Swirl stay losing! January Gessert Arrested For Forged Checks Via TMZ reports: Ever wonder what happened to t he woman who allegedly broke up Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush by spreading her legs ? No? Well in case you’re wondering … she was arrested for trying to pass phony checks. January Gessert’s claim to fame was allegedly banging Reggie back in 2010, while he was still dating Kim K. The former blonde denied the home-wrecking allegations and even hired Gloria Allred to clear her name. Things have only gone downhill … TMZ has learned a bank manager in Redondo Beach called cops on January in March, after she tried to get some loot with forged checks. She was arrested for a felony and is currently free on bail. Sources close to January tell TMZ … she claims it was all a misunderstanding and she’s hired a lawyer to handle the situation. She looks like a friggin’ cartoon character. Reggie should have been embarrassed for tapping that.

Under fire from producers for cancelling Buckwild , MTV says it continuing the show without deceased cast member Shain Gandee did not feel right. JP Williams ripped MTV for the move , alleging hypocrisy for axing it due to Gandee’s accidental death while glorifying train wrecks like Jenelle Evans. But the network says it isn’t that simple. A rep for MTV says that “Given Shain Gandee ‘s tragic passing and essential presence on the show, we felt it was not appropriate to continue without him.” The decision was not a knee-jerk response, and the network says “we are working on a meaningful way to pay tribute to his memory on our air and privately.” MTV says that coming up this weekend, it is planning “special day of programming dedicated to Shain in which we will air the entire first season of Buckwild.” What do you think? Despite being sentenced to 90-days of in patient rehab in lieu of jail time, Lindsay Lohan is adamant that she does not actually need to go to rehab. Thus, she continues to drink . Often. And hardcore. Just hours after the court hearing on Monday in which the Lindsay Lohan plea deal was struck to keep her out of jail, she was sitting at her hotel bar. Knocking back vodka sodas like there’s no tomorrow, Lindsay “did not seem fazed by the irony of the situation,” according to reports. Big surprise. Then, according to TMZ, she hit up a club with new lover Avi Snow . Moving on to last night, she rolled to a San Diego club called FLUXX after midnight. Hey, lock down rehab doesn’t have to start until May 2. PARTY TIME! Wearing a Yankees cap and a hooded sweatshirt, the 26-year-old hottest mess sat at a VIP table ordering vodka on the rocks all night. Good times. She has apparently learned one critical lesson though. Lindsay specifically requests that vodka be served from a glass carafe, so the table won’t have any alcohol bottles on it. Cell phone pics and all … Sources close to LL reiterate that she is adamant she does not have a substance abuse problem and does not think she needs professional help. That makes one of us. A pair of plans collided at 6:19 a.m. today on the tarmac of JFK airport in New York, forcing a multitude of passengers to disembark. Fortunately, though, none were injured. The incident took place when Air India Flight 102 landed and was making its way toward the gate. It bumped into a parked Jet Blue plane near Terminal 4, sources confirm to The New York Post , which was parked and waiting for a tow bar replacement. A Jet Blue spokesman said the Airbus A320 “sustained damage to its rudder and taxied back to the gate,” adding: “The [150] customers were deplaned and boarded a new aircraft bound for West Palm Beach.” The FAA is looking into the situation, though an official says neither plane was under air traffic control when it went down.

Poor Charlie Askew. The American Idol hopeful auditioned live for the first time tonight, choosing the track “Mama” by Genesis. Which is about a prostitute. But things got even weirder from there: Askew donned a ponytail. And a grungy shirt. And screeched throughout the performance, drawing outright laughter from the judges. Charlie Askew – “Mama” “What happened?” Nicki Minaj asked. “I don’t want to see your arms. I don’t want you working out. I don’t want to see that ponytail. I don’t want to see that earring. Lose the mustache immediately. I feel like someone stole my kid. I want my cute, cuddly Charlie back!” After hearing harsh critiques from the panel, Askew broke down alongside Ryan Seacrest. “All I can say is, I needed to vent a little bit,” Charlie said when asked about the audition. “A lot of people think I’m a very happy boy, and the only reason I smile so much is because I feel like I have to.” Wow. Sad, profound stuff. Seacrest handled the situation like a pro, telling Askew: “You’ve got some friends here. We appreciate your courage and your honesty, and there’s nothing easy about having those feelings inside and standing up here and having to do that tonight.” And now the vote is in your hands, America: Will Askew advance to the Top 10? Or will this be the end of the road for a seemingly troubled young man? We’ll find out tomorrow night.

Nose candy ! Elementary School Kids Caught Smoking Powdered Candy Via HuffPo reports: This isn’t what a “sugar high” was supposed to mean. Fourth- and fifth-grade students in South Carolina were caught smoking and inhaling crushed Smarties and Fun Dip candies, said Glenn Wile, Fountain Inn Elementary School principal. FOX Carolina reported that faculty members discovered at least 31 kids, boys and girls — sucking in the candies — “creating a puff of smoke.” The school responded to the ongoing problem by sending a letter to parents, making them aware of the situation’s “inappropriateness” and banning any candy that can be powdered. Drugs and candy have had a tumultuous relationship in elementary and high schools. In 2011, “Pothead Ring Pots” and “Pothead Lollipops” — candies shaped like marijuana — had public officials, parents and anti-drug activists up in arms when they began appearing on store shelves. On the more serious side, last year, a 29-year-old man allegedly sold drug-laced sweets to children. Police believe the man put tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) — a substance present in marijuana — in root beer-flavored treats. The days of candy cigarettes seem so much simpler compared to this! Keep that candy out ya nose kids.
