According to TMZ: Mase’s return to rap is off to a rough start — he’s getting sued over his comeback song by a model who claims he jacked her photo to promote his song. According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Stephanie Delgado (who goes by Stephanie Rao for modeling) claims Mase lifted the photo straight from her Instagram page and used it to promote his new song, “Why Can’t We.” Rao says no one ever contacted her asking for permission to use the photo … which she says ended up being used on more than 40 different sites to promote the song. Rao is seeking royalties in the amount of $60,000 and damages in the amount of $180,000. Dude, you can’t be taking people’s isht without permission. Check out the song below:

But what happens when the “Happy” music video has no music? It’s still full of happy, that’s what. But then it becomes a montage of people enjoying themselves which is a pretty cool thing to see. They dance along and bust some moves and sometimes belt out the songs in their heads. Is Porsha an angry bird AND a thief? Porsha Accused Of Stealing Song From Songwriter If Porsha is gonna be a serious artist…she has to come with original material. According to TMZ: Porsha Williams claims a songwriter is so desperate for attention … he’s accusing her of stealing his music… but Porsha says she can prove the guy was totally into his tune being used on the show. On Sunday night’s episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Porsha sang a song called, “Perfectly Worthless” … and that’s exactly how it sounded, according to the guy who wrote it. Pierre Medor — who’s worked with Usher, Diddy and Nelly — says he only gave the song to Porsha to test her voice … and had no idea the song would end up on the air. In fact, he claims he made a deal for someone else to record it. But Porsha tells TMZ … Medor signed a waiver with Bravo for his appearance on “RHOA” — and even sent a text message saying he LIKED hearing his song on the show. The text to Porsha’s rep said, “It’s cool. It was a good look! Now we need to get a record done.” Obviously Porsha was not as impressed … her rep says Porsha’s focused on promoting her new single, “Flatline” — and calls Medor’s attack a “desperate attempt to ride her coattails.” Based on Porsha’s previous lies , we don’t put it past her to have stolen this guy’s song.
