Atlanta Woman Stabbed Roommate To Death After An Argument Over A Missed Ride A 22-year-old Atlanta woman is in police custody for allegedly stabbed her roommate for leaving her stranded downtown. According to AJC reports: It happened early Saturday morning at his apartment on Bouldercrest Road. The police report said Charles Rudison was stabbed to death by his roommate, Breyana Davis, 22, after Davis ditched Rudison in downtown Atlanta. Rudison was a Dacula Publix distribution center employee, his Facebook page said. He’d gone to high school at Gwinnett County’s Mill Creek High and filled the page with contemplations on life and how to be a better man. Davis called 911 at 3:45 a.m. Saturday to tell how it all ended. She said she and another friend went downtown with Rudison, according to the report. Rudison and the other friend were angry with Davis after she left, because they had to catch a ride through the Lyft service. Once they arrived to Ashford East Village apartments, a confrontation ensued. Davis claimed Rudison pushed her down. Then came the blade, an 8-inch-long butcher knife. “At that moment the suspect grabbed a pot of boiling water from the stove and threw it on the victim,” a responding officer wrote. “She then grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the chest.” Davis said she was going to call 911 “because he had tried to attack her.” That wasn’t true, the witness said. It took only about 20 seconds from the time the two walked in the apartment to the moment when the blade pierced Rudison’s chest, said the witness, who couldn’t immediately be reached for further comment Monday by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Via ABC13 A Baytown teen’s mother says her daughter is the victim of racial discrimination by her high school cheer coach. Fifteen-year-old Kemirah Jn-Marie is a flyer on the Ross S. Sterling High School varsity cheer squad. “The coach makes it hard to be on varsity,” she said, telling Eyewitness News the coach has been on her repeatedly about her hair. “She makes me feel bad about myself,” said Jn-Marie. This year, she says, she had special braids done in the hope of meeting cheer requirements. Her mother says things really got out of hand last week when the coach told Kemirah she wouldn’t be able to perform at Saturday’s football game if she showed up as she did at school – with her hair in braids. “I said, ‘If that’s the case, put it in writing. Just put it in writing,’” said Mayra Jn-Marie. She says the school district refused. What is in writing are these Sterling High cheer guidelines: Hair must be “pulled back in a secure pony tail” and hair “must not distract from the cheer environment.” The policy also states that an administrator will determine if a hair style is disruptive. Tyga’s Ferrari Repossessed While Shopping For A Brand New Bentley With Kylie When the hell will Tyga ever pay his bills ?? TMZ reports the rapper’s Ferrari was repossessed while he was out shopping for a new car he probably can’t afford with girlfriend Kylie Jenner. We’re told Tyga hopped in his fancy red sports car Tuesday with Kylie and drove to the Bentley dealership in Calabasas. Little did he know that while they were checking out new whips … his current one was about to get swiped. Sources on the lot tell us the repo man showed up armed with a spare key for the Ferrari, jumped in, started it up and headed down the nearest freeway. Malachi needs to quit with all this mess… NBCMiami : Malachi Love-Robinson, the alleged fake teen doctor, has been arrested again. He faces new charges of larceny between $20,000 and $100,000, and fraud. According to The Palm Beach Post , Love-Robinson was arrested Monday during a court hearing where his attorney asked to be released from serving as the 19-year-old’s lawyer. Love-Robinson was first arrested in February and charged with practicing medicine without a license, fraud, theft and faking a naturopathy license. Last month, attorneys for the so called “Dr. Love” filed documents saying they are “exploring the viability of a defense focused on limitations presented by the defendant’s mental health.” Earlier this year, Love-Robinson turned down a plea deal in which he would have served three years in prison. Mariah Carey’s Sister Allison Caught Up In Online Prostitution Ring Mariah Carey found out how much of a letdown family can be after her sister was arrested for prostitution in New York. Fifty-five-year-old Allison Carey, said to be estranged from Mariah, was caught up in a police sweep during an undercover investigation. PEOPLE reported that although the two had been estranged for years   Mariah has always taken care of her family’s finances. Allison’s bond has been set and she’s due in court next week. Via PEOPLE Mariah Carey’s sister has been arrested on a prostitution charge in Saugerties, New York, according to the Daily Freeman. Alison Carey, 55, was reportedly arrested by police in an undercover investigation at an unidentified Saugerties hotel. A police officer reportedly posed as a client, and Alison was arrested after “soliciting money in exchange for sexual favors,” according to the local newspaper. Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra told the paper that Alison told police she was related to the star and he described Alison as “transient.” Police claimed they set up the sting after seeing Alison allegedly advertise her services online. A source tells PEOPLE that Mariah and Alison had been estranged “for years. “Mariah takes care of her entire family and I’m sure this is very painful for her,” the source said. The report said in one ad posted Friday, Alison wrote, “Im a pretty lady looking for guys who are looking to have some fun and get into a world of pleasure that other woman just cant provide two you.” Alison even referenced her famous sister’s 1995 hit “Fantasy” in the ad. Sinagra told the local news outlet that “based on their stories,” there could be cause for concern for people who had sexual encounters with Carey. He advised that any people who has sex with her in the past refer to their doctors, “particularly if it was unprotected.” Carey was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail. Her bail is set at $1,000. She is due in court on Aug. 30. Just a friendly reminder that nothing will disappoint you like family.
