And players the outspoken Sapp blasted over the years are lining up to troll him on Twitter. Former Giants and Saints tight end Jeremy Shockey was fingered by Sapp — citing a source — as the player who ratted on the New Orleans coaching staff for Bountygatge. Shockey denied the charge and the two feuded on Twitter over the accusation. Back in 2011, he questioned the contract the Chargers gave safety Eric Weddle. Larry Foote Says Marshawn Lynch Is A Bad Influence Marshawn Lynch has been both praised and put down for his signature interview-dodging tactics . But one fellow NFL baller has a different take on the effect Beast Mode’s refusal to play by the rules has on young Black people who look up to him. Via ESPN Arizona Cardinals linebacker Larry Foote strongly criticized Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch on Monday, saying Lynch is sending the wrong message to children. “He always mentions his foundation and what he likes to do for the city of Oakland,” Foote said in an interview with 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh. “I’m from the same type of urban environment that he’s from. “The biggest message he’s giving these kids, he might not want to admit it, is ‘The hell with authority. I don’t care, fine me. I’m gonna grab my crotch. I’m gonna do it my way.’” Foote’s point is kids will believe they can act the same as Lynch does. “In the real world, it doesn’t work that way,” Foote said. “It just doesn’t. How can you keep a job? I mean, you got these inner-city kids. They don’t listen to teachers. They don’t listen to police officers, principals. And these guys can’t even keep a job because they say ‘F’ authority.” Hmmm, do you think he’s right BOSSIP fam? Marcus Paulk Arrested For DUI In Arizona Looks like Warren Sapp isn’t the only one who cut a little too loose while celebrating the Super Bowl last weekend. Via MailOnline : He was on the hit series Moesha from 1996 to 2001. But on Sunday Marcus T. Paulk had a far less glamorous experience as he was arrested for a DUI and drug possession while in Arizona for the Super Bowl. On Monday TMZ reported the 28-year-old actor blew a .109 on a breathalyzer. Officer Calbert Gillett of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Us Weekly that he has since been released. Paulk was picked up by Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies for allegedly driving too close to emergency vehicles in Scottsdale. ‘He reportedly failed a field sobriety test and confessed to drinking and smoking pot,’ TMZ added. Paulk is thought to have been in the state to take in the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots game. On Friday he Instagrammed the Super Bowl XLIX logo, along with the caption: ‘What’s up #phx #az #scottsdale what that #Super Bowl life like.’ This guy just has rough night after rough night out there in those streets, doesn’t he? KKK Leaves Racist Message For Black History Month A Rock Hill South Carolina high school was recently defaced with a racist message on February 1, the first day of Black History Month. Rawstory reports: A South Carolina high school was vandalized with racist graffiti on the first day of Black History Month. Officials at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill confirmed to Raw Story on Monday that vandals had struck the school on Sunday, Feb. 1. Photos were posted to social media showing graffiti on a large rock that sits outside the front of the high school. The words “Happy N*gger Month” were scrawled on the rock in spray paint, and it was signed, “KKK.” “It was discovered yesterday morning, and since then, it’s been eradicated,” a school staffer told Raw Story. “People are still calling because it was posted. Whoever did it, took a picture.” It was not immediately clear if the incident had been reported to police or if authorities were aware of a suspect. SMH…this is a damn shame. Bobbi Kristina: Brain Function Worsens Bobby Brown remains at daughter Bobbi Kristina’s side this afternoon, but the news he and the rest of the family is receiving is pretty bleak. Doctors are not very confident in her vital signs, as her brain function is steadily diminishing while in her medically-induced coma . Via TMZ : Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has “significantly diminished” brain function and doctors have told her family it does not look good … this according to sources connected with the family. As we previously reported, the 21-year-old was found face down in her bathtub Saturday and not breathing. She was revived, taken to the hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma. She is currently on a ventilator but we’re told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low. Bobbi Kristina’s dad, Bobby Brown, is at her bedside. Doctors have told the family they should continue hoping and praying, but the signs are not good. Wow. Marshawn Lynch Gets Huge Contract Extension From Seahawks Will there be a press conference ?? Via NFL reports: The deal is believed to include more than $10 million for Lynch in the 2015 season alone. Lynch currently is slated to make $5 million in 2015, the final year of what originally was a four-year, $31 million deal. The Seahawks believe that Lynch, who has rushed for at least 1,200 yards in each of the past four seasons, has outplayed his contract, sources say. They want to reward him for his work. The new deal for Lynch has been a topic of discussion between Lynch’s agent Doug Hendrickson and the Seahawks for the last several weeks. He’s the heart-and-soul of their team, which they recognize, and they want him to retire a ‘Hawk. As for his compensation, Lynch could end up being the highest-paid running back not named Adrian Peterson using average-per-year as a measure. This is a stunning turnaround from where the Seahawks were with Lynch earlier in the season. For a variety of issues — including Lynch’s somewhat chilly relationship with coaches, his age and his hefty salary — the expectation was that Seattle wouldn’t bring Lynch back for another season. But the way Lynch has played and led this team to another Super Bowl forced the Seahawks to reverse course. All this after he held out of training camp last year and then saw the team move some money around to offer him a band aid-style contract solution. His 2014 salary went from $5 million to $6.5 million. In the last few weeks, the Seahawks made an offer for much more. That said, Lynch is an enigma. Sources close to him have said for months that if the Seahawks win the Super Bowl he could retire. Perhaps tonight there will be some answers. Father