Watch yourself now fellas, your team will need you Indiana Pacers Have Altercation Outside Of Orlando Nightclub According to TMZ reports : Cops rushed in to break up a heated late night exchange between several members of the Indiana Pacers and a pack of angry clubgoers in Orlando early this morning … and the whole thing was caught on tape. TMZ obtained footage … showing 7’1″ Kyrylo Fesenko confronting a group of people outside of Club 23 around 2:45 AM. Sources at the scene tell us … the whole thing began when one of the clubgoers angrily accused Kyrylo of “bumping into him” … and then unleashed a flurry of verbal attacks at the NBA star. As Kyrylo tried to walk away from the situation … the mob grew in numbers and the taunts became louder. That’s when Kyrylo’s teammate Danny Granger charged towards the clubgoers … only to be restrained by some of his friends. Multiple bike cops peddled to the scene and diffused the situation … with Granger and Kyrylo calmly walking away without further incident. FYI — the Pacers were in town for a playoff game against the Orlando Magic … and after the incident, a cop jokingly says to the camera guy if he would have known that Pacers were involved in the dust up he would have arrested the guys. Clearly, a Magic fan. A rep for the Pacers tells TMZ … “Our players were provoked into a verbal confrontation and ended up walking away from the confrontation. To make something more out of this than what it was is ludicrous.” LOL @ the shady cop! Hit the flip to watch the video of the brouhaha

‘Chances are, it’s not funny,’ frontman Nate Ruess says of send-ups like ‘We’re Not Young.’ By James Montgomery Fun.’s Nate Ruess Photo: MTV News It was probably inevitable that Fun.’s chart-topping “We Are Young” would inspire a parody or two; after all, that’s generally what happens when a song seizes #1 on the Hot 100 and doesn’t let go for six consecutive weeks. But that doesn’t mean that the guys in Fun. have to be happy about it. “There are two [we know of], ‘We Are Drunk’ and ‘We’re Not Young,’ ” guitarist Jack Antonoff said. “I guess we prefer ‘We Are Drunk.’ ” “I get an e-mail about every other day being like, ‘You’ve gotta see this parody.’ [And] I’m not going to go Coolio on the situation and say I’m not into parodies, but I’m going to say, chances are, it’s not funny,” frontman Nate Ruess said. “Maybe I have a high standard for what’s funny, but I’m just going to go with ‘We Are Not Young,’ you probably are not funny. Like, that level of comedy that I just did was the exact same level of comedy that they’re doing.” Snap. Ruess is referring, of course, to Coolio’s displeasure over “Weird Al” Yankovic’s parody of his song “Gangster’s Paradise” — the excellent 1996 send-up “Amish Paradise” — which he claimed was recorded without his permission and “desecrated the song.” (Thankfully, the two sides subsequently squashed their beef.) And though they may not be thrilled to have their biggest hit become an Internet piss-take, Fun. are willing to grin and bear it — after all, it just goes with the territory these days. “I think the bottom line is … we’re happy the song is culturally relevant enough to be a parody. That’s a huge milestone for us,” Antonoff said. “We really haven’t actually seen [the parodies], to be honest, but no matter how good they are, it’s cool that someone actually did it. Well, Jen was right about at least one thing . This broad is the epitome of a bum beyotch! Nia Crooks Embarrasses Herself On Twitter It’s been an abominable season of “Basketball Wives” Miami — maybe because the former “leaders” of the pack Jennifer and Evelyn fell out or maybe it’s because the lack of a plot this season has allowed attention slores like Kenya Bell and non-wife “assistant” Nia Crooks more than their allotted 15 minutes. Either way, we knew it was time to say something after Nia made yet ANOTHER appearance on Monday’s episode to scream how Jennifer is “DEAD” to her, despite the pending litigation that’s made it all too clear just who is the non-muhfuggin’ factor in this situation. We know Zac Efron is having sex these days. The actor accidentally proved by dropping a condom at the premiere of The Lorax last month. But what would prompt him to go from intercourse to all-out commitment? Women’s Health asked the star what makes a woman “marriage material” in its latest issue. “A sense of ambition and a sense of freedom, which is a careful mix,” The Lucky One actor said. “You have to balance those two. I haven’t exactly found it yet. Among other Q&A topics for Efron: What are his feminine qualities? Sometimes I take a while to get ready to go out. It’s not excessive, but it takes me some time to find clean clothes that match. What is his favorite pickup line? So do you like High School Musical ? I’m kidding! If the situation’s right, buy someone a drink. Think on your toes, use what’s around you, and come up with something organic and fun. How does he know a date is going well? I think when it ends up going on longer than planned… and you don’t even realize it. You don’t want it to end. What’s the best compliment he ever received? The Situation: Out of Rehab!

