According to TMZ: Rihanna is known to talk her fair share of smack, but a former bodyguard claims she went over the line and is now suing the singer for defamation … TMZ has learned. Geoffrey Keating filed a lawsuit today in Ireland, where his attorney was also granted a motion to serve Rihanna with the suit in the U.S. Keating claims Rihanna made “nauseatingly offensive” and false statements about him in an email to him and his partner last July. He also claims the offensive statements were made in a phone call to his sister. Keating served as head of security for Rihanna while she was on tour between October 2012 and July 2013. He claims the remarks have gravely injured his reputation and his business. Keating’s attorney, Gerald Kean, tells TMZ, “We’re taking this battle very seriously. We are satisfied that the Irish Courts will see justice at the end of the day.” If these allegations hold up in court, Rih just might have to drop a couple stacks to get this resloved. Driver Who Killed Teen Bicyclist Sues his Family For $1 Million via Fox News The family of a teenage bicyclist who died after being hit from behind by an SUV is now being sued for more than $1 million by the woman who was behind the wheel. Sharlene Simon claims in court papers the accident caused her “great pain and suffering” and accuses her victim Brandon Majewski 17, and his two friends of negligence, calling them “incompetent bicyclists,” the Toronto Sun reported Friday. The lawsuit drew an angry response from Brandon’s family. “I feel like someone kicked me in the stomach — I’m over the edge,” his father, Derek Majewski, told the Sun. “Sometimes, it makes my blood boil.” The dad’s attorney Brian Cameron told the Sun that in all his years as a lawyer, he had never seen anyone ever sue a child that they killed. “It’s beyond the pale,” he said. He is representing the elder Majewski in a seperate lawsuit that seeks $900,000 in damages from Simon. The accident happened early in the morning of Oct. 28, 2012, on a dark, rural road in Innisfil, about 55 miles north of Toronto. Brandon’s two friends were both 16. One was seriously injured; the other escaped injury. They are also defendants in Simon’s lawsuit, as is the county where the accident occurred. Simon, a 42-year-old mother of three, said she was going about 55 mph in her KIA Sorrento when she hit the boys — about 5 mph more than the speed limit, the Ottawa Citizen said. No criminal charges were ever filed against her. “It’s a tragedy what happened to the boys, but it’s also a tragedy that’s happened to (Simon),” her lawyer Michael Ellis told the Toronto Star. “I understand their grief and I understand what they must be going through is awful, but my client is also living with this nightmare every day.” Shutterstock

According to NY Daily News: Cory Evans, 22, was charged with indecent exposure after police said he masturbated while driving and harassed a trucker on a Florida interstate, TCPalm.com reports. The Boca Raton man was arrested around 1 a.m. on April 14. Florida Highway Patrol officers got a call from a semi-truck driver who claimed a nekked motorist was following him and masturbating. The two were traveling down a stretch of I-95 in Port St. Lucie. According to the police report, the truck driver told police Evans, nekked in a Buick, “seemed to be enticing him and harassing him.” The trucker also noted that Evans was “masturbating with the interior dome light on so he could be easily seen.” When officers pulled Evans over, he was clothed, but his pants were unzipped. Troopers said he denied masturbating and driving nekked but also gave conflicting answers to their questions. Evans was taken to a local jail where he was booked on indecent exposure charges. SMH. According to 11 Alive: A mom and her girlfriend are charged with locking her son in a dog cage. Douglas County Police Chief Chris Womack says the boy was left in the cage in the couple’s yard for hours Saturday night. Womack says the two locked Hostetter’s 6-year-old son in a dog cage, poured syrup over him, covered him in cat litter and made him hold a brick in each hand over his head. Womacki says the couple admitted it and told officers it was a form of discipline. 11Alive’s Paul Crawley talked to a the next door neighbor who was watching TV around 7 p.m. Saturday when she heard the boy crying and screaming “please don’t kill me” and “I thought you loved me.” She went out to her back porch and saw the women pour syrup and cat litter on the boy, and then put him into the cage. She tried to call DFCS but didn’t get an answer. Since her daughter was a classmate of the boy, on Monday she told the school counselor who then contacted DFCS and police. Hostetter and McClain were arrested Tuesday and are currently in the Douglas County jail without bond. The boy is currently in foster care. Some women should never be allowed to reproduce. According to Raw Story: A former Campus Life Director for Youth for Christ from Huntington, Indiana pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges that he sexually exploited a minor. Nathan Hasty used a fake Facebook page to solicit nekked photographs from children, including ones who belonged to Youth for Christ. An FBI agent tasked to the case told WANE that Hasty established multiple Facebook accounts under false names in order to initiate conversations of a sexual nature with underage boys. Eventually, he would attempt to coerce the boys into sending him nekked photographs. In the fake accounts, Hasty pretended to be a lascivious sixteen-year-old girl and struck up conversations with boys, mostly between the ages of 12 and 14. He would eventually ask them to send nekked photographs, and even enticed some of them into webcam sessions in which he watched them masturbate while claiming he didn’t have a camera. According to the FBI affidavit, Facebook cooperated with the investigation, providing authorities with the IP address of the accounts. Because the same IP address was used for all accounts, authorities believed they all originated from the same computer. Hasty was suspended from Youth for Christ as soon as the organization learned of the FBI investigation. They need to throw him underneath the jail and make sure he never has contact with children again.
