The Big Man Clarence Clemons has died from compilations from a stroke suffered earlier this week. Best known as Bruce Spingsteen’s charismatic saxophonist, the longtime E Street Band member also released several solo albums, scoring a hit with the Jackson Browne duet “You’re a Friend of Mine” in 1985.