The Situation has been discharged from the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah, where he was receiving treatment for substance abuse, according to reports. Now the real test for the Jersey Shore star … STAYING clean. Sitch, a.k.a. Mike Sorrentino, checked in to the famous clinic weeks ago. Clearly he tried to keep it on the DL, but after the story leaked, he admitted he had to “get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion.” The Situation’s drinking problem, while never addressed by the star, was also said to have become a problem multiple times over the course of five seasons. It’s unclear if he’s quit boozing for good, but if so, that’s going to be quite a twist for a reality show predicated around binge drinking and subsequent boning. Hence the rumors that Jersey Shore may be phasing out Situation (and pregnant Snooki) after the new season, which they are both set to film this summer. We know Snooki will cut a bitch if you mess with her kid … but a pregnant girl in the Shore house? With a sober Mike? Can that really make for quality TV? Tell us: Would you watch Jersey Shore without Snook and Mike?

Tyler Perry Speaks on Trayvon Martin Case, Says Racial Profiling Should Be Federal Offense

In the wake of the Trayvon Martin case an his own experiences, Tyler Perry has called for federal agents to take racial profiling seriously as a potential hate crime. The Good Deeds director took to Facebook to discuss Martin, who was shot and killed in Florida in February by neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman. Moreover, Perry alleges he was pulled over in L.A. late one night for an illegal turn, reprimanded for having tinted windows, and realized he was in big trouble. Tyler Perry writes on his official page: “My mother would always say to me, ‘if you get stopped by the police, especially if they are white policemen, you say ‘yes sir’ and ‘no sir’, and if they want to take you in, you go with them. Don’t resist, you hear me?” “Don’t make any quick moves, don’t run, just go.’ It wasn’t until after I heard her voice that I realized that both officers were white… I didn’t feel safe at all.” “At this point, I told him (the arresting officer) that I wanted to get out of the car. I wanted the passersby to see what was happening.” However, once a black officer pulled up at the scene and recognized Perry, the officials apologized and let him go. But the incident has stayed with him. Perry wonders what he might have endured if he lacked celebrity status. “I know that there are many great officers, patrolmen and security guys out there. I am aware of that. But although we have made significant strides with racial profiling in this country, the world needs to know we are still being profiled.” “Until this situation has improved greatly, I’m not sure how a murder in Florida can be protected by a ‘stand your ground law’. RACIAL PROFILING SHOULD BE A HATE CRIME INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI!!!” If there’s a federal investigation process, he says, “that way local government can’t make the decision on whether or not these people get punished.” George Zimmerman has not been charged with a crime, claiming he shot Martin in self-defense. A grand jury will be impaneled to hear the case April 10.

Nashville rapper Young Buck has fallen on hard times. He was kicked out of G-Unit in the middle of 2008 and soon went bankrupt. In  spite of having many issues with 50 Cent and G-Unit in the past, Young Buck isn’t holding anything against his former crew. Buck spoke to DJ Whoo Kid , G-Unit’s former DJ, saying he would consider returning to the G-Unit fold if he was given the opportunity. When Young Buck called into DJ Whoo Kid’s Shade 45 radio show, Buck confessed: “We’ve made history and I would never consider [there] not being a chance for us to make history again if ever given the opportunity or chance. My thing is, at the end of the day, we only get old out here in this situation, and life in itself. Jaleel White Denies Abuse of Bridget Hardy

Jaleel White is speaking out against claims by his former girlfriend Bridget Hardy , who told Star magazine that White verbally and physically abused her in 2010. “The allegations made against me back in 2010 have suspiciously resurfaced in time to coincide with my new show on Syfy and Dancing With the Stars ,” he said. “Bridget Hardy has consistently shown a knack for timing throughout our child custody disputes,” insists Jaleel White , the father of her two-year-old daughter. “When you’re doing well in life, it’s par for the course for [people] to try and knock you down. But when the individual is also the mother of your child, it is particularly hurtful.” “I have co-parented in peace and compliance with the law for over two years.” The Dancing With the Stars competitor went on to elaborate on the relationship he’s had with Hardy, who he says he hasn’t seen physically in almost six months. “In the summer of 2010, my 11 month old daughter was taken to Seattle, Washington for what was supposed to have been a planned vacation and as Ms. Hardy declared herself in her recent exclusive interview, she told me emphatically, ‘I’m done.'” “Our relationship came to an end. “Ms. Hardy has lived in the greater Los Angeles area for over eight years. My daughter was born in California and, thanks to our judicial process, my daughter remains a California resident. Up until now, we have had a workable joint custody arrangement.” “As much as I would love to go detail for detail refuting Ms. Hardy’s claims about the specifics of what was our relationship, the family court judge made it very clear to me any public discussion of our case and ordeal would be held against me in a court of law.” “Ms. Hardy’s attempts at greater sums of money beyond child support have continued now for two years. And I guess my most recent successes have been too much for her to stomach. I’m assuming I have not received her votes these past Monday nights.”
