Food Fame Loses 70 Pounds, Poses Nude Looks like cutting out competitive eating can really do good for your waistline ! If you’ll recall Adam Richman from The Travel Channel show, Man vs. Food, he spent years eating over-sized pizzas, toddler-weight hamburgers, and wings so hot you had to sign a waiver before consuming. After quitting the show he has lost over 70 pounds. Via Mailonline : Former Man V. Food host Adam Richman is celebrating is 70lb weight loss with a naked spread in Cosmopolitan UK’s July issue. Mr. Richman managed to shave the 70lbs from his body in a mere 10 months. He told the magazine: ‘To go from hating the way I looked to being a Cosmo centerfold is a profound honor’ When his show, which gave viewers an inside look at the competitive eating industry, ended in 2012 following a four-year run, Mr Richman was left with a 40-inch waistline and what he described to People magazine in September as a ‘doughy face.’ Mr. Richman was motivated to change his lifestyle, which on shoots involved eating 190lb hamburgers and two-gallon sundaes, due to concerns over his health as well as a nonexistent sex life. He retired from the popular show in order to focus on eating better and exercising. He cut out white flour and dairy from his diet and stocked his kitchen cupboards with healthy snacks. ‘I love peanut butter and ice cream but I can’t keep them in my house,’ he explained. Throughout the day he eats small 150-calorie meals every two hours and some of his favorite go-to diet foods include almonds, Greek yogurt, salmon and meal replacement bars. The Justin Bieber deposition has provided us with some of the funniest video clips in recent memory, so we were disappointed to learn today that Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun skipped his own sit-down with attorneys scheduled for today. TMZ reports that Braun bailed on the deposition in order to avoid being humiliated by the same hard-nosed lawyer that questioned Justin. Specifically, Scooter is concerned that lawyers for the photographer who was allegedly assaulted by Bieber’s bodyguard last year will ask Braun if he’s ever seen Justin use steroids. Reportedly fearing that video of his deposition would be leaked to TMZ (as it almost certainly would) Braun was a no-show for today’s proceedings, and he instead sent his lawyer, who delivered documents requesting a guarantee that the footage be kept under wraps. Smart move from a smart guy. Braun and Bieber’s partnership dates back to 2006 when the then-unknown music producer and talent agent discovered the Canadian crooner on YouTube. Whether you love the Biebs or hate him, you’ve gotta give Braun props for recognizing a goldmine when he saw one. Even if it was an incredibly douchey goldmine with a penchant for egging its neighbors houses. The lawsuit against Bieber’s bodyguard is unlikely to be settled any time soon, but hopefully in the meantime it’ll give us more humorous antics and maybe even some insight into this Bieber on roids rumor. We’re sure he’ll get a nice severance package if things don’t work out J.Lo Says She’s Not Certain Whether Or Not She Will Marry Casper Smart Via People After a year away from American Idol, Jennifer Lopez is returning to the judges’ panel a changed woman. “That was such a transformative year for me in so many ways,” Lopez told reporters Monday ahead of Wednesday’s premiere of Idol’s 13th season. “I had just divorced, I went on tour with the kids, and I left Idol. All my security blankets were gone, and I was out there doing something I had never done before.” But as she travelled the globe on her first world tour, she relied on support from her mother and boyfriend Casper Smart, whom Lopez called “fantastic” with her twins Emme and Max, 5. “I was surrounded by love and family,” said Lopez, 44. “I really grew. My goal was not to come out the other side and just survive it but grow as a human being as well as an artist, and I felt I did. I learned a lot.” One thing Lopez has learned is to accept that she is someone who prefers to be in a relationship. “I’m one of those people who does not like to be alone,” she said. “I have no shame saying that at this point in my life. I think we have to own who we are.” As for the broom-jumping… “I don’t know. We’ll see. I don’t know,” she said when asked if she would like to get married for the fourth time. “You know, I’ve always believed in that institution. I believe in it, but it is difficult. I’ve had my challenges, but at the same time I believe in love, and I think that is the main thing.” Sounds like she’s not ready for her fourth divorce quite yet…we’ll give her some time.
