go seek. I don’t know how it went down but he shot his sister,” neighbor Peter Milano explained. “They just carried her out in her hands and you can tell above her chest area she had a hole where she was shot,” neighbor Justin Latoutrrette told WSVN. Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Dani Moschella said that the two children were at home alone when the incident happened. “We just don’t know at this point if this was an accident or if it was intentional,” Moschella said. “It is very difficult when dealing with children, specifically children who’ve been through a very traumatic situation,” she pointed out. “This family will never be the same after tonight, no matter how it ends up.” Another neighbor told The Miami Herald that the “little boy just sat there rocking back and forth… It’s just so devastating. They had just moved in two weeks ago.” Under Florida law, the parents could be charged with a third-degree felony if police determine that the gun was “within the reach or easy access of a minor” and was used to cause injury or death. The 6-year-old girl was taken to Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale. Moschella reported that she was in critical but stable condition as of Sunday night. Lauryn, Uncle Sam plays no games. Lauryn Hill Sentenced To 3 Months In Jail According to TMZ Lauryn Hill has been sentenced to spend 3 months in FEDERAL PRISON for tax evasion … even though she claims she paid off her nearly $1 million bill to Uncle Sam before sentencing. A judge in Newark, New Jersey dished out the sentence moments ago … and told Hill that after she completes her stint behind bars, she’ll spend 3 more months on house arrest … followed by 9 months of supervised release. Before the hearing, Hill’s attorney told the media the singer scraped together more than $970,000 to repay her debt to the government. The 37-year-old former Fugee pled guilty last year to three counts of tax evasion for failing to file returns on $1.8 million she earned from 2005 to 2007. Lauryn’s attorney asked for mercy because of her charity work and 6 kids … but the judge wasn’t buying it. During the hearing, the judge ordered Hill to report to prison by July 8. It’s unclear where Hill will serve her time. Hill was present during the hearing, and delivered a statement to the judge in which she compared her situation to slavery. “I was put into a system I didn’t know the nature of. … I’m a child of former slaves. I got into an economic paradigm and had that imposed on me,” Hill said. She continued, “I sold 50 million units … now I’m up here paying a tax debt. If that’s not likened to slavery, I don’t know what is.” Like we said before, that smooth chocolate skin and soulful voice makes her a target in jail. Trick Daddy and Lil Wayne are not big fans of each other, but Weezy’s friend mentor Birdman has reportedly stepped in to quash this beef for good. Lil Wayne went ballistic at a strip club last month after a dude in Trick’s posse allegedly flicked a cigarette into the rapper’s dreads at a Miami strip club. Trick Daddy is bitter, claiming Tunechi got him blackballed from all the good strip clubs in Miami (really), leaving him to frequent butterface joints (really). Moreover, Trick insists he didn’t even do anything to Weezy. “If I wanted to start $h!t with [Wayne] he would have been in the hospital for a different reason,” Daddy boasted, harshly referencing Weezy’s seizures . Fortunately, Birdman stepped in to defuse the situation between the feuding rappers. He’s reportedly set up a dinner with the three of them to talk it out. What we wouldn’t give to be a fly on that wall. In other news, Mountain Dew dropped Lil Wayne as a spokesman because of the Emmett Till controversy and the rapper’s perceived lack of apology. Guy’s got beefs going left and right lately.