Of “The Hills” Star Arrested For Sexually Abusing Child Relative For Years Reality star Heidi Pratt’s father has been arrested on charges he sexually abused an underage relative for years. According to TMZ reports : Heidi Montag’s father has been arrested for allegedly committing years of sexual abuse and incest with a 13-year-old girl and according to authorities it went on for years … but sources connected to Heidi and Spencer tell TMZ … the alleged victim has significant credibility problems. Bill Montag was picked up by Aspen cops Thursday night. Authorities say the sexual abuse continued until the girl turned 17. The complaint says he abused the child at least 50 times. As for the time frame … the alleged abuse occurred between 1993 and 1998. It does not line up with Heidi or her sister Holly. According to the docs, Bill Montag “groomed her with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home,” and escalated by attempting to use a vibrator on her. At age 16 he began performing oral. It then gets extremely graphic. The documents describe the last incident in 1998, when he allegedly crawled into bed with her, tried to pull down her underwear and said, “I want to have sex with you.” Authorities say she rebuffed him by saying, “Get the hell out of my room, no!” And he responded, “I thought that’s what you wanted. I thought you loved me the way I love you.” Our sources who are very close to Heidi and Spencer tell us … they are very familiar with the accuser who “is determined to destroy the family.” They say she has stalked Heidi and Spencer at various public appearances to the point security had to remove her. Heidi and Spence believe Bill Montag will be exonerated. Of course Heidi is defending her dad but this seems like a pretty extreme thing for someone to lie about. Wow. Gun Range Owner Bans Muslims And Sees Steep Increase In Business We posted a story about this woman and her gun range last October and now she’s gettin’ gwap hand-over-fist! Via Breitbart In the five months since Hot Springs, Arkansas, gun range owner Jan Morgan banned Muslims from her facilities, she has seen business quadruple. She has also faced threats and the prospect of lawsuits, which so far, have not materialized. Morgan owns Gun Cave Indoor Firing Range. According to Fox News, Morgan decided to ban Muslims after “two customers she deemed suspicious” showed up in September. Since that time, she has excluded those “she believes to be Muslim based upon their names.” Morgan sees it as a safety issue. She said, “We are dealing in lethal firearms. I am not going to let a Nazi shoot in here, or a Ku Klux Klan member in here, either.” The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has written Attorney General Eric Holder asking him to intervene. In the letter, CAIR said, “Given the recent spike in anti-Muslim rhetoric, including Islamophobic statements by government officials, community leaders and media outlets, death threats, and other bias incidents targeting Muslims, I urge you to investigate this matter soon.” CAIR argued that banning Muslims from the shooting range “is a violation of federal laws prohibiting racial and religious discrimination.” The ACLU is also asked the DOJ to do something about Morgan’s policies, and they want to talk to any Muslim who gets turned away from Morgan’s shooting range. But Morgan is standing her ground. Sherri Shepherd’s Surrogate To Appear On “Inside Edition” Sherri Shepherd sounds super shady for this ! This Thursday, January 29th, the woman who served as Sherri Shepherd’s surrogate, Jessica Bartholomew will tell her story. And boy is it a doozy. Here’s the details: Inside Edition’s Diane McInerney exclusively talks with Jessica Bartholomew, the baby surrogate to former co-host of “The View,” Sherri Shepherd and Shepherd’s then-husband Lamar Sally. Bartholomew is speaking out for the first time about Shepherd’s decision not to be a part of Lamar Jr.’s life. Bartholomew carried and delivered Lamar Jr., but the baby was conceived from Sally’s sperm and another woman’s donated egg. Bartholomew tells Inside Edition that, even though she did sign a contract through her surrogate agency, her name was put on the birth certificate as a “noncustodial parent” because she says Shepherd refused to sign the document. McInerney: “Because your name is on the birth certificate, how has it affected you?” Bartholomew: “It’s affected me a lot. I am now listed as a noncustodial parent in California. I have a child support case coming against me now.” Because Lamar Jr. has health problems, Sally applied for Medi-Cal, a California state program that provides free or low-cost health coverage for families with limited income and resources. Now, Bartholomew says that the state of California is going after her for child support because she is the mother listed on the birth certificate. Bartholomew: “Because [Shepherd] doesn’t want to be a part of the baby’s life, I have to pick up all the slack with my name being on the birth certificate, a noncustodial parent, medical bills. I’m still considered the mother of a child that’s not mine.” That’s some BS. We’re pretty sure whatever Jessica was paid to carry Lamar Jr, it’s not enough to also continue paying the costs of caring for him! Furthermore, Bartholomew says Sherri simply stopped communicating with her when she made the decision to not be in her son’s life. Sherri’s ex is the one who told her that he and Shepherd were getting divorced. It wasn’t until later that she learned that Sherri was backing out of the surrogacy. Bartholomew: “I am angry with Sherri because she never once contacted me to tell me what was happening. It was kind of like I was left out in the cold.” Bartholomew says that early in the pregnancy Shepherd seemed excited. Bartholomew: “She would call up and check on me during the pregnancy in the beginning. At the 20 week appointment, she seemed very excited. She was going to see the baby for the first time…I didn’t see any warning signs right away.” Jessica does have some words for what she would say if she could speak to Shepherd. Bartholomew: “I would ask Sherri why she did what she did – if she thought it was okay to do something like that…I just don’t understand how she can act like this baby is nonexistent. It just blows my mind.” Inside Edition also speaks with Lamar Sally, who says “[Jessica] must be going through hell. I really feel sorry for her. I just want to apologize for putting her in the middle.” Wow Sherri is looking crazy right now. What a terrible way to treat a child who didn’t ask to be brought into the world.
