Chris Brown Spotted Wearing A Cast After Fight With Frank Ocean via TMZ Chris Brown may have some explaining to do …. for a guy who says he didn’t do anything wrong in the brawl with Frank Ocean … why is his punching hand in a cast? Chris emerged from his house Tuesday in a hard cast over his right hand, covering his knuckles. As we previously reported, Ocean claims his hand was also injured in the brawl at the famous Westlake Recording Studio in West Hollywood Sunday night — the same place where Michael Jackson peacefully recorded “Bad.” Although we know Chris’ version of events is that he did NOT throw the first punch, an eyewitness who spoke with TMZ says he initiated the attack with a swing. Uhhh Breezy’s definitely going to need a few more people if he wants anyone to believe that he was the innocent party in this brawl. Kris, 27, turned down a $10 million payoff from Kim, 32, because he’s adamant the 72-day marriage was a fraud and he wants it annulled. “Kris’ family finds the entire matter really annoying because they’re tired of the negative attention and don’t want to be tied to Kim at all anymore,” the insider revealed. “They just want it to be over.” According to the source, Kris’ sister, Kaela Humphries, is particularly frustrated because she feels her career with the Ford Models agency is suffering because of her brother’s reputation. “It’s not completely damaging her career, but she does get turned down more than usual because a lot of the agencies are pro-Kim,” the source told RadarOnline.com. Sarah Herndon is Michael Phelps’ new girlfriend, according to celeb gossip site Radar Online . She is 1. 22 years old; 2. A waitress, and 3. Hot! None of which are surprising. Phelps didn’t stay single for long after breaking up with Megan Rossee in December. Rossee, an aspiring model and waitress, dated him for 10 months. The Olympic gold medalist‘s latest gal pal was reportedly “swept off her feet” by the athletic great, who whisked her off on a romantic trip to the Bahamas. Phelps, 27, met Sarah Herndon while she was on holiday with her family in Cabo San Lucas, and she extended her trip an extra day to stay with him. Sarah’s pal, who declined to be named, reports: “Sarah was on holiday with her family in Cabo and that’s where she met Michael. She stayed an extra day with [Phelps] because he asked her to.” “She asked her family if she could stay another day [while they went home] and they were cool with it, especially after they found out who he was!” “She flew back to L.A. afterwards, but then Michael invited her out to the Bahamas last week where he was doing a celebrity golf tournament.” “He offered to fly her out to the Bahamas to stay with him, and of course she jumped at the chance. She got whisked off her feet, I mean he’s a celebrity.” Things apparently got steamy there, the source adds: “She had a great time with him. They hooked up multiple times, and she said he is an amazing lover.” Heck, it was even fun while Mike was busy. “Michael would go play in the golf tournament in the morning and she would stay at the place they were renting just swimming naked in the pool.” “She had the time of her life, for sure.” So who is this Sarah Herndon, exactly? “She was dating a guy in L.A., and they broke up recently. Lopez was staying at Manhattan’s London Hotel but left her digs on Tuesday for The Mark, where – appropriately enough – Anthony was staying. Clad in thigh-high stiletto boots and a leopard-print micromini, she certainly did not look like she was headed to church. More than two and a half hours later, Anthony snuck out and jumped into his waiting tour bus. “He came out really quickly, with his head down, like he didn’t want to be seen,” an eyewitness tells Page Six. JLo emerged shortly after, a smug grin on her face, the source says. Smart, meanwhile, was home alone in Los Angeles with the couple’s recently adopted dog, Bear. He hasn’t been photographed with Lopez in the past week, and missed out on her recent trip to Miami, where Lopez was photographed hanging by the pool with her two kids with Marc, twins Max and Emme, 3. Looks like the Britney split rumors were true all along. The pop megastar’s breakup with Jason Trawick was a long time coming – and it actually went down quietly and privately weeks before their public statement. Britney once foresaw in a fairy-tale ending for herself and Trawick, who popped the question in December 2011. But by late 2012, she was no longer wearing her ring. “Britney spent Christmas with [sons] Preston and Jayden. Jason was around for parts of it, but it was very obvious that they were not together anymore,” a source says. “They were not affectionate and instead just seemed to keep appearances going for the boys’ sake. Britney looked a bit gloomy and tense throughout the holidays.” Jason Trawick, 41, moved out after Christmas. The couple announced their split last Friday. As recently as last summer, Britney talked frequently about their wedding, “but lately she acted like she knew it would not happen … she hadn’t talked about [plans] in months.” That was quite a change from the early months of their engagement, when Spears “would spend hours online looking at wedding dresses and dreaming,” says the source. They never set a date, however. “Britney wanted to rush in, but there were things that needed to improve before they got to that place,” the source says. “They love each other, but like any relationship, and especially this one, there were some major challenges and hurdles.” “There was constant work that needed to be done. At the end of the day, it just wasn’t working, and things were’t going to change, so it was time to let go.”
