Kena Betancur/Getty Images Manhattan Truck Crash Kills 6 Six people are dead and multiple people are injured after a truck deliberately crashed into pedestrians in lower Manhattan in a possible terror attack. CBS News reports that a motorist plowed into a busy bicycle path near the World Trade Center memorial. The NYPD reports that the suspect was shot after exiting the vehicle and flashing “imitation” firearms. The suspect is now in custody. Currently there is one person in custody. No others outstanding. Keith Wilder Dead At Age 65 Keith Wilder, the lead singer of 70’s funk band Heatwave, passed away on Sunday . He was 65 years old. While no specific cause of death has been disclosed, Wilder’s cousin and bandmate Billy Jones told Dayton.com that he had been suffering from health problems and died peacefully in his sleep. He is survived by his mother Lucille, his wife, Linda, three brothers and four children. Wilder’s voice is likely most recognizable from Heatwave’s 1977 ballad “Always and Forever.” Rest in peace, Keith. Getty

After Netflix already announced that the upcoming sixth season of the show would be its last amid the Kevin Spacey sexual advances allegations , they’ve changed their minds and decided to suspend it indefinitely. The streaming service made the announcement in a series of tweets much to the dismay of fans. She gets GRAPHIC in her testimony, according to a detailed report appearing on PageSix . The unnamed child said the abuse began in their Long Island home when she was just 11 years old. “He would call me his puppet and [say] I had no say in what he did to me,” the girl said, wearing glasses and with hair pulled back in a ponytail on the stand. “It was a Saturday morning,” she said. “I had went to him to go say ‘good morning.’ I had hugged him as usual. I went to go lie next to him as I usually do. When I did that, he told me to go close the door. He told me to take off my pants. Then he told me to come under the covers with him and he started caressing me.” Maraj then had sex with the preteen and ejaculated in her mouth, she said. He then allegedly began frequently raping the little girl after school. “We would have sex in his bedroom, in my bedroom, in the basement,” she said. Tyrese Gibson Hospitalized With Chest Pains After Court Appearance Tyrese’s week just got even rougher . Sources tell TMZ that Tyrese went back to his hotel after leaving court, and suddenly began having intense chest pains. He said he also felt dehydrated, so he thought it would be best to go to the ER. He’s apparently being given fluids for dehydration and testing to determine the source of the chest pains. This comes on the heels of a pretty heated day in court . Tyrese wore an all-black ensemble to the proceedings, declaring to TMZ that today served as a “funeral for the abuse allegations against him.” We’re not sure that that’s exactly how things went, however. Norma Gibson, Tyrese’s ex-wife, also took the stand today and moved for a permanent restraining order after detailing incidents of abuse — she claims Tyrese punched her in the face in 2007 while she was pregnant with their now 10-year-old daughter Shayla — and feels as though Tyrese had her followed for some time after their split. Tyrese admitted to having her followed…but only because he suspected that she was dating a drug dealer — which Norma denied. Furthermore, Tyrese burst into tears and sobbed loudly in court when Norma mentioned her desire to take their daughter Shayla to Israel for three or four days to meet her grandmother there. SMH.
