Armed Florida Man Found Trolling Around Park Dressed As Dinosaur Cops in Tampa say they arrested a costumed 19-year-old who caused a scare at Riverfront Park according to WFLA . According to authorities, officers were called to the park to investigate a report of an armed man. Officers found the man wearing some type of “gamer” dinosaur-type costume and a tactical police-type vest. The suspect, 19-year-old Anthony Berden, of Tampa, had his face covered in a black ski mask, police said. Police said he was armed with what was later determined to be an Airsoft rifle. Berden had several magazines for that rifle, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and wearing a mask while committing an offense at the park. You can’t be serious!!!!

Spring Valley School Officer Cleared Of Charges Last year a South Carolina school officer’s actions sparked a national debate after a video of him brutalizing a student over a verbal dispute went viral. Many believe ex-cop Ben Fields took it too far by dragging the peaceful young lady across a class room. His actions caused the unidentified student several injuries, including neck injuries and broken bones. Ben Field’s was fired after the incident. According to the Daily News , termination is the height of his punishment. Field’s supervisor Sheriff Leon Lott said Field’s actions were so despicable, he wanted “to throw up”. This however, had no effect to bring charges. Richland County Solicitor Dan Johnson said in a 12-page court report Friday that he found no probable cause to charge the school resource officer because the incident “looked worse on camera”. Johnson’s report includes statements from a slew of witnesses — one of whom said “the incident looked worse in the video than it did in the classroom.” The report also included a formal account from Fields himself and he appears to have no regrets about his outrageous actions. “I realized that I was going to have to physically remove the student from her seat to effectuate her arrest,” he said, adding that the desk only flipped over because the student locked her legs inside it. Geragos addressed the media Friday — and made it clear — he says no guns or drugs were found by cops in the singer’s home. He also stated reports Brown’s 2-year-old daughter, Royalty, was home during the alleged incident are total BS. It’s interesting … Mark said his office is still investigating the validity of text messages Baylee Curran allegedly sent which show she was trying to set Chris up. You can’t be serious… DeShawn Franklin And Family Awarded Just $18 In Civil Rights Settlement The case of a innocent black man brutally beaten by police in a case of mistaken identity is making national headlines. Four years ago 18-year-old DeShawn Franklin of Indiana was awoken out of his sleep by police beating and tasering him. Why? Because they mistook him for another black man with dreadlocks. Now in 2016 his family is reeling after being just awarded $18 in a civil rights violation settlement for his unlawful arrest. The IndyStar reports: DeShawn Franklin, a slim, soft-spoken young man, hops on a city bus most days to travel 4 miles to the University of Notre Dame campus, where he works setting up equipment and moving furniture. […] It’s the night four years ago when three police officers entered his family’s home without a warrant. They rousted him from the bed where he slept. They punched him six times: three times in the face and three times to the body. They used a Taser on him. Then they loaded him into a squad car in view of the neighbors. All because of a case of mistaken identity. All because he wore dreadlocks. Even South Bend’s mayor and police department acknowledge that the officers that July night in 2012 used excessive force and violated the civil rights of Franklin and his parents by entering the house without permission. A federal jury in Fort Wayne agreed this month, determining that the officers were liable for unlawful entry and unlawful seizure. But then another maddening thing happened: The jury decided that those violations of the Fourth Amendment were worth only $1. Yes, $1. Each police officer who ignored the U.S. Constitution was ordered to pay a dollar to DeShawn and to each of his parents for each rights violation. The family was awarded an insulting total of $18 in damages. It is their only compensation for a night that left a then-18-year-old high school senior bruised, embarrassed and afraid. And his parents wondering about whether a poor black family can find equity in the American justice system. This…is…ridiculous. Hopefully this case picks up more traction and an attorney can get this young man the real compensation he deserves.

Sources tell us that Fiddy had promised his friend Brown a major role on his hit Starz show, but network execs put a stop to the plan. A source close to Brown told us, “50 promised Chris a big role on ‘Power,’ playing a drug dealer. But 50 didn’t consult the network first, and execs were not happy when they found out about it.” The source continued, “The network insisted that Chris’ casting was not going to happen, because of fears about his anger issues. There was a big blowup, and they had to tell Chris he was not going to get the role. The news was delivered to him early Monday. Marco Gutierrez , the founder of “Latinos For Trump,” made some eye-poppingly ridiculous comments on MSNBC earlier tonight. Guitterrez, after Trump’s visit to Mexico, said his “people” were “dominant” and that if America didn’t keep them out there’d be “taco trucks on every corner.” Trump and Mexico haven’t been on the best of terms since he insisted that the Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto would pay for the wall to keep the “illegals” out. Nieto said in response that he “wasn’t going to build that f****** wall” via Complex GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s much-talked about visit to Mexico on Wednesday and his speech on U.S. immigration that followed apparently left out one important consequence should immigration continue: an invasion of taco trucks. His trip was made possible after being invited by Mexican president Enrique Peña Nieto. Trump’s trip was highlighted by the trending Twitter hashtag #TrumpMexicoTripSayings. After saying he’d be open to a “softer” immigration policy, despite previously promising a policy as impenetrable as the proposed border wall, Trump said he’d create an immigration task force in a speech yesterday. Trump also reiterated plans for the wall he plans on building, but that Mexico will reportedly pay for. But just hours prior to Trump’s statement, Peña Nieto publicly said that wouldn’t be happening. Taco trucks on every corner sounds like heaven. Who doesn’t like tacos?
