The sickening license that began circulating via Snapchat detailed that the carrier is permitted to kill people during “open season” between January 1 to December 31st. Once officials got wind of the license and saw the picture, it was immediately sent to school officials, who also took immediate disciplinary actions to remove the student. He’s actually been dressing as Santa Claus since 1999 in an effort to help his family bring in the holiday and is the only black member of the Lone Star Santas, which celebrates diversity.
