There is a special place in hell for folks like this . Family Lived With Dead Body How do you live with the smell of a rotting body? Wouldn’t the odor knock you out? Eww. According to WFTV: The Holly Hill Police Department has arrested two people after a family was found living in a home where a decomposing body was found on Thursday. The Department of Children and Families contacted Holly Hill police to request a well-being check at a home on Center Avenue after it had been unable to contact its client since early September. Officers forced entry to the home and found the body of 33-year-old Tiffany Cain in advanced stages of decomposition lying in a bedroom. Authorities believe Cain had been dead for at least two weeks. Within minutes of the discovery, officers said they found Todd Christopher La Duke, 38, and Nicole Louise Scalise, 32, along with a 4-year-old child, in a room directly across the hall from where the body was. It was later determined that La Duke and Scalise had two other children — ages 6 and 11 — also living in the home, but both were in school at the time. In addition, investigators discovered large amounts of dog feces and urine in the home, along with evidence of drug abuse. Authorities said the family had been living in deplorable conditions for months. Disgusting! Police said La Duke and Scalise admitted to using the dead woman’s EBT and Social Security benefits, and investigators believe the pair continued to exploit the woman’s benefits after her death. “This is perhaps the worst case of child endangerment I’ve seen in my 30 years in law enforcement. Disgusting,” said Holly Hill Police Chief Mark Barker. “(Cain) had lived at the residence for several years. She was receiving social services from DCF and it was that agency that notified us and requested the well-being check,” said Barker. Authorities said Cain suffered from spina bifida and was confined to a wheelchair. Investigators said La Duke and Scalise admitted to using Cain’s benefits for some time. La Duke and Scalise are being held in the Volusia County Jail on charges of child neglect and failure to report a death to the medical examiner. La Duke was also charged with theft of utility services for illegally connecting electrical and water service to the residence. The children are in the care of DCF. “We are fortunate that these children have been removed, are in a safe place today and that these individuals have been brought to justice,” said Barker. Poor old people … Staff Abandons Elderly Residents At Nursing Home Via Gawker reports: According to KTVU , the California Department of Social Services shut down the Valley Manor Residential Care facility on Oct. 24 to “protect the health and safety of the clients in care.” The employees, knowing they wouldn’t be paid any wages from that point forward, walked off the job, leaving behind 14 residents, including several who were bedridden. One cook, one janitor, and one caregiver stayed behind without pay because they “felt bad for the patients.” An overwhelmed member of the skeleton crew called 911 on Saturday and sheriff’s deputies found the 14 patients “virtually alone” and in “filthy conditions.” According to a spokesperson for the Department of Social Services, “The indication was that staff was going to be there to operate the facility throughout the weekend, while the licensee found other places for the residents.” Because most of the staff walked away, this did not happen. The facility’s shutdown was probably not a surprise for those who had interacted with Valley Manor. A review on caring.com that claimed to be written by a patient was published in September: “Check the public record for reasons this place has been fined several times for several things. The owner is not permitted on the property. Please keep looking. We have no nurses and the food is not conducive to balanced nutrition or diabetic needs.” All patients were removed by ambulance to other care centers and none seemed to be suffering additional health problems due to the abandonment. Officials are now searching for the owners of the facilities and a criminal investigation is being conducted. I know celebrities from all levels, some personally, some who have told me to fuck off and some who aren’t actual celebrities but rather fame whores with a lot of followers on their social media…I’m talking actors, singers, pornstars, athletes and I’m not bragging, they are all horrible people… I also know managers, agents, and publicists and PR people…again, not bragging they are horrible people… Based on my experience, there is no way this Hayden Panettiere, little person to the stars, is just casually eating Burger King fries…holding the box like a spokesmodel at a tradeshow…like she’s getting paid, because she is getting paid, nothing like this is free…because if it was free, she wouldn’t be giving them free press, but rather she’d order in, cuz no one wants anyone to know they eat Burger King…even at 4 am when drunk… I guess that makes her a little more of a whore than you probably originally thought, I mean what else will she do for money, she’s clearly shameless, let’s hope things that involved a sex tape…because I’d like to see that circus clown performance…more that I like watching her eat fries..

Nobody tried to help the kid. Sad. Teenagers Punch Boy In The Face While Bus Driver Does Nothing Maybe the bus driver wasn’t trying to get hurt…..it’s not like he’s getting rich off driving buses. According to The NY Daily News Three Pennsylvania teenagers could face charges after cops caught wind of a video posted to Facebook showing a 17-year-old boy getting punched in the face during a bus ride home from school, authorities said. The bus driver, who never stopped after the attack or reported the incident to school officials, could also be charged, police said. The victim, Dylan Fonner, was sitting with a friend on the bus as three 16-year-olds, two boys and one girl — the only other passengers — started to tease the pair after they left the Delaware County Alternative High School on Oct. 9, WPIV-TV reported. One of the teens began recording the bullying with a cellphone before another student suddenly walked into the frame and punched Fonner in the face. The footage shows blood pouring from a wound on Fonner’s lip before the teen stood up from his seat and asked the driver to stop — but the driver refused. His mother, Jackee Fonner, said she learned about the attack after the shocking clip was posted to the social media site. “When I saw the video, I was upset and furious at the same time,” the fuming mother told NBC 10 News. The mother said that she and the parents of her son’s friend — who was also allegedly attacked during the spat — are demanding criminal charges against the teens involved and the 34-year-old driver. “I’m in complete shock,” Jackee Fonner said. “I mean, a grown adult! He was the only adult in the situation and he didn’t even pull over!” She said her son, who was treated at a local hospital for a busted lip and chipped teeth from the punch, has not been in school since the attack. Chester City Police Commissioner Joseph Bail Jr. told WPIV-TV that the driver should have reported the attack — but cops didn’t learn about the punch until they were alerted to the online video. “I have a problem with a grown adult not reporting it,” Bail said. “He has a responsibility to inform his supervisors and the police of a criminal act.” The executive director of the school — which teaches students with behavioral issues — would not comment any further when the news station questioned them about the incident. She kept friend and new mom Sarah Sophie Flicker’s breast covered up with a tasteful daisy to abide by Instagram’s no nudity rules, but not by choice. Dunham made it clear that she didn’t like having to do it. “My @sarahsophief feeding the brand new Dusty. I made the flower crown and she added the flower censor. Jessica Martin-Weber who runs The Leaky Boob, started a Facebook group called “Instagram, stop discriminating against breastfeeding mothers and babies.” Fans of Amy Woodruff (also known as Naked Yoga Breastfeeding Mom ) started a #savedaughterofthesun campaign after her account was disabled. Ashlee Wells Jackson created the viral ” 4th Trimester Bodies Project ” highlighting what real moms’ bodies look like after childbirth called for changes. Her Instagram account was deactivated, and she was blocked from posting photos on Facebook for 30 days, so she created a petition on Change.org. Dunham, as her fans know, is a fan of nakedness. Now she’s lending her support for others’ right to show just a little bit online for a good cause.
