Must be nice … Blac Chyna Moves Out Of Tyga’s Mansion Blac Chyna is officially back on the market and showing off her new Tyga -less digs. The ex-King Of Diamonds dancer turned Kardashian friend recently took to Instagram to debut her new place that’s apparently a 5 bedroom, 5 bath house somewhere in Cali. She started off by showing fans her kitchen complete with granite countertops. and the the keys to her brand new 2015 BMW. She then showed off the outside of her crib and her new ride parked next to her Benz truck… and her comfy backyard complete with toys for baby King Cairo. And when a sneaky fan tried to imply that she was living in an apartment, Chyna clapped back in the comments section. Well damn. Just the tip! In a much more literal interpretation of the term “ Jimmy Hat ,” a, LA man has invented a condom for increased male pleasure and safety. Wrap (some of) it up fellas! Via MailOnline : An American has invented a new condom which he says is stronger, safer and enables better sensitivity. The Galatic Cap Pregnancy Prevention device sits on the very tip of the penis, leaving the shaft exposed. It was developed by LA-based Charles Powell after a friend of his contracted HIV. He believes his product is ‘easier to use, safer and more secure – and vastly more pleasurable – giving a sex sensation the way nature intended.’ The condom comprises two parts – a U-shape polyurethane adhesive film that wraps around the penis – like a plaster around a finger – and a cap that sticks to it to firmly trap semen. Mr Powell claims the polyurethane part is like a second skin – and can be put on hours or days in advance as it can be worn while urinating and washing. When a man wants to have sex, he peels off the paper backing on the cap and sticks it to the polyurethane to securely bond the two and trap semen. He insists the device, which is transparent, will stay on for the duration. Mr Powell believes his product provides a solution to three common issues with condoms: a lack of sensitivity, problems getting into the packaging and applying the condom. Hmm, interesting right? Easier use, increased sensation, and safer relations…seems like a win-win! Fellas would you cop this?

We told you about newcomer Avian and her hot new ode to same-sex groupie-loving “Billboard Chick” a few weeks back. Now, Avian got together with the recently reunited members of Dipset Cam’ron, Jim Jones, and Juelz Santana to shoot a visual for this wild track. We caught up with Avian and Jim Jones to get more details on the track and Dipset’s support of this new artist. BOSSIP: So, we obviously noticed that you name-dropped quite a few of your industry girl-crushes on the track… Avian: When we were making this song, I was like “Yo, I wanna make a song about some hot b***hes!” So, obviously we name-dropped the hottest b***hes in the game right now. It’s all about having fun… This song is clearly like a ratchet, crazy song, so I definitely want people to know that I don’t hold anything back. This is me, this is who I am. I’m fun, I’m outgoing, I have a million different crazy sides, so I want people to hear the record and have fun with it. Love it for what it is, because that’s who I am. BOSSIP: So who is Avian? Avian: I am born and raised in New York and I’ve been singing my entire life. I’ve been signed with my independent production label MBAM for about three years now, and when Jim heard the record, he recognized the talent and I’m really fortunate that they all hopped on the track with me. They made this record what it is. BOSSIP: Speaking of which, how does it feel to be the one that was able to get these guys back together on a record? Avian: Amazing! I’m totally blessed to have Dipset on this track with me. It’s so cool since they haven’t done a track together in mad long, and they chose to have this reunion with me. I’m totally honored and it’s been so fun! The whole team is awesome and this record is gonna pop, for sure. Jim Jones had nothing but nice things to say about Avian, this track, and her talent: BOSSIP: What made Dipset decide to reconnect on a track with Avian in particular? Jim Jones: Avian is a talented girl. I got to hear a bunch of her music. I did the song a minute ago, but the opportunity presented itself to put my brothers on the record. Business is business and good music is good music. I f*ck with her. I’ll be executive producing her project soon, should be some good music to come out of that.
