Hey guys, I’m a Swedish girl whose dreams came true at May…

Hey guys, I’m a Swedish girl whose dreams came true at May 30th 2012. First of all, I’m not gonna start with saying, “I never thought I’d write this” because I did. I believed, I believed in my dreams, just like Justin taught us.  As you might know, Justin has never been to my country. When I heard he was coming to Norway , I decided to go, and nothing could stop me this time. It was a tough thing to do, cause first of all it’s quite hard to convince a mother to let her 14 year old daughter go alone to another country . I think I made around 10 different plans, and there was around 10 people who should’ve gone with me. But they all gave up when things got hard. But I didn’t, so in the end I was the only one still believing. I fought for it, worked hard to get the money and I swear I did everything, and it payed off. So I went, I was the happiest – but most shocked girl in the world. I just couldn’t realize it was real life. On May 29th, I started my long journey to Oslo. 1000 kilometers, 12 hours by train , but still I couldn’t catch more than an hour sleep. I kept that smile cause I was aware of that my dreams might come true this day. At 7:00 am, I arrived in Oslo and I went straight to his hotel. It was an amazing atmosphere, us beliebers had so much fun, and whenever we saw a shadow in a window, we screamed our lungs off. Justin didn’t show up, but we got to see Kenny waving and smiling from the balcony, and I couldn’t believe that. Kenny is like my God. We kept on screaming, “JUSTIN BIEBER SHOW YOUR FACE!” and a lot of other stuff, and we sang his songs so loud.  Heaps of police and securities started showing up but we were all doing fine and had the time of our lives, I can’t believe why everyone got so worried. At this time, we started singing Happy Birthday for Jazzy, and that’s when Justin walked out on the balcony, waved, went in to get his iPad to film us.  My heart stopped and the tears started flooding. We did it. Even though I had promised myself to see him, I got so shocked and couldn’t believe this was really happening. I mean, I’m in JUSTIN DREW BIEBER’S iPAD. For not making this story too long, I also saw White Kenny, Scooter, Ryan Good and Alison Kaye, in different places in Oslo. I love them all so much and they made my dreams come true. In the evening, I was so excited and ready for Justin’s free concert. I was just going to go there and then the police showed up, saying, “You cannot go in there if you don’t have a wristband” and it felt like someone dropped a huge stone on me. What the? What wristbands? Then they said that you had to win them and they gave them out earlier. I was at lunch at that time they gave them out, which kind of made me hate myself. I said, “But I didn’t know..” and the police answered, “Well that sucks for you” and I couldn’t believe that.  I tried to pick myself up and myself and some other beliebers went to the fence, we decided to sit there during the concert. We were going to see him, no matter what. I obviously started bawling when he started singing, with that huge smile on his face. Even though I had the worst seats, this was the best moment of my life. This was the best day in my life, thanks to Justin and the incredible crew. And thanks to that, I didn’t give up. So please, people, please don’t give up when things get hard. Believe in yourself and keep on working for your dreams, cause you deserve that. And in the end, it will be worth it.  -@iBieberJieber Continue reading here: Hey guys, I’m a Swedish girl whose dreams came true at May…

Dancing With the Stars Results Shocker: Who Made the Finals?

After Monday left Katherine Jenkins in a world of hurt – physically and mentally – many assumed this Dancing With the Stars results show would be her last. Not the case! She needed both a doctor’s attention and Mark Ballas’ reassurances following her misstep and injury, but Jenkins survived despite her last-place finish. That sounds worse than it was – the judges barely criticized her, and her last-place score was just three points out of the lead – but it was still a surprise. “It’s something I’ll just power through,” the Welsh opera singer said of her back injury. “And actually, jumping up and down now I think I hit it again.” “I was so excited I just forgot about it.” Those celebration injuries can be rough. Who will join her to vie for the title? And which frontrunner was sent home with a disappointing fourth-place finish? Find out after the jump … Joining Jenkins in the finals will be William Levy, whose sexy looks and smooth moves have him winning votes in his sleep, along with NFL star Donald Driver. That means Maria Menounos, despite a first-place score of 59 (!) and despite three-time winner Derek Hough as a partner, will be watching from the sidelines. “I learned so many things,” the Extra host said afterward, exiting with the class you’d expect. “I learned how strong I was. I learned to persevere.” “It’s been an amazing season,” Derek added. “And I’ve loved, loved dancing with this woman… She’s not just a champion of dancing, but a champion of life.” But it’s Donald, William and Katherine who will be free-styling for the Mirror Ball next week! Did Maria deserve to go? And who do you think will win it all? Vote in our dueling Dancing With the Stars surveys below: Did Maria deserve to go? Who will win?

Youse A Ho: BDR Says That Piff-Puffin’ Rih-Rih Should Be Allowed To Slurp And Burp All The “Rockstars Of Her Dreams” In Peace

Takes one to know one we suppose. Russell Simmons Defends Rihanna’s Right To Sleep Around Without Critcism There have been a lot of artists recently talking about “good girl gone bad,” Rihanna. As far as I’m concerned, I don’t see why everyone has their panties up in a bunch. It’s just that she is out there allegedly f****n’ the rockstars of her dreams and you out there f****n’ groupies. You can’t be mad that she was seen walking out of Ashton Kutcher’s house late one night, cause you know if you were seen walking out of Adriana Lima’s house late one night, you would be in the studio the next day rapping about it. I mean, you all got like 50 girls in your videos drooling over you and you dissing Rihanna? I can’t blame a girl for being independent, having fun and living her life the way she wants to. I am certainly not condoning indiscriminate sex, but don’t get mad cause the girl… Remember, I was a manager once and I have seen these types of young men on the road. I was with Run-DMC, the Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, Whoodini and saw all of the girls after the show line up outside the dressing rooms. I mean, Whoodini even wrote a song about, “I Am A Hoe” and went on to rap, “I rock three different girls after every show.” So, I know how this s**t works. You all got 10 times as many girls as Rihanna has men, and you know that. I love you guys, and this certainly ain’t a diss, but I gotta keep it real. Ho camaraderie is at an all time high. Isn’t that sweet? SMH Image via WENN/Terry Richardson MTV Continue reading

