LAPD Cop Facing $10,000 Penalty For Leaking Audio To Clear Himself Of Racist Accusations You may remember this story we posted back in 2014… “D’jango” actress Daniele Watts was arrested for allegedly having sex with her white boyfriend in a parked car. Following her detention, Daniele claimed she was abused and the arresting officer was a racist who hated sweet swirly couples. In order to clear his name, the officer, Sgt. Jim Parker, leaked audio of the incident to TMZ which showed Daniele as the aggressor. Now, the Ethics Committee wants Sgt. Parker to admit to violating policy. They offered him a deal, admit to the foul and pay $2,500 or go to trial where they will try to take $10,000 out of his retirement. Sgt. Parker is standing his ground (no pun intended), so he’s headed to trial. This is gonna chap the azz of those who love screaming #BlueLivesMatter. Do you have any tears in your eyes for this cop? Antonio Armstrong And Wife Dawn Killed By Their Teenage Son Extremely tragic story coming out of Houston this evening. Former NFL player and Texas A&M football star Antonio Armstrong, and his wife of over 20 years Dawn, were each shot dead in their bedroom by their own 16-year-old son, while the entire family was home. Via NYDN : Former NFL player Antonio Armstrong and his wife were fatally shot by their teenage son in the family’s Houston home early Friday, police said. Armstrong’s wife, Dawn, was pronounced dead in their bedroom after their 16-year-old son dialed 911 around 1:30 a.m., police sources told KTRK-TV. Antonio Armstrong was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but multiple local media outlets reported that he had died later in the day. Investigators who searched the southwest Houston home found a gun still smoking with a note next to it reading, “I’ve been watching you,” the TV station reported. Police arrested the 16-year-old boy. Sources close to the investigation said he was likely to be charged as an adult. All three of the couple’s children — including a 20-year-old son and a teenage daughter — were in the Palmetto St. home at the time of the shooting. All were unharmed, Houston police homicide investigator Jimmy Dodson told the Houston Chronicle. SMH. What the hell would drive their son to do something so heinous to his own parents like this?? Sweetie Pie’s Owner Sues Her Son Over Trademark Infringement And Theft Looks like some drama is being served at your favorite soul food TV spot according to Biz Journals : Robbie Montgomery, reality TV star and founder of St. Louis restaurant Sweetie Pie’s, has accused her son of stealing money and misusing her trademarks to open competing restaurants, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court Tuesday. The suit, filed in the Eastern District of Missouri, said that Montgomery discovered last summer that James T. Norman “had been misappropriating Plaintiff’s accounts and funds maintained in connection with his management of” Sweetie Pie’s in The Grove, at 4270 Manchester Ave. The suit said Norman withdrew “substantial sums of money” from the accounts and used them to open and operate restaurants in North Hollywood, California; Berkeley and Florissant. It also said Norman has refused to return the money. The suit accuses Norman of violating Sweetie Pie’s trademarks. “Authorized” Sweetie Pie’s locations are located in The Grove and in Dellwood, according to the suit, but TJ’s Sweetie Pie’s Noho (North Hollywood, California), TJ’s Sweetie Pie’s Airport (Berkeley) and Sweetie Pie’s Kitchen (Florissant) are not authorized. Montgomery’s first restaurant, in Dellwood, opened in 1996, and recently reopened. A listed phone number for The Grove restaurant was disconnected Wednesday. The suit said Norman’s misuse of Sweetie Pie’s marks, registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 2006, impairs Montgomery’s ability to operate her restaurants in the St. Louis area and to open any restaurants in the Los Angeles area. The suit cited negative online reviews for Norman’s restaurants as having damaged the perception of Montgomery’s. SMH!!!!!!!

Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby expressed her anger, disappointed, and also the physical threats she’s received since putting charges on all those b!t¢#azz cops. We feel you sista. We feel you. It’s disgusting that some of these cops are more concerned about the color of their uniform than the color of citizens’ blood. According to an Ed Hartwell “source” who spoke to PEOPLE , things weren’t exactly peace and peachy between the former NFL baller and his former Cosby Show wifey. Apparently the couple had trouble deciding on who would run the show in their marriage… “The couple is just not able to agree or see eye-to-eye on anything,” the source says. “Hartwell is very old-fashioned in marital beliefs and how couples should make decisions together, and it seems Keshia is more interested in remaining a successful independent business woman than baking cookies and being a submissive wife.” The source adds, “This is probably just a case of a child star used to going through life baking her cake, having her cake and eating her cake too.” Moreover, Ed wasn’t too enthused about Keshia revealing her pregnancy to the world so soon considering the fragile state of their relationship. “It’s just that he had told her he wanted to wait before having a baby and things got really bad between them and then she pops up pregnant,” says the source. “He even told her he didn’t want to release the bump picture so soon, but she did it anyway,” adds the insider. The source also says that Hartwell, who has a son from a previous relationship, “just wants to make sure that just because they were married he still covers his bases and gets everything checked out.” “The pregnancy came during a very dark spot in their relationship,” explains the source. If things were as bad as this “source” makes them sound, then it’s hard to imagine why Keshia would make a big smiling announcement about her pregnancy. Instagram shade files… Tiny Harris Battles With Zonnique Pullins’ Stepmother Things recently reached a fever point on Instagram between T.I.’s wife Tiny and the stepmother of her daughter Zonnique Pullins. Just a few days ago T.I. posted a picture with his stepdaughter Zonnique that he captioned “mines.” The seemingly innocent post apparently pissed off Zonnique’s stepmom Cheryl who goes by @QT4Life007 and who’s married to Zonnique’s father Zebo. “Enough said @Troubleman31,” she captioned a photo of Tip with his biological daughter Deyjah alongside a photo of Zonnique with her biological dad. Tiny then stepped in and initially tried to settle things respectfully with a post explaining how Tip took care of Zonnique since she was 5-years-old. “Private school, first car, vacation, etc,” said Tiny. “So why u think it’s cool to be upset.” before Cheryl asked for “receipts” and hit a low blow noting that Tiny initially didn’t take care of Zonnique and added that she recently had to pay for her own meal at Tip’s restaurant Scales 925. “Y’all were at 925 and he wouldn’t pay for that,” alleged Cheryl. “Y’all had to split the tab on that but that’s your husband and that’s his s***.” MESSY, MESSY, MESSY. Man Lives Under False Identity For Two Decades A Florida man — we guess? — was so desperate to get away from his ex wife that he assumed a new identity . The biggest issue is, the man he decided to become died a tragic death 25 years ago…and he started an entire new family under his name. Via NYDN : A Florida mother and son have learned that the man they knew as a beloved husband and father had lied to them all along. Richard Hoagland, 63, was arrested in the Tampa Bay area Wednesday for stealing and assuming the identity of Terry Jude Symansky, a man who drowned in 1991 at 33 years old, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Under his new identity, Hoagland met and married Mary Hickman nearly 20 years ago. The pair, who share a son, lived together in Zephyrhills, Fla., where Hoagland worked, invested in real estate and even obtained a pilot’s license, according to the newspaper. But in April, the real Terry Symansky’s nephew learned through Ancestry.com that someone had assumed his uncle’s identity, and brought it to the attention of the police. When Hickman was notified, she discovered documents in her home proving her husband was not who she thought he was. Hoagland, who had two different wives and four children in Indiana, disappeared from his home and was eventually declared dead in 2003. When he was taken into custody, Hoagland told officers he assumed the identity to get away from his wife, the Tampa Bay Times reported. Crazy! But the ex-wife’s statement on the matter gives some clue as to why he went to such dramatic extremes to get as far away from her as possible… Hoagland’s ex-wife in Indiana however, informed police her husband said he “had to disappear because he had stolen millions and was wanted by the FBI,” the newspaper reported. Law officials are currently investigating the claim, but records obtained by the Times show that Hoagland has never been arrested. Sounds like she’s a big time liar and so is he. They might have been great together before he pulled shenanigans to escape her.