Travis Porter Feel The Pressure Of Releasing Debut Album

‘I think it’s good just to get the first debut album out the way and you can progress to your next album,” Quez tells ‘RapFix Live.’ By Rob Markman, with reporting by Sway Calloway Photo: Natasha Chandel/ MTV News Travis Porter has a busy summer ahead of them. With their debut album, From Day 1, set to drop on May 29, the Atlanta trio are also hitting the road on tour and getting ready to release a new film. Quez, Strap and Ali first started to make noise in 2008, and after waiting four years to drop their first LP, the group is pretty anxious to put their plans in motion. “I think it’s good just to get the first debut album out the way and you can progress to your next album,” Quez said when the group appeared on “RapFix Live” on Wednesday. “It’s a nervous feelin’,” Ali said of the days leading up to their release. One of the pressures of releasing a major-label album is having to meet certain sales figures, particularly during the first week of an album’s release. “It’s a lot of pressure working on your first album, leading up to the release,” Strap said. “But we had so much fun putting the work into this album, being so creative, I feel like we won’t have nothin’ to worry about.” All things considered, though, the group is just thrilled to be able to see their hard work begin to pay off in a major way. After the album drops, they’ll hit the road on the No Sleep Till Atlanta Tour — a nod to their admiration for the Beastie Boys , who in 1986 released the classic track “No Sleep Till Brooklyn.” Travis Porter is also looking to release an unnamed film on June 29. The movie finds Travis Porter on the road living the rapper life. That is until they run into a bit of trouble. “The bus breaks down in some crazy town called Red Rock. And it’s run by these drug lords and they try to kill us off before we get out of their town because they think we gonna tell what’s goin on in the town,” Ali explained of the story’s plot. “So we gotta fight our way out of the town.” Are you planning to buy Travis Porter’s debut, From Day 1 ? Beastie Boys Fans Travis Porter Pay Tribute With Tour

DMC and Biz Markie also weigh in on life and legacy of the late Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch during ‘RapFix Live.’ By Rob Markman, with reporting by Sway Calloway The Beastie Boys in the mid 1980s Photo: Getty Images None of the members of Travis Porter were even born when the Beastie Boys released hip-hop’s first #1 album in 1986, but the seminal rap trio influenced the new-age party animals all the same. In fact, Travis Porter have been planning to pay homage to the Beasties for some time now: They originally wanted to title their debut album No Sleep Till Atlanta in reference to the BB classic “No Sleep Till Brooklyn.” “A lot of people compare us to the Beastie Boys in some type of way,” Travis Porter’s Ali told “RapFix Live” on Wednesday when he and his group appeared on the show. “Just because the hip-hop and the music and the fun,” Quez added. When you consider TP’s electric club jams like “Make It Rain,” “You Don’t Know Bout it” and “Ayy Ladies,” then the Beasties comparison makes sense. In their early days, Mike D, Ad-Rock and MCA — who died following his struggle with cancer on Friday, were the ultimate party starters, and Travis Porter look to carry on that tradition. Ultimately, TP decided to name their upcoming May 29 debut From Day 1, but they still plan to honor the Beasties. “We named our tour No Sleep Till Atlanta though, still,” Ali said of their upcoming summer run, which will support the LP. DMC, a member of the iconic rap group Run-DMC , also appeared on “RapFix” and reacted to Yauch’s death and the Beastie Boys’ legacy. During the 1980s, Run-DMC and the Beastie Boys toured together and became fast friends. “The first thing that came to my mind was like, man, another one of us, it’s crazy. Adam Yauch is a member of one of the greatest groups ever in hip-hop, rock and roll history and music period,” he said. “He will be forever remembered as one of the greatest voices in hip-hop.” MTV News also spoke with Biz Markie on Friday about Yauch’s legacy. “He was in a class by himself. All three of them was in a class by themselves,” the iconic rapper/DJ said. “They were different, but he was a cool one and he was just different. He was from a different cloth, he had a different aura about him. He was just super cool.” Related Videos Adam Yauch: Remembering A Beastie Boy Travis Porter And Scarface Mix It Up On ‘RapFix Live’ Related Photos The Beastie Boys’ Adam ‘MCA’ Yauch: A Life In Photos Related Artists Beastie Boys Travis Porter

George Clooney is a free man again. After getting arrested this morning as part of a protest against the President of Sudan, the actor bailed himself out of a D.C. jail by forking over $100. George Clooney Arrested in D.C. Overall, the Oscar winner was one of 15 people taken into custody after he refused to leave a protected area in front of the Sudanese Embassy, as he and others – including his father, Nick, a journalist – were trying to bring attention to a potential genocide in the African region. Asked by reporters about his ultra brief stint behind bars, Clooney responded: “Listen, what we’ve been trying to achieve today is we’re trying to bring attention to an ongoing emergency… We hope people understand there really is a ticking clock on this and we need to get moving. There’s been amazing progress at times. There’ve been some great strides, but on the other hand, there’s an awful lot that’s still going on.” Seriously, how can you not love this guy?
